Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global, salah satu pilar ekonomi yang bertahan di tengah arus perubahan adalah Usaha kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Dengan berbagai potensi daerah yang dimiliki oleh Kolaka Utara, maka Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Kolaka Utara diharapkan mampu mengembangkan potensi yang ada untuk mengembangkan UKM di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) dalam pemberian bimbingan dan pengawasan kepada para pelaku UKM belum berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya, ini di sebabkan karena performa pegawai, ketepatan sasaran program yang belum terpenuhi dan ketersediaan sarana pendukung yang terbatas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify vulnerable community groups and map the interests of stakeholders in the area of operation of PT Antan Tbk UBPN Sultra. This study was conducted in Pomalaa District, through a mixed method approach that combines quantitative data analysis methods. Because this study uses a mixed method approach, the informant is used as a source of data in a qualitative approach. The determination of informants is done by snowball sampling method. Meanwhile, the probability sampling technique is used for the quantitative approach. Proportional cluster sampling is a form of probability sampling that is used, and the way it works is by identifying in advance the groups that represent the population. Information collected through the results of field research, both primary data and secondary data. The results show that the vulnerable groups in the company's operational areas were pre-prosperous families (poor families), the elderly, people with disabilities, and the mentally handicapped (physical, speech and hearing impaired, mental, and blind). Pre-prosperous families (poor families) are the highest vulnerable group, reaching 2,152 people out of 30,680 residents of Pomalaa Subdistrict. Meanwhile, stakeholders that influence the success of company programs in Pomalaa Subdistrict are the village head, village secretary, head of Bumdes, traditional leaders, women leaders, religious leaders (Islamic and Christian), and community leaders.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a mainstay in development in East Kolaka Regency, especially in cocoa and cow livestock commodities. The study's objective is to evaluate the impact of the corporate-based cocoa area development program (integration of cocoa plants and cow livestock) in the East Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. The study results concluded that smallholder cocoa plantations have prospects in supporting the integrated farming model with cow livestock. Integrated farming strongly supports the pattern of commodity diversification (cocoa and cow livestock), which can support each other in both business sub-sectors. Cocoa farming does not affect increasing cocoa farming in each village. This is because the distribution of the proceeds from the sale of cow livestock is divided into groups, so the integration of cocoa and cow livestock is not carried out correctly.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyadaran sekaligus peningkatan pengetahuan tentang sampah dan bahaya sampah bila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Masyarakat Desa Tambea Kecamatan Pomalaa yang terletak di Sulawesi Tenggara acap kali membuang sampah di laut sehingga laut menjadi kotor dan berbau busuk, hal ini berdampak pada penurunan jumlah pengunjung wisata pantai Swedy Tambea. Penyadaran masyarakat ini bukan hanya menyasar pada kebersihan lingkungan saja tetapi juga untuk menyadarkan masyarakat bahwa wisata pantai harus bersih agar bisa menarik pengunjung. Melalui rembuk bersama warga, diputuskan bahwa langkah awal yang akan diambil adalah pembuatan tempat sampah terpilah dan sosialisasi penggunaan tempat sampah terpilah. Diharapkan dengan dilaksanakan sosialisasi, memudahkan masyarakat untuk memilah sampah sehingga daerah tempat wisata pantai terlihat bersih dan mendatangkan banyak pengunjung.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the quality of PDAM Tirta Simbune services in East Kolaka Regency, with a focus on clean water services in Tirawuta District. East Kolaka Regency has abundant water resource potential, but there are still various challenges in providing quality and adequate drinking water to the community. This research uses secondary data analysis methods and customer surveys to identify existing problems and increase understanding of customer needs and expectations for PDAM services. Data was collected from PDAM, the local government, and through a survey involving several PDAM customers in Tirawuta District. The research results illustrate that the service quality of PDAM Tirta Simbune is quite good when seen from direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, but there is still a need for improvements in facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, factors that influence service quality are external influences and also internal influences. Internal influences can relatively be controlled by the company, for example, facilities and infrastructure, discipline, employee responsibility, employee ability, politeness, speed of response, ease of service procedures, suitability of procedures, clarity of service, and thoroughness of transactions, while external influences such as building relationships with customers, flow Dry season, rainy season flow and professionalism in resolving customer complaints.
