Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan secara langsung Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dan stochastic dominance untuk memecahkan masalah pemilihan portofolio. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat return dan risiko portofolio antara pemilihan saham menggunakan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dan stochastic dominance. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan pemilihan sampel secara purposive sampling. Data sampel terdiri dari 20 saham terpilih (dari Indeks Sri-Kehati) yang diperoleh selama 31 bulan, yaitu April 2013 hingga Oktober 2015. Independent sample t-test digunakan untuk menganalisis perbedaaan return dan risiko portofolio antara pemilihan saham menggunakan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dengan pemilihan saham menggunakan stochastic dominance. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa secara signifi kan terdapat perbedaaan return dan risiko portofolio antara pemilihan saham menggunakan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dengan pemilihan saham menggunakan stochastic dominance.

Abstract

Target by this research him is to prove the existence of change of performance which is attitude effected of opportunity time manager of right issue before and after offer of additional equity. Technique intake of sampel use technique of purposive sampling, consist of 16 company of is non financial institution condusting issue right in the year 2003-2005. Data the used is data of sekunder financial statement and year share price3 2001-2007. Monetary ratio to be measured used return in this research cover Current Ratio, Return O nInvesment, Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total of Assets Turnover, and share performance measured use return and abnormal of return. Result of test of simultan is there are influence which isnt it attitude of opportunity time and manager of right issue to mentary performance and share performance. Result of test of parsial is attitude of opportunity manager have an effect on to company performance, while time of right issue do not have an effect on to company performance.

Abstract

One of the reasons for earnings management is the motivation to abide by (debt covenant) the contract agreement. This earnings management is utilized by as effort to avoid the violation debt covenant. In positive accountancy theory about debt covenant hypothesis, earnings management done at the time of coming near debt covenant. Various study have studied this problem and use the bonus, dividend division etcetera as mechanism the debt covenant. This research differ from the previous study using obligation publication as agreement mechanism. This reaearch test the existence of indication of earnings management at debt covenant by using proxy discretionary accruals (abnormal accruals) by modified-Jones model to detect the existence of indication of Earnings management. Method used to analyse the data by using time series OLS regression for the data of research 10 or more and mean total accrual for the data of less than 10, and to tes the hypothesis raised to be used by t-test. This Research give the empirical evidence about existence of indication of earnings management boost up the earnings at period of before agreement and can prove the existence of bigger earnings management a company trussed by agreement from at unattached of agreement, this mateer is consistent with the previous research and can support the debt covenan hypothesis.

Abstract

The rapidly and constantly changing business has forced business ro reconsider their strategies in maintaning ther customer base. This article presents the effect of customer loyalty on shopping environment and shopping environment and shopping behavior to reach the long-term profotability. The relationship between customer loyalty and satisfaction, profit ability is described in the framework of relationship marketing. The importance of loyal customer and their impact on business profitability is undisputed. Various strategy to keep their customer base incluidinf on integrated approach of maintaining and managing customers relationship must be taken. However, in order to succeed. The company have to develop loyalty programs to customers who have a high satisfation, high loyalty and customer who will stay and be supportiv of company to provide long-term beneficial relationship which eventually will icrease profitability. The role of cunsomer self-regulation also can be viewed as moderator of relationship shopping emotion and arousal of cunsomer. Cunsomer shopping behavior dimension taht emerge from shopping environment can explained using M.R environment psychology and it has applied to the study of store atmosphere.

Abstract

This research aim to know how far influence of duty complexity, complexity of system and organization chart as moderating variable in relation of among participation of user and user satisfaction in system development, as well as to know how far influence participate the user to user satisfaction in course of system development information. Test the hypothesis onducted at 66 responder which is gone the round of at 35 manufacturing business and services of exist in Central Java region. Technique of intake sample in this research use the convinience sampling. Research method in hypothesis test use the linear regression to test the influence participate the wearer to wearer satisfaction in system development information, while test of variable moderating condusted by using method MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Result of research indicated that user participation has a significant rewlationship with user satisfaction in the development information system. Duty complexity non representing variable moderating of among relation participate the user with the user satisfaction, but as independent variable. System complexity representing as variable moderating of among relation participate the user with the user satisfaction, while organization chart representing as variable moderating of among relation participate the user with the user participate.

Abstract
