Abstract

Abstract: Children who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD) often refered to as a hyperactive child. Children who have behavioral disorders generally have normal intelligence levels, but because the disorder, they show underchiever. This is because they are difficult to focus, concentrate, obey school rules, sit still in class (do not move the seat), and so forth. Applied behavior analysis methods can be used as an approach to solve the problem above. The approach used in the modification of behavior include: relaxation, systematic desensitization, sensitivity training, imitation through resistence. Of some of these approaches that are often used to change behavior inADHD children is imitation through modeling, operant conditioning, immunization techniques, and assertiveness training. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of biocontrol agents rizobakteri candidate against seed-borne pathogens colony growth in vitro of red chili and rizobakteri effect on seed germination of two varieties of chili. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Seed Science and Technology Studies Program Faculty of Agriculture, University of Syiah Kuala. Research conducted two phases. (I) Using a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial are 16 types rizobakteri (A. suis, Actinobacter sp, Azotobacter sp, Azotobacter sp, sp Necercia, P. capacia, B. megaterium, P. dimuta, B. bodius, B . laterophorus, B. larvae, B. alvae, Flavobacterium sp, B. coagulans, B. firmus, B. polymixa, B. lichiniformis, B. stearothermophilius) tested against pathogens (P. capsici, C. capsici, F. oxysporum , Phytium, pR. solani and S. rolfsii) by measuring the distance between the edge of the colony of pathogens and rizobakteri. (II) Using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial design. Factors studied varieties of pepper plants (PM 999, Arena) and the type isolates rizobakteri (A. suis, Azotobacter sp, P. capacia, B. stearothermophilius, B. bodius). The benchmarks were observed maximum growth potential, percentage of germination, index of vigor, relative growth rate, simultaneity grow, and required time to reach 50% total of relative germination (T50). The test results (i) there is an effective biocontrol agent inhibits 6 types of pathogens that isolates B. bodius. Test results (II) seed treatment with rizobakteri able to improve the viability and vigor in comparison with no treatment.

Abstract

Technological progress is inseparable from the success of an education. In the process of learning technology it is important to be integrated in teaching materials. However, while still supporting schools that do not have teaching materials using technology. Therefore, development research is carried out that makes teaching materials by utilizing technology that develops electronic modules. This type of research is a research development developed by Sugiyono. The trial was conducted by giving questionnaires to 21 students of Sridadi 55 / I public elementary schools. Based on the results of research and development figures obtained 85.6% with the category "Good" on the motivation of students in using electronic modules in the learning process

Abstract

Abstrak Fungsi-fungsi sosial pada anak berkesulitan belajar menunjukkan bahwa mereka bermasalah dalam memiliki kelompok teman sebaya, diisolasi oleh teman sebaya, bermasalah dengan keterampilan sosial, dan sebagian besar mereka memiliki status sosial yang lebih rendah di antara teman sebayanya di sekolah dasar inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas peer mediated intervention (PMI) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial pada anak berkesulitan belajar di sekolah dasar inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan single subject design dengan model multiple baseline across subject. Lima (5) anak berkesulitan belajar sebagai anak target. Lima (5) peer mediator dipilih dan dilatih untuk menerapkan PMI dalam pelajaran bahasa Indonesia (membaca ulang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PMI efektif meningkatkan keterampilan sosial yaitu pada anak target TS rerata baseline 4,73 meningkat menjadi 9,33; anak target KY rerata baseline 4,07 meningkat menjadi 9,05; anak target HL rerata baseline 3,88 meningkat menjadi 8,12; anak target RA rerata baseline 3,36 meningkat menjadi 7,81; dan anak target KA rerata baseline 3,14 meningkat menjadi 7,5. PMI juga efektif mengurangi frekuensi kesalahan membaca anak target pada fase baseline sebesar 7,49 menurun menjadi 4,11 selama intervensi. Kata kunci :peer mediated intervention, kecakapan sosial, anak berkesulitan belajar Abstract The social functioning of children with learning disabilities has indicated that they have problems belong to peer groups, deficits in social skills, isolated and most have lower social status among peers in inclusive elementary schools. This study aims to test the effectiveness of peer mediated intervention (PMI) to improve social skills at children with learning disabilities in inclusive elementary schools. The study used a single-subject design with multiple baseline across subject. Five (5) children with mild learning disabilities and five (5) trained peer mediator to apply PMI in the lessons Indonesian (repeated reading). The results showed that PMI was effective for improving the social skills for the children with learning disabilities respectively are: the TS’s average baseline was 4,73 increased to 9,33; the KY’s average baseline was 4,07 increased to 9,05; the HL’s average baseline was 3,88 increased to 8,12; the RA’s average baseline was 3,36 increased to 7,81; and the KA’s average baseline was 3,14 KA increased to 7,5. PMI also decreased the frequency of reading mistakes at the children with learning disabilities from baseline phase to intervention phase from the average 7,49 to 4,11.Keyword: peer mediated intervention, kecakapan sosial, anak berkesulitan

Abstract

Metode uji kualitas dengan menggunakan SepPaks alumina telah dikembangkan untuk menentukan tingkat pelepasan 188W dari sistem gel generator 188W/188Re. Pendeteksian intensitas rendah dari 188W dengan kehadiran intensitas lebih tinggi dari 188Re (Eg = 155 keV, 15 %), maka teknik pencacahan cara konvensional tidak memungkinkan, karena 188W mengemisikan foton gamma dengan intensitas yang sangat rendah pada Eg = 227 keV (0,22 %) dan Eg = 290 keV (0,40 %). Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui pelepasan dan menghitung tingkat 188W dalam ketepatan waktu (real time) tanpa harus menunggu beberapa hari untuk meluruh dari 188Re anak, maka penggunaan SepPaks alumina secara “tandem” dengan gel generator tungsten-188/renium-188 merupakan teknik yang efektif untuk menjerat 188W yang lolos. Teknik ini ditunjukkan oleh elusi sistem gel generator 188W/188Re titanium tungstat, kemudian eluat dilewatkan melalui SepPaks alumina yang diikuti oleh pencucian dengan NaCl 0,9 % pH 5. Hasil elusi diperoleh yield 188Re maksimum sebesar 65 %, mempunyai kemurnian radionuklida 97 % dan radiokimia sebesar 95 %. Penentuan penangkapan 188W ditunjukkan oleh adanya spektrum gamma 290 keV dalam SepPaks alumina dapat dideteksi secara jelas. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh tersebut dapat ditunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SepPaks alumina sangat efektif sebagai alat uji kualitas dalam menilai kinerja sistem gel generator 188W/188Re untuk memproduksi radionuklida renium-188.

Abstract

Zirkonium merupakan unsur yang memiliki karakteristik yang khas dan sering digunakan dalam komponen material nuklir karena memiliki ketahanan terhadap korosi, keasaman serta memiliki tampang lintang absorpsi terhadap neutron termal yang rendah. Pada penelitian ini material berbasis zirkonium (MBZ) disintesis untuk penyerap molibdenum-99 (99Mo) pada generator radioisotop 99Mo/9mTc. MBZ disintesis melalui reaksi termal kondensasi antara ZrCl4 dan isopropyl alkohol. Variasi lama pemasanasan pada temperatur 150°C (waktu pemanasan selama 30 menit,MBZ-30; 60 menit,MBZ-60; 120 menit,MBZ-120 dan 240 menit, MBZ-240) setelah pelapisan MBZ dengan tetra etil orto silikat (TEOS) dilakukan untuk mendapatkan MBZ yang memiliki daya serap molibdenum-99 yang tinggi. Hasil uji MBZ-30, MBZ-60, MBZ-l20 dan MBZ-240 secara visual memperlihatkan bahwa penyerap ini memiliki warna yang kecoklatan dan tidak rapuh. Hasil uji luas permukaan spesifik penyerap MBZ-30, MBZ-60, MBZ-120 dan MBZ-240 dengan menggunakan  Brunauer, Emmett and Teller (BET) berturut-turut  adalah 22,45, 21,47, 19,5, 16,08 mm2/g. Hasil  BET ini memperlihatkan semakin lama waktu pemanasan maka semakin menurun luas permukaan spesifik penyerap MBZ. Karakterisasi penyerap MBZ-60 dengan fourier   transform  infra  red (FTIR)  menunjukkan  terdapat ikatan  Si-O-Si di 1080 – 1099  cm-l pad  a  MBZ  setelah  dilapis TEOS.  Pada MBZ-60 setelah penyerapan Mo sementara itu terlihat adanya serepan pad a 950cm-l yang mengindikasikan adanya ikatan Mo-O. Hasil uji serap penyerap  MBZ  terhadap  molibdenum-99  menunjukkan  bahwa  MBZ-30 ,MBZ-60, MBZ-120   dan  MBZ-240  memiliki  yield  penyerapan   sebesar 47,1 ;86,3; 82,1 dan 52,4 % dan kapasitas serap sebesar 107,2 ; 196,3; 186,7 dan 119,2 mg/g MBZ.Berdasarkan hasil uji ini dapat dilihat bahwa MBZ-60 dan MBZ-120 merupakan penyerap MBZ yang memiliki kapasitas serap molibdenum-99 yang relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan MBZ lainnya dan dinilai cocok sebagai penyerap untuk generator 99Mo/9"'rc OPTIMATION ADSORPTION of 99Mo IN ZIRCONIUM-BASED MATERIAL (ZBM) . Zirconium is an element that has unique characteristic and often be used as component of nuclear material because it has the corrosion resistance, acidity and the absorption of cross-section has a low thermal neutron. In this study, zirconium-based materials (MBZ) was synthesized for adsorbent of molybdenum-99 on 99Mot9mTc radioisotope generator. MBZ was synthesized by termal condensation between ZrCI4and isopropyl alchohol. Variation of drying time at 150°C (30 minutes for MBZ-30; 60 minutes, MBZ-60; 120 minutes, MBZ-120; and 240 minutes, MBZ-240) after MBZ coated with tetra etil ortho silicate ( TEDS) was cunducted in order to obtain MBZ with high adsorption capacity towards Mo. The visual test results showed of MBZ-30, MBZ-60, MBZ-120, and MBZ-240 adsorbents had brownish color and not fragile. The spesific surface area test resulst of  MBZ-30, MBZ-60, MBZ-120, and MBZ-240 adsorbent by using Brunauer, Emmett and Teller (BET) were 22,45, 21,47, 19,5, 16,08 mm2/g, respectively. Based on the BET results, it can be seen that longer drying time resulted in lower the specific surface area of MBZ. The characterization of MBZ60 adsorbent using fourier transform infra red (FTIR) showed that there was Si-D-Si bond at 10801099 cm-l in MBZ after coated by TEDS. Mean while, MBZ-60 which had adsorbed Mo showed IR band at 950 cm-l that indicated the existence of Mo-Q bond. The Mo-99 adsorption test results

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate student interest in learning the electronic module ethnoconstructivism in several elementary schools. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of the research carried out at Muara Bulian Elementary School No. 13 / I with the highest frequency 31 with a percentage of 54.4% included in the Good category. Whereas in SD Negeri No. 80 / I Muara Bulian with the most frequency 31 with a percentage of 49.2% included in the category of Very Good. Based on these results a T test was performed with a Sig. (2-Tailed) value of 0.683 0.05, so there were no significant comparisons or differences in the learning interests of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 13 / I Muara Bulian with students at SD Negeri No. 80 / I Muara Bulian.

Abstract

Avocado seed oil has been used for the synthesis of polyurethane membrane, which is reactedwith 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI). The main objective of this research is manufacture ofpolyurethane membranes from avocado seed oil, as a filter of this membrane use as a filter of metals fromwater such as mercury (Hg) etc.. Polyurethane membrane was synthesized by the crosslink method betweenHMDI and avocado seed oil. The results showed that the optimum ratio condition HMDI and avocado seedoil is 1.8: 5 (w/v). The result showed that flux value work at the optimum condition is 88 L/m2.h.bar, withrejection coefficient of 98.87%. Analysis with Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) showed that of functionalN-H group at 3314.996 cm-1, and did not reveal any FTIR of -NCO functional group at 2270 cm-1. Theabsence of absorption -NCO group proves membrane synthesis was successful. Mechanical tests andDifferential Thermal Analysis (DTA) showed that the membrane was the characteristics of a hard and rigid.Scanning Electron Microscope- Energy Dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX) assay showed that the membranesurface is not homogeneous and membrane capable for filtering heavy metals from water contaminatedwith mercury (Hg).

Abstract

Abstrak Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat adalah wujud masyarakat yang sadar, mau dan mampu mempraktekkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Upaya untuk mengubah perilaku masyarakat agar mendukung peningkatan derajat kesehatan dilakukan melalui program pembinaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan Provinsi Aceh berada di peringkat ketiga terendah dengan persentase sebanyak 30,33%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada tatanan rumah tangga di  Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Deleng Pokhkisen Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh keluarga yang memiliki balita sebanyak 146 keluarga dan sampel adalah seluruh populasi (total population) yang berjumlah 146 ibu rumah tangga. Instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk angket (kuesioner) dan analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan analisa multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : 1) Pengetahuan (p = 0,005); 2) Sikap (p = 0,000); 3) Kebiasaan (p = 0,001); 4) Petugas kesehatan (p = 0,024); 5) Pemimpin informal (p = 0,049) berhubungan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Deleng Pokhkisen Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2017; 6) Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Deleng Pokhkisen Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2017 adalah faktor sikap (p = 0,0001; Exp (B)= 10,98). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan, sikap, kebiasaan, petugas kesehatan dan pemimpin informal berhubungan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Kata-kata kunci: Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, pengetahuan, sikap, kebiasaan, petugas kesehatan, pemimpin informal   Abstract PHBS (Clean and Healthy Life Behavior) is the realization of the people who are aware of, willing to, and capable of practicing PHBS. The effort to change people’s behavior in increasing their health standard is through the program of developing PHBS and Aceh province is ranked third lowest with the percentage as much as 30.33%. The objective of the research was to find out some factors which were correlated with PHBS in households in the Working Area of Deleng Pokhkisen Puskesmas, Aceh Tenggara Regency, in 2017. The research used quantitative method with cross sectional design. The population of the research was the whole family who had a toddler as much as 146 family and the sample is the entire population (total population) totalling 146 housewife. The result of the research showed that there was the correlation of 1) knowledge (p=0.0050, 2) attitude (p=0.000), habit (p=0.0010, health care providers (p=0.0240), and informal leaders (p=0.049) with PHBS in the Working Area of Deleng Pokhkisen Puskesmas, Aceh Tenggara Regency, in 2017, and the variable which the most dominant correlation was the variable of attitude at p=0.0001, Exp (β)=10.98. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis animasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran Teknologi Desain Busana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, sedangkan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Adobe Flash. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif yang dirancang secara menarik akan membangkitkan motivasi dan rangsangan kegiatan belajar siswa, membantu siswa meningkatkan pemahaman materi pembelajaran serta menumbuhkan kreativitas belajar sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran.
