Abstract

The compilation of lecture schedules is very important at universities for the continuity of the teaching and learning process of study programs. Such as at Andi Djemma Palopo University, Informatics Engineering Study Program. Frequently occurring alternate lectures to change course schedules is a complex thing considering the pre-existing schedule is well organized. But with the lectures, it is usually difficult to determine schedules, days, hours, rooms, and classes so that, no alternate lectures are coinciding with other subjects. so that in this Case Study, the researcher compared two methods namely the Fitness Method and the Taboo Search Algorithm to see the performance when determining the replacement schedule. The values obtained from the results of the implementation of the two methods above, are with using the fitness method is 40 while for the taboo search the maximum value obtained is 15, based on the order of the schedule of previous courses and courses that will be replaced. Thus, the value obtained by using the taboo search method is in the normal category compared to the changing fitness method. Thus, the researcher can conclude that the value obtained by the taboo search is smaller so that, it is good to be used to determine scheduling.

Abstract

The Keluarga Harapan Program (KHP), a financial assistance, is a program launched by the government to deal with poverty in various regions of Indonesia by conducting direct surveys and collecting data on disadvantaged families in each region. However, the issue is that many recipients do not meet the appropriate criteria or are not categorized as recipients. The Composite Performance Index and Rank Centeroid algorithms are a solution in the selection process for the recipients for the KHP by carrying out the analysis and comparison stages of whether they are categorized as KM (Disadvantage Families) through several stages. The results obtained based on analysis for recipient selection with a minimum performance index coverage value of 70% can be categorized as eligible to receiv assistance. In this study, 50 KM data samples were taken with the highest assessment value 128.41. In the top tenth ranking of the highest score from the 50 data held indicated that they were truly entitled to receive PKH KM financial assistance. Before using this method, only around 40% was eligible recipients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan, tingkat kevalidan produk dan tingkat kepraktisan produk yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ulusalu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran komik telah melalui tahapan validasi oleh para ahli dengan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) validasi dari ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 85,71%; (2) validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 90%; (3) validasi dari praktisi ahli mencapai skor 100%, dan hasil uji coba praktikalitas, diperoleh skor rata-rata persentase sebesar 92.03%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ketiga validator ahli dan hasil uji coba praktikalitas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan komik sebagai media pembelajaran sangat valid dan praktis untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Elementary school libraries play a vital role as essential learning resources, offering diverse instructional materials that can greatly boost the reading interest of both teachers and students within the school community. These libraries also present continuous opportunities for expanding and deepening knowledge. This study focuses on creating a web-based library information system tailored for State Elementary School 108 Home Base. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which facilitates iterative feedback and enables swift adjustments during the development process. The research findings indicate that the implemented Library Information System has been positively received by its users. The system streamlines the book borrowing process for students and staff at State Elementary School 108 Home Base and makes it easier for library administrators to manage book loans, returns, and reporting tasks. This research makes a significant contribution to the field of educational technology by offering a practical and efficient web-based solution for school library management. The use of the RAD method in system development underscores the value of incorporating user feedback to create tools that address the unique needs of educational institutions. Additionally, this study sheds light on how technology can be utilized to improve library management in elementary schools, ultimately enhancing access to educational resources and fostering a more robust reading culture among students.
