Abstract

The research was conducted on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir in order to determine the influences of Work Leadership and work communication either simultaneously or partially on Employee Productivity in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir.Total sample of 74 respondents on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The sampling technique used is stratified random side and Path analysis method by using SPSS version 20. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Leadership and Work Communication) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee Productivity). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables that Work Leadership doesn’t give significant influence on employee Productivity. work communication have significant influence on employee work productivity, and together have a significant effect on the productivity of employees and work leadership significantly influence employee productivity via work communication. So from the results of this research in employee productivity variables that must be improved is the Completion of work on time, the leadership variables that must be improved is the essence of giving exemplary, whereas the communication variables that should be improved is the attitude of supporting structures such as creating an easy flow of communication between fellow employees contacted by employees and leaders.Keywords: Work Leadership, Work Communication, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

The development of cooperative institutions sufficiently increased, but the realities of howcooperative they are faced with various problems, among others: the ability of management to managethe cooperative is still much to be improved, the weak aspects of managerial and entrepreneurial skillswithin the cooperative, the lack of qualified managers of cooperatives, the lack of effective programs -Program training for cooperative management, the cadre system is still a weakness in terms ofcooperative management, regulatory bodies from the member considered less professional inperforming their duties.In other words, that the success of cooperative efforts in addition affected by Apok namely Meeting ofMembers, Officers and Trustees, was also influenced by the active participation of its members.This study aimed to determine the effect of tools and equipment to the success of the cooperativeorganization of cooperative efforts in the city of Pekanbaru. By using the methods of descriptiveanalysis and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation,documentation studies, literature studies.The results showed that the implementation of the annual meeting of members of the cooperative inPekanbaru city is still relatively low, the regulatory body of the cooperative members have largely hadhigh educational background (S1 and S2), but has a lot of diversity in the focus of concentration, aswell as cooperative management.The majority of the board is also an employee or staff wherecooperatives that are so lacking focus in the management of the cooperative. Participation ofcooperative members are already well as the participation of members in paying off the principal andmandatory savings, utilizing business units in cooperative, active members in a meeting and gathering,monitoring the course of the cooperative by members also good.The recommendations can be given, among others, the necessary consistency of each cooperative tohold an annual meeting of members within a minimum period that has been specified in theCooperative Act, providing education and training specific to the regulatory body that carried out bythe service cooperative, so the results more effectively so as to contribute significantly to the success ofcooperative efforts, the board is expected to increase the knowledge and skills by learning more indepthknowledge of the various cooperative either by his own efforts, by reading books aboutcooperatives and training or courses in the field of cooperatives. Abstract

This research held in impatient room RSUD Arifin Ahmad Riau Province Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of workload, work safety & health and non-psychal work environment to nurses’ work-related stress. Population are all nurses, consist of 69 people, that considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis. Result of this study shows that workload, work safety & health and non-psychal work environment simultenously influence the nurses’ work-related stress. Partially, the more heavier workload becomes, the higher work-related stress will emerge. Meanwhile, the better work safety & health programs implemented and more conducieve the non-psychal work environment becomes, the both factors may reduce the stress level in the work place. Workload becomes the strongest factor that influence stress level in work place compared to the effect of work safety & health and non-psychal work environment. It is recommended to conduct a proportional workload analysis, effectizing the work safety & health program and harmonizing all aspects in non psychal work environment so that the stress level may be optimally organized.Keywords: Workload, Work Safety & Health, Non Psychal Work Environment and Work-related Stress

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Office of Surveillance and Customs and Excise Type Madya B Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the Influence of Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism either simultaneously or partially on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Office of Surveillance and Customs and Excise Type Madya B Pekanbaru. This study is a population. The number of samples in this study were 81 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by three independent variables is jointly against the dependent variable 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The result of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction).Keywords: individual characteristics, interpersonal communication, professionalism and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study was carried out on sub-district office employees Sungai Mandau in the village of Muara Kelantan jl. H. Abdurrahman. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Leadership and supervision either simultaneously or partially to discipline employees working at the district office Sungai Mandau Siak. The population in this study were employees of the district office Sungai Mandau Siak district, amounting to 32 people. While the overall sample of the population in this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the leadership and supervision of simultaneous positive and significant effect on labor discipline. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables Leadership and Supervision in partial positive and significant impact on employee discipline variable.Keywords: Leadership, supervision and discipline of work

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence financial compensation and working environment for employee morale on the regional water company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang town. Populasi of this research is all employees regional water company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town. The method used is a census by using the 57 respondents. This data retrieval by giving questionnaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 17.0.The result of this study indicate that the compensation effect on employee morale at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town, the satisfied employees of the compensation received by the morale will increase and vice versa. Work environment affects the employee morale at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town. More conducive working environment then morale will increase and vice versa. Compensation and working conditions affect the morale of employees in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang city, donations compensation and work environment influence on morale was at 49.8%. compensation effect on employee morale through working environment on regional water companies (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town.Keywords: Financial compensation, work environment, morale.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know about the impact of incentive and communication simultanously to the employee’s spirit, to know about the impact of incentive to the employee spirit and to find the impact of communication to the employee’s spirit at PT. Tribakti Sarimas. The population of this study are all the harvesting employee at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas with amount of 63 people. Considering of the limitation of the population so to determined the sample were using cencus method, so there were 63 people as samples. To analyze the data were using multiple regression. According to the study, simultanously and partially both incentive and communication have a positive and significant effect to the employee’s spirit at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas. It means that the better of incentive and communication so the employee’s spirit at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas will increase. Abstract

This research was conducted in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd located on Nangka street Pekanbaru. The company is engaged in sale and purchase vehicles either in cash or credit. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee achievements and to determine the factors that influence employee achievements against the dominant in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who work at the company of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Selection of the population based on their termination of employment or reduction of other employees, while the samples is used by 55 people, in which the determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula Slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by the test F, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) Based on the results. we concluded that the job performance, employee satisfaction and employee commitment of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd, based on the respondents to the indictors of each variable is good, where the percentage of respondents to the ideal score is obtained by 66.97 (good), the percentage of the respondents to the indicators of job satisfaction of 65.88 (satisfied) and the percentage of respondents to the indicator of employee comitent obtainet at 69.21 (good). Partially (t-test) at the 95% confidence level there is a significant influence of the variable job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance, it is evident from the results of the test t. Simultaneously (F test) at the 95% confidence level, there is a significant influence of the variables of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employees as avidencet interpretation of the results of f. The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with employee performance can be said to be strong. it can be seen from the correlation coefficient. The contribution of the variable of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance can be said to be high, it is reflected from the coefficient of determination.Keywords : Job Performance, job satisfaction, Employee Commitment,

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence the motivation and competence of the teacher’s performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time teacher at SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. Sampling the authors use census methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the study found that by testing simultaneously, variable motivation/ X1 and competency/ X2 si,ultaneously hae a significant impact on teacher performance SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru (Y). Testing of partially known variables of motivation/ X1 t-test value is 13,451 and variable competence/ X2 value is 8,385 t-test with a significance level of 0,000 is smaller than the 5 % level of confidence. This value is grater than t-table is 1,99. Can be concluded that the motivation variable/ X1 and competency/ X2 significantly affect the performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru teacher (Y). Based on the above results it is known that the variables that most influence the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru is the motivation/ X1 Because it has the larget t valueKeywords: Motivation, Competence Teacher and performance
