Abstract

Background: One of the exclusive breastfeeding failures is because of low milk production, while uterine involution is also a complication that often occurs in the puerperium that can contribute to maternal mortality, nonpharmacological therapy that can be given, among others, the provision of purple sweet potato leaves.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving purple sweet potato leaves to uterine involution in puerperal mothers and the adequacy of breast milk.Method: This type of research is a quosy experimental only with a sample of 35, sampling with the Purposive Sampling technique. The provision of purple sweet potato leaves is given for 7 days, namely the 8-14 day of the puerperium, and measurement of uterine involution indicators and the adequacy of breast milk is done before and after administration of purple sweet potato leaves. Analysis using the Wilcoxon test.Results: The results of the study are the effect of giving purple sweet potato leaves to uterine involution in postpartum mothers and the adequacy of breast milk in infants 0-6 months (p-value = 0,000).Conclusion: There is an effect of giving purple sweet potato leaves to uterine involution in puerperal mothers and the adequacy of breast milk in infants aged 0-6 months

Abstract

Objective:  Bilateral knee OA is a degenerative disease that occurs on both sides of the knee joint due to the wear and tear of the articular cartilage and the formation of new bone on the joint surface which can cause muscle and tendon weakness, limit movement and cause pain. One of the pain reduction measures in bilateral knee OA patients can be maximized by giving a combination of isometric and isotonic quadriceps exercises. Repeated movements in the quadriceps muscle will increase the work of the muscles around the knee joint so that blood flow will increase which will increase metabolism and stimulate the release of endorphins which can reduce the sensation of pain and stiffness of the knee joint. The combination of isometric and isotonic exercises on the quadriceps muscle can increase the strength of the quadriceps, thereby increasing blood flow which will increase the body's metabolism, make the knee joint more stable, and make the knee joint more stable.Methods:   This type of research is a quasi-experimental non-equivalent group design method (pre-test and post-test). The sample in this study were 20 respondents who suffered from bilateral knee OA who were in Ibnu Sina Hospital, Gresik Regency. Respondents were given a combination of isometric and isotonic quadriceps exercise twice a week for four weeks. Pre and post tests were carried out on respondents to determine the reduction in knee pain scale. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Saphiro Wilk Test at a significance level of p-value < 0,05.Results:  Normality test with Shapiro Wilk test data obtained before and after the test treatment group data is not normally distributed. Test the effect on the treatment before and after the treatment group test by giving a combination of isometric and isotonic exercises on the quadriceps muscle using the Wilcoxon sign rank test,there is a significant value for the right knee, namely the p value (0.001 < 0.05) and the left knee, namely the p value (0.004 < 0.05) this means that H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that there is an effect of a combination of isometric and isotonic exercises on the quadriceps muscle to reduce knee pain in bilateral knee OA patients.Conclusion:  The results of this study indicate that the combination of isometric and isotonic exercises on the quadriceps muscle is proven to significantly reduce knee pain in patients with bilateral knee OA.

Abstract

Pencatatan sertifikat kematian melibatkan pendokumentasian berbagai penyakit atau kondisi yang menimbulkan serangkaian kematian, kecelakaan, cedera, hingga kematian. RSUD dr.soedomo Trenggalek merupakan rumah sakit pendidikan dengan status akreditasi Paripurna dengan tipe rumah sakit C, namun hingga saat ini sertifikat kematian perinatal yang ada sekarang ini masih disamakan dengan sertifikat kematian umum Hal ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kualitas pencatatan penyebab kematian akibat kelahiran dan bayi usia perinatal, namun juga kualitas pelaporan statistik kematian bayi perinatal di rumah sakit.Penelitian ini memiliki keunggulan berupa format sertifikat kematiankhusus perinatal berbasis elektronikdi RSUD dr.Soedomo Trenggalek. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan brainstorming. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain sertifkat kematian umum RSUD Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek masih belum memuat informasi lebih detail mengenai kondisi bayi sebelum meninggal sehingga dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam menentukan UCOD (Underlying Cause Of Death) menurut ICD 10. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan sertifikat kematian perinatal khusus ini mempunyai tiga aspek utama, yaitu aspek fisik, aspek anatomi, dan aspek isi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengisian pengguna. Dalam implementasinya, perancangan formulir kematian perinatal ini akan dirancang secara elektronik sehingga informasi yang terkandung di dalamnya akan terintegrasi secara elektronik melalui SIMRS rumah sakit untuk mendukung masa transisi menuju ke RME (Rekam Medis Elektronik). Keywoard: Desain Formulir,Sertifikat Kematian Perinatal, RME Recording death certificates involves documenting various diseases or conditions that lead to a series of deaths, accidents, injuries, and death. RSUD dr. perinatal age, but also the quality of statistical reporting of perinatal infant deaths in hospitals. This research has the advantage of a special electronic-based perinatal death certificate format at Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek Regional Hospital. This research method uses qualitative data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation and brainstorming. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the design of the general death certificate at Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek still does not contain more detailed information regarding the baby's condition before death so that it can cause errors in determining UCOD (Underlying Cause of Death) according to ICD 10. Therefore, the preparation of this special perinatal death certificate has three main aspects, namely the physical aspect, the anatomy, and content aspects according to user filling needs. In its implementation, the design of this perinatal death form will be designed electronically so that the information contained in it will be integrated electronically through the hospital's SIMRS to support the transition period towards RME (Electronic Medical Records). Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) mencerminkan situasi kesehatan negara. MDGs menargetkan peningkatan kesehatan ibu. SDKI mencatat peningkatan AKI dari 228 menjadi 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup antara tahun 2007 dan 2012 (Kemenkes RI, 2014). Peran bidan dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu termasuk meningkatkan cakupan kunjungan K1 dan K4 serta memastikan persalinan ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan terlatih dan merujuk kasus komplikasi obstetrik. Pencatatan dan pelaporan yang akurat diperlukan untuk menjangkau seluruh populasi yang membutuhkan. Kesalahan sering terjadi dalam pengisian buku register kohort di Puskesmas, oleh karena itu pelaporan resume medis di Register Kohort KIA penting untuk memudahkan petugas dalam screening pasien. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang pencatatan dan pelaporan resume medis di Puskesmas Ardimulyo. Fokus penelitian adalah pada Buku Kohort Data, yang mencakup data pencapaian target KIA dan tanggung jawab bidan dalam pencatatan PWS KIA. Data utama berasal dari wawancara dan observasi di Puskesmas, sedangkan data sekunder dari buku pedoman dan artikel terkait.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengelolaan rekam medis oleh petugas kesehatan lokal melalui pelatihan yang diselenggarakan pada 1 Maret 2024 melalui aplikasi Zoom. Identifikasi kebutuhan awal menunjukkan adanya kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan rekam medis. Materi pelatihan dirancang untuk mencakup konsep dasar rekam medis, etika pengelolaan informasi kesehatan, dan integrasi teknologi informasi kesehatan. Metode pelatihan melibatkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran, seperti presentasi visual, diskusi kelompok, dan sesi praktikum virtual. Hasil kegiatan mencakup peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Pelatihan praktikum virtual memberikan kesempatan bagi mereka untuk mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep yang diajarkan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih mampu mengelola rekam medis dengan lebih efektif, mengurangi risiko kesalahan data, dan memahami pentingnya etika dalam pengelolaan informasi kesehatan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevolusi sistem kesehatan di desa melalui optimalisasi rekam medis dengan fokus pada pelatihan kebidanan. Masalah utama yang diatasi adalah kurangnya aksesibilitas terhadap rekam medis yang akurat dan kurangnya pemahaman tenaga kesehatan di desa. Metode penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan sesi pelatihan online melalui Zoom, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi praktik lapangan. Hasil kegiatan mencakup peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, perubahan positif dalam praktik kesehatan di desa, dan pengurangan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap akses masyarakat terhadap informasi kesehatan dan membentuk jejarin kesehatan desa yang lebih erat. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong pembentukan tim relawan kesehatan masyarakat sebagai agen perubahan di desa. Kata kunci: revolusi kesehatan, rekam medis, pelatihan kebidanan.

Abstract

Karel Sadsuitubun General Hospital, similar to numerous other healthcare facilities, has adopted RME. Implementing RME is essential for enhancing the effective and efficient management of risks. The approach employed in this study is qualitative description with an emphasis on case studies. Data were gathered via semi-structured, in-depth interviews involving three informants: TPPRJ officers, TPPRI, and reporting officers. Employing purposive sampling, the interviews explored six aspects, revealing seven key points concerning obstacles encountered in implementing RME at Karel Sadsuitubun Hospital. These barriers include RME system performance, system speed, features in the RME system, accuracy of system information, data integrity, technical constraints, resources and financing systems, and data security in the system. The implementation of the RME system in this hospital still faces various problems such as system performance, system speed, data integrity, technical constraints, resources and financing systems, and data security.
