Abstract

Crimes by hypnosis are very common among the people. Hypnosis is a type of crime. This crime is also difficult to uncover because it has minimal evidence. This hypnotic crime needs to be included in the law as a criminal offense, because this crime is directly felt by the public. the method used is normative law by using several approaches namely the statute approach, the case approach, the comparative approach and the conceptual approach. A person who commits a criminal offense and has an error, then the person will be convicted. A criminal offense that can be accounted for is included in the element of intent or negligence / negligence. The act can be accounted for if the maker requires the condition, that the person who committed the criminal act had an error. then the defendant must use the theory of purpose of punishment which is appropriate for the perpetrators of criminal fraud by hypnosis. Crimes with hypnotic acts can be subject to fraud offenses. This is because the hypnotic act is intended to take advantage of the victim, using actions that move others to do something. Fraud crime is regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code, in an act of hypnosis the aim is to move others to give up something, to benefit themselves. Moving it is done by deception or a series of lies, which makes the victim do something. So the element of purpose and element of the way in this case meets to be categorized as fraud offense, so that hypnosis can be snared with the article fraud

Abstract

In Indonesia the regulation of the age limit of children is very much regulated in various kinds of existing laws and regulations. related to the imposition of sanctions against children who commit a crime is regulated in detail in law no 11 of 2012 the Criminal Justice System for Children which regulates the age limit of children who can be sanctioned are children who have aged 12 (twelve) years, but have not yet age 18 (eighteen) years and for the types of sanctions imposed on children are divided into 2 types namely criminal sanctions and sanctions of actions.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Skill and human resource development on the performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The data used questionnaires that were distributed to respondents. The data collected using the list of questions (indicators) submitted as a measuring instrument using modification of the likert scale. The sample of this study was a group of employees at the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of 100 respondents. Where all employees have different charateristics from high school education level to magister (S2) and based on work experience. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression methods. This method is used when conducting analysis on the influence of Skill and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The result show that skill and development of human resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and, should routinely provide that Skill to its employees and has more attention to the performance of its employees. Employees who are considered to be under-performing, it is best to develop the employee.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual pada anak merupakan segala kegiatan yang terdiri dari aktivitas seksual yang dilakukan secara paksa oleh orang dewasa pada anak atau oleh anak kepada anak lainnya. Kekerasan seksual pada anak merupakan suatu kejahatan yang kerap terjadi di lingkungan keluarga ataupun lingkungan masyarakat. Dibutuhkan pemulihan berupa pendampingan kepada anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual agar anak dapat kembali pulih dan menjalankan hidupnya dengan baik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif-empiris yang dilakukan di Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) Kabupaten Maros. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi serta pengumpulan data dan data yang diperolah dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pendampingan sebagai upaya pemulihan serta kendala dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan kepada anak korban kekerasan seksual. Sexual violence against children is all activities consisting of sexual activity carried out forcibly by adults on children or by children against other children. Sexual violence against children is a crime that often occurs in the family or community environment. Recovery is needed in the form of assistance to children who are victims of sexual violence so that children can recover and live their lives well. This research is a normative-empirical research conducted at the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children in Maros Regency. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and data collection and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of assistance as a recovery effort as well as obstacles in the implementation of assistance to children who are victims of sexual violence.
