Abstract

Abstract Learning conducted by KKG in Lengkong District, Bandung City has not used digital-based technology. Whereas the application of learning towards the 21st century must be digital based and learning is a benchmark as a means of improving the quality of student learning outcomes. Thus, understanding and skills are needed for KKG to solve partner problems. The purpose of community service activities is to provide knowledge about the use of e-learning-based technology for the KKG District of Lengkong, Bandung. This activity method is carried out with workshops through lecture, question and answer, discussion, training, and assignment techniques. Provision of material begins with the introduction of e-learning and the practice of using moodle in learning. The material ended by giving an independent task for each participant to create and develop their own e-learning. Based on the results of the activity, all participants were very enthusiastic and participated in each session until the end. This activity was carried out successfully, smoothly and according to plan and had an impact on increasing the understanding of KKG's knowledge and skills in the use of moodle-based e-learning. It is hoped that through this workhop, KKG can improve the quality of learning by using moodle-based learning technology to foster learning motivation and support student learning outcomes. Abstract

Changes in the context of education are always made in order to improve the quality of education output. One learning model that can be applied is thematic learning with a scientific approach. A scientific approach is a learning process that uses a scientific thought process. Where learning is very important for students to find and build their own knowledge that is fun and meaningful. The purpose of this research is to get a picture of the implementation of a scientific approach in thematic learning in class VI SDN 033 Asmi Bandung. This research is a descriptive research. The research subjects in this study were model teachers (lecturers who teach in schools) and class VI A students at SDN 033 Asmi. Data collection tools in this study are interview guidelines, observation sheets and study documentation. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the model teacher had implemented learning using a scientific approach which was carried out through the steps of the activity: 1) observing, 2) asking questions, 3) trying, 4) associating, and 5) communicating. Each step has been implemented well but not always done sequentially on every learning that is done. Thematic learning with a scientific approach has made the learning process more active and enjoyable. So that students really become the center of activity in the learning process that takes place.

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi Kahoot pada pembelajaran merupakan salah satu cara untuk membuat mahasiswa tertarik berinteraktif dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran media dan sumber pembelajaran cenderung penuh dengan teori dan membuat bosan maka perlunya media teknologi informasi untuk mengundang perhatian belajar mahasiswa. Aplikasi Kahoot merupakan aplikasi popular pada masa ini yang melibatkan siswa, guru untuk berinteraksi dengan materi pembelajaran dalam bentuk permainan, kuis, survei dan jajak pendapat. Maka perlunya pelibatan aplikasi ini pada proses belajar bila dikatakan perlu untuk menunjang pembelajaran yang cenderung membosankan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen pada mahasiswa semester 5 pada program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Pasundan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney didapatkan nilai asymp.sig adalah 0.008 atau kurang dari alfa 0.05. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar antara kelas menggunakan media pembelajaran aplikasi Kahoot dengan kelas yang tidak menggunakan di perkuliahan media dan sumber pembelajaran.

Abstract

In the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic situation teaching and learning activities are carried out by distance learning / online learning. This study aims to explain the learning motivation of students in participating in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study involved 31 students of grade V one of the elementary schools in Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using 25 statement items with a Likert scale that have been validated by experts using google form so that students can easily access it. The data processing technique used in this study was to calculate the percentage of data and an analysis was carried out on each indicator, namely indicators of self-desire, self-worth, concentration, enthusiasm, advice, and punishment. The results of this study indicate that the learning motivation of students during the COVID-19 pandemic shows a percentage of 70.3% with good criteria. Based on these results, it can be stated that learning in elementary schools during the COVID-19 epidemic can run well through a distance learning approach.

ccording to Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law no. 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications which determine that a brand is a sign that can be displayed graphically in the form of images, logos, names, words, letters, numbers, color arrangements, in two dimensions and / or three dimensions, sound, hologram, or a combination. of the two or more elements to distinguish goods and / or services produced by persons or legal entities in trading activities of goods and / or services. A registered mark that already has a reputation is often imitated in bad faith by other parties and registered as a trademark. The purpose of this article is to analyze the Decision on the Case for Rejection of the Cancellation of a Registered Mark in a Civil Lawsuit Analysis of the Decision of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court Number 02 / Mark / 2002 / PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst The method used in this article is normative legal research with reference to Article 21 of Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, Books on Intellectual Property Rights, especially Brands. The result of this research is that the Defendant rejects the defendant's lawsuit because it is not proven that the defendant's good faith exists, and the Defendant's trademark registration is in accordance with and complies with the provisions of Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the Trademark Law and there is no substantive similarity between the plaintiff's and the defendant's marks.
