Abstract

The development of information technology in cyberspace is unavoidable. which followed by the vulnerability of threats and attacks on data and information traffic that can threaten the country's sovereignty. One of the ways that can be done is to strengthen Indonesia's cyberinfrastructure and institutions. The purpose of this legal research is to find out the urgency of regulating Cybersecurity and resilience in Indonesia and its challenges and obstacles, also to conduct a comparative study in several countries. This research is normative legal research with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that arrangements regarding Cybersecurity and resilience are very important and must be enacted immediately.

Abstract

Media as a pillar in democracy as well as a medium of public information has an influence on the formation of public opinion. In the context of elections, one of the media in political communication that has the greatest influence on voter choice is television. In principle, television media uses the frequency of society, then the public has the right to get balanced coverage. However, media owners who are part of electoral contestation use media as a communication media that abuses the media by broadcasting unequal news. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of television media as a means of political communication with media ownership, secondly, analyze various matters relating to television media ahead of the election. This research is a normative research that is based on basic and secondary materials, which are the rules and literature relevant to the object of research. Primary and secondary legal materials are obtained through library studies. The analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between media ownership of media owners in using their television media as a means of political communication. Regulations for using media in using media are used as personal communication tools in the Broadcasting Law, P3SPS, and General Election Commission Regulations. These regulations that maintain the media remain as a public information media that prioritizes the public and avoids various media in elections, although it is still needed for television media to remain neutral.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. selain itu, diyakini ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar yakni self-efficacy, yang keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuan yang dimilikinya. keyakinan tersebut mendorong seseorang untuk mencapai keberhasilan dan mampu menghadapi kesulitan untuk mengerjakan tugas. penting self-efficacy tidak dirasakan oleh siswa seperti halnya pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kendari. sebelum mereka mengerjakan tugas, beberapa diantaranya beranggapan bahwa siswa yang pandai akan selalu mendapatkan nilai bagus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Self-Efficacy Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kendari. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang dari kelas VIII. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Self-Efficacy dan Nilai Rapor siswa. Metode analisis data mengunakan uji analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi korelasi sebesar 0,015 dan R Squere sebesar 0,111. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peran self-efficacy yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kendari.
