Abstrak - Setiap pelanggaran yang siswa lakukan di Sekolah pada umumnya pihak sekolah akan mencatat dan menyimpannya dibuku. Dalam pelaksanaannya proses pencatatan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa ini diimplementasikan menggunakan sistem point pelanggaran dan skorsing. Namun permasalahan yang ada di bagian Kesiswaan adalah jika siswa ingin mengetahui pelanggaran apa saja yang telah siswa lakukan selama di sekolah, maka siswa atau orang tua siswa harus menghadap ke bagian Kesiswaan untuk mendapakan data pelanggaran siswa tersebut. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Skorsing Siswa yang memanfaatkan kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dibidang komputer dan Telekomunikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi dengan cepat dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah komunikasi antara bagian Kesiswaan dengan siswa atau orang tua wali, sehingga informasi mengenai data pelanggaran siswa dengan cepat dapat diketahui serta mempermudah proses pemanggilan orang tua/wali siswa melalui sebuah Short Message Service (SMS) yang akan dikirimkan secara otomatis setelah data pelanggaran siswa diinputkan kedalam sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Skorsing berbasis Short Message Service (SMS) Gateway. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Skorsing Siswa ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Sekolah khususnya bagian Kesiswaan untuk dapat berhubungan dengan Siswa dan Orang Tua/Wali dan juga menginformasikan pelanggaran apa saja yang telah dilakukan oleh Siswa.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Skorsing, SMS Gateway, Point Pelanggaran.

Abstract Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), functions as a manager and conveyer of documents owned by public bodies in accordance with the mandate of Law 14/2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. The development of information and communication technology in this era of globalization is growing rapidly. With the high need for information, the faster the information system will develop, especially in the use of information. As in the Tangerang PPID information system, Jakarta PPID, Subang PPID, and Semarang PPID which have been developed into an Android-based information system. The method used in the development of this final project information system is the Waterfall Method. The research was conducted at the Department of Communication, Informatics, Passwords and Statistics (DISKOMSANTIK) of Pandeglang City. Data collection and data analysis techniques were system engineering, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The results obtained are that the writer can develop an information system for Android Information Management Officers, Information system development, Android Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID). Knowledge management systems in educational institutions are implemented as a form of increasing and utilizing resources and technology as knowledge assets in increasing competitive advantage. The ability of an educational institution regarding technology is a very important factor for the progress and development of the educational institution. At SDN Gelam 3, Serang City, the system should have been developed by utilizing technology. This is because, the problem that often occurs at SDN Gelam 3 Serang City is the lack of knowledge and ability to use technology, such as at the beginning of a new school year, each teacher collects learning outcomes in hardcopy form to the school administrator so that mistakes and lost files often occur. And besides that, there are differences in teaching materials between one teacher and another teacher. Through this research, researchers help build a knowledge management system by utilizing technology in the form of a website. This system will be created in the form of a website using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database management. And researchers did system design in the form of UML diagrams, user interfaces and databases. The results achieved are in the form of designing a knowledge management system that can support increasing the utilization of technological capabilities in learning
