Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan penjualan pada Story-I Mall Alam Sutera. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pada Story-I Mall Alam Sutera, sedangkan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan rumus Rao Purba dan jumlah Sampel 100 responden yang mewakili populasi. Metode pengumpulan data metode likert dan interval. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji dan menganalisis data adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data menunjukan harga dan promosi pada Story-I Mall Alam Sutera berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini dapat ditunjukan oleh nilai persamaan/model regresi Y = -6.587 + 0,386 X1 + 0,873 X2 dengan koefisien regresi X1 sebesar 0,368, X2 sebesar 0,873 dan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel untuk kedua variabel bebas yaitu Harga X1 (2,745>1,985) Promosi X2 (6,938>1,985). Kontribusi pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian 71,5 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to study the interaction of prices and promotions on sales decisions at Story-I Mall Alam Sutera. This research used in this research is quantitative. The mall in this study is a customer at Alam Sutera Mall Story-I, while the sampling technique used is the Rao Purba formula and the number of samples is 100 respondents representing the population. Data collection methods Likert and interval methods. The method used to test and analyze data is the validity test, reliability test, trial, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, T-test, F test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that prices and promotions in Story-I Mall Alam Sutera affect purchasing decisions, this can be shown by the value of the equation/regression model Y = -6.587 + 0.386 X1 + 0.873 X2 with a regression coefficient of 0.368, X2 of 0.873 and t-value is greater than t-table for the two independent variables, namely Price X1 (2.745> 1.985) X2 Promotion (6.938> 1.985). The contribution of the price and promotion to the purchase decision was 71.5% while the remaining 28.5% was approved by other factors that were not approved.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berjudul“Penyuluhan Aquaponik Dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada RT. 003, RW. 006Desa Kabasiran” adalah sebagai upaya pemenuhan kewajiban Tri DharmaPerguruan Tinggi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantumasyarakat khususnya pada masyarakat di desa Kabasiran dalam berwirausahasaat masa Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu mengenai sistem budidaya Aquaponik.Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan di RT. 003, RW. 006 Desa KabasiranBogor, pada tanggal 26-28 Juni 2020.Berdasarkan hal di atas, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat denganmemberikan informasi dan atau tambahan pengetahuan mengenai pengembangankemampuan masyarakat dalam budidaya Aquaponik yaitu cara menanamtanaman dan memelihara ikan dalam satu wadah, sebagai wujud eksistensiPerguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan konstribusi besar kepadapengembangan dan penerapan ilmu kepada masyarakat.Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupaekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry yaitupembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kreatif kritis dan analitisterkait materi dan praktik budidaya Aquaponik, diharapkan masyarakat dapatmempraktekkan budidaya Aquaponik ini sebagai salah satu alternatif usaha ditengah pandemi Covid-19.Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah masyarakatdapat mengetahui dan mempraktekkan sistem budidaya Aquaponik dalamsebuah wadah, namun masyarakat masih perlu mendalami kembali sistembudidaya Aquaponik ini agar hasilnya dapat lebih maksimal.Kata Kunci : Aquaponik, Masa Pandemi Covid-19, Desa Kabasiran

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Pelatihan Manajemen Peningkatan Produktivitas Remajadi Masa Pandemi Covid 19 pada PKBM Insan Satya Guna (PKBM INTAN)”Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah Memberikan pengarahan kepada warga belajarPKBM Insan Satya Guna agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan produktivitasnyadalam berwirausaha terutama di masa pandemi Covid 19Agar warga belajar PKBM InsanSatya Guna dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya di masa pandemi Covid 19 melaluipenyuluhan yang di berikan oleh Dosen-dosen Universitas Pamulang.Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan serta diskusidalam konteks memberikan pelatihan dan pengarahan kepada para remaja warga belajarPKBM Insan Satya Guna agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya di masa pandemicCovid 19 saat ini melalui daring dengan aplikasi google meeting. Adapun tahapan YANGdilakukan adalah Tahapan Persiapan dan Pelatihan .Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat(PKM) yang telah kami lakukan ini pada dasarnya adalah berkat kerjasama berbagai pihakterkait sehingga kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan terukur, serta materi yang kamisampaikan dapat warga belajar PKBM Insan Satya Guna. Dengan adanya kegiatanPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, diharapkan peserta dapat mengaplikasikanilmu yang telah mereka peroleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, Work environment on employee performance and the Effect of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Eka Mas Republic Branch Tangerang, totaling 71 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS statistical software version 26. This analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, simple regression analysis tests, multiple regression analysis tests, coefficient of determination tests, and statistical tests through t-tests and F tests. The t-test results show that work discipline and work environment partially positively and significantly affect employee performance. The F test simultaneously shows that work discipline and work environment ultimately impact substantially employee performance.  The correlation coefficient is 0.926, meaning that the three variables have a firm level of relationship. The R2 value is found to be 0.857, meaning that the influence of work discipline and work environment variables on employee performance is 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% is explained by other variables not discussed in the study.

Abstract

This research aims to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is consumers of Bakmi Dua Saudara, located in Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. The sample formulation was based on the Slovin formula, namely 71 respondents. This research method is Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS version 26. The results of this research are that partial promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion and service quality significantly affect purchasing decisions; the coefficient of determination value is 37.6, with 37.6% of the variation in purchasing decisions being explained by promotion and service quality together, other factors influence the remainder.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Transmedia Mampang South Jakarta, to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Transmedia Mampang South Jakarta and to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employe performance at PT. Transmedia in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used a saturated/census sampling formula, so the population in this study was 62 people. The sample used was 62 respondents using questionnaire data collection techniques. The nature of the research used is quantitative descriptive. The data analysis methods used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, product moment correlation testing, simple linear regression, multiple regression equations, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the influence of work motivation on employe performance shows the results of the tcount test = 2.894 while ttable = 2.000 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.013 < 0.050, the influence of work discipline on employe performance shows the test results tcount = 3.005 while ttable = 2.000 (tcount > t table) with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.050, and the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employe performance shows the test results Fcount = 1.821 while Ftable = 3.15 (Fcount > Ftable) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.050. The multiple regression equation is Y = 25.555 + 0.308X1 + 0.043X2+ e. The multiple correlation coefficient is 0.241, which means it has a low relationship. The coefficient of determination test was 15.8% and the remaining 84.2% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions. And knowing the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at UD. Pleximo. The method of this research is quantitative associative method. The population in this study is the consumer retailer UD. Pleximo totaling 430, the sampling technique in this study used the solvin formula and a sample of 82 respondents was obtained. The data collection method used is distributing questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that product quality and price have a very strong relationship with product purchasing decisions at UD Pleximo. The calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) yields 0.704. This shows that the influence of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions is 70.4 percent, while 29.6 percent is influenced by other factors. So that product quality and price have a significant effect and have a simultaneous positive direction on purchasing decisions, which means that product quality and prices offered by UD Pleximo Tangerang City play a very important role in attracting consumers to shop for shoes at UD Pleximo Tangerang City.
