Abstract

Hepatitis B is an infectious disease that is a major health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. This disease can attack pregnant women and can affect the fetus they are carrying. This study aims to identify the chance of hepatitis B incidence based on the characteristics of pregnant women with HBsAg positive at dr. H. Koesnadi Bonsowoso. This research is a descriptive quantitative analytic study, with a population of HBsAg Positive pregnant women in 2019 with a sample size of 76 mothers who were taken using a total sampling technique. Collecting data using secondary data from the medical records of dr. H Koesnadi Bondowoso. The results showed that the characteristics of pregnant women with positive HBsAg had the highest chance in the age group 20-34 years (82.9%), mothers who do not work (75%), husbands who work as private employees (40.8%), mothers who do not have a history of surgery (82.9%), and in multigravidas (64.5%), it is concluded that mothers aged 20-34 years, do not work, have no history of surgery, are multigravida, and have husbands who work as private employees have a high chance of getting Hepatitis B in pregnancy. Screening efforts for pregnant women are needed to reduce the risk of transmission from mother to fetus. Pre-pregnancy screening efforts also need to be done on husband and wife to reduce the risk of transmission between partners. Keywords: Hepatitis B, HBsAg, Characteristics of Pregnant Women

Abstract

At this time, many pregnant women don’t understand the importance of KIA Books. KIA books are often assumed to be a control card that must carry. But too much of information contained has an impact KIA books being less applied by pregnant woman. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of pregnant women TM III with danger signs of pregnancy use of KIA books. This research design uses probability sampling by means of cluster sampling. The data were taken from a questionnaire given by pregnant women TM III. Research subject is pregnant women with TM III, data were analyzed by the spearman rank test. This study involved 62 pregnant women TM III. The result is 19 respondents (30.6%) have good knowledge, in detail 15 respondents (24.4%) use KIA books and 4 respondents (6.5%) didn’t use KIA books. Meanwhile, 21 respondents (33.9%) were knowledgeable enough, in detail 11 respondents (17.7%) used KIA books and 10 respondents (16.1%) didn’t use KIA books. Then, 22 respondents (35.5%) had less knowledge, indicating that 16 respondents (25.8%) used KIA books and 6 respondents (25.8%) didnt use KIA books. Spearman rank test results obtained value 0.764 > = 0.05. In conclusion, there is no relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women TM III about the danger signs of pregnancy with the use of the KIA books. So it is important to understand the KIA books for pregnant women with TM III to detect the danger signs of pregnancy so that they can be handled quickly and appropriately.

Abstract

The family planning program is the most basic preventive health effort for women. Based on data from the East Java Provincial Health Office in 2017, 77.1% of new family planning acceptors and active family planning acceptors used non-MJKP contraception, while 23% used MJKP contraception.The high number of non-MKJP contraceptive acceptors is caused by several factors including age, education level, number of children, husband's support. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the selection of Non-MKJP contraception in the Tapen Puskesmas District of Bondowoso. This study is a comparative study with a cross sectional approach, using Simple Random Sampling with a sample consisting of 110 Non MKJP contraceptive acceptors. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square. The results obtained 69.1% of mothers with a healthy reproductive age category, mothers at the Senior High School (SMA) education level of 55.5%, mothers who had 2 children were 51.8%, and those who received husband's support were 80.0 %. Data were analyzed by chi-square test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the age factor showed (p = 0,000), education level (p = 0,000), number of children (p = 0,000), husband's support (p = 0,000). The α value of the four factors is 0.05. Age, education level, number of children, husband's support are influenced by the high number of non-MKJP contraceptive acceptors in the work area of ​​Tapen Puskesmas, Bondowoso Regency. Government efforts have been good in suppressing birth rates by providing information about Non-MKJP contraception and making the Non-MKJP contraceptive method as one of the methods that is quite effective and able to help the success of government programs especially in the field of KB Keywords: Contraception acceptors, MKJP, Fertile Age Couples (PUS)

Abstract

The rate of growth and development delays at the preschool age is still quite high. This will pose risks at later stages of growth and development. At preschool age, it can be said as a period of child socialization. One of the factors that influence the social development of children is parenting. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting and social development of preschool-aged children (4-6 years). This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 38 respondents selected by simple random sampling. Collecting data on parenting variables using a structured questionnaire and social development using a Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS) questionnaire. Data analysis using Goodman and Kruskal Tau. The results showed that most parents applied democratic parenting (92.11%) and preschoolers had social development above the average (76.32%). The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between parenting patterns and children's social development (p-value of 0.001). Parents have an important role in nurturing and educating children to become socially mature individuals. Monitoring of children's social development needs to be done to diagnose developmental problems so that early treatment can be carried out and minimize the impact of delays in social development. Abstract

Back pain is one of the discomforts of pregnant women in the form of pain that occurs in the lumbosacral area. One way to reduce discomfort is exercise during pregnancy, one of which is yoga. Yoga in pregnancy describes specific postures and techniques that are beneficial to expectant mothers and help relieve discomfort caused by bodily changes during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of yoga exercise on back pain for pregnant women with TM III. This literature study was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. The results of the literature study obtained 244 articles, which after the identification, screening, and eligibility process from 244 articles there were 9 articles that matched the researcher's inclusion criteria. From these 9 journals, it can be concluded that yoga exercise is effective in reducing back pain for pregnant women with TM III. Yoga exercise can produce endorphins that trigger feelings of comfort, pleasure, and happiness produced by the central nervous system and pituitary gland, endorphins function to relieve pain because these hormones can block opioid receptors which can block pain-conducting signals. Abstract

Complications that need to occur in pregnant women and need to be done is preeclampsia. From 2012 to 2016, pre-eclampsia was ranked as the first cause of AKI in East Java, the case of preeclampsia in 2016 was 30.90% (1). In Jember in 2015 there were 31 cases of preeclampsia deaths. Data from the Ajung Puskesmas (2017) were 45 preeclampsia cases from January to September. A preliminary study of 10 preeclampsia TM III pregnant women, using a structured interview method, obtained 6 mothers undergoing routine checks with a record of 3 mothers achieving success but not yet performing optimally. The purpose of this research is to make a model of health promotion for midwives in pregnant women with Trimester III preeclampsia based on the Change Phase. The design of this study is quasi-experimental. Sampling using simple random sampling technique totaling 75 respondents. R&D research. Instrument questionnaire sheet. Obtained differences after being given bidkes based on the stage of change. Statistical test analysis with the value of Pre Conteplation Z count (-7,022)> Z Table 0.05 (1.96) so that Ho is rejected, the value of Pre Conteplation is increasing, Hi Conteplation Z count (-6,244)> Z Table 0.05 (1 , 96) so that it can quickly increase the value of increased conteplation. Preparation Stage Calculated Z values ??(-7,253)> Z Table 0.05 (1.96) Ho is rejected the value of increasing contemplation. Action stage Z count (-6,304)> Z Table 0.05 (1.96) so that Ho is rejected the value of Conteplation increases. Abstract

Teknik non farmakologi untuk mengurangi nyeri setelah operasi sectio caesarea salah satunya dengan guided imagery yaitu menggunakan imajinasi seseorang yang dirancang secara khusus untuk mencapai efek positif tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan guided imagery. Desain penelitian quasi experimental dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel 40 responden, sampling menggunakan consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dan SOP guided imagery, kemudian data di analisa dengan uji Sample Paired T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t hitung Sig. (2-tailed)=0,000<0,05 () yang berarti Ho ditolak, sehingga ada perbedaan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan guided imagery. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa guided imagery dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri terutama pada pasien post sectio caesarea.

Abstract

Midwives in assisting childbirth use the Normal Childbirth Care Standard so that labor is correct and safe, but the fact is the maternal and infant mortality rates are still high. Caring is a form of care given by midwives to clients based on caring, sincere, gentle and loving and considers that the client is our own family. Caring behavior is very necessary because caring is the core of midwife performance to meet client welfare. This study aims to develop Normal Childbirth Care by integrating caring elements. The type of research used is Research and Development with the aim of developing Caring Approach based Normal Childbirth Care in order to improve midwife competence. The design of this study is quasi experimental. Sampling used a purposive sampling of 45 midwife respondents who had PMB in the Jember Regency. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significance p equal 0.05. Results of this study are all standards need to be integrated caring, by integrating caring in the steps of Normal Childbirth Care in increasing the competence of midwives can reduce the incidence of death in mothers and infants so that client welfare and satisfaction are met.
