Abstract

Green practices are very important for restaurants to do to reduce the impact of damage to the environment, but it is very unfortunate that Kokomo Resort has not fully implemented green practices for the benefit of environmental sustainability. There are also pros and cons regarding the importance of implementing green practices at Kokomo Resort which can be seen from the results of preliminary interviews conducted by the author. The location of this research was conducted at Kokomo Resort, located in Gili Indah Village, Gili Trawangan, Lombok. This research was conducted for 6 months, from January 2023 to June 2023. The object of this research is the implementation of green action and green food in increasing income at Kokomo Resort. The population in this study were Kokomo Resort managers and their staff, totaling 5 people. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are samples. The implementation of green practices at Kokomo Resort as a whole is quite good, with an average percentage of green action variables of 80%, green food of 82%, and green donation of 83%, all of which fall into the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja kerja karyawan terhadap loyalitas dan peran gaya kepemimpinan dalam hubungan tersebut. Kinerja kerja yang optimal diharapkan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, sementara gaya kepemimpinan diharapkan memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat atau melemahkan hubungan ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 150 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kinerja kerja karyawan dan tingkat loyalitas mereka, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.65 (p < 0.01). Selain itu, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kedua variabel tersebut, yaitu kinerja kerja dan loyalitas karyawan (β = 0.70, p < 0.01 untuk kinerja; β = 0.60, p < 0.01 untuk loyalitas). Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan otokratis tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dan loyalitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja kerja yang baik berhubungan erat dengan loyalitas karyawan, dan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyarankan perusahaan untuk menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif dan memberdayakan serta memberikan penghargaan yang sesuai untuk kinerja yang baik guna meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mencatat beberapa keterbatasan, seperti ukuran sampel yang terbatas, dan merekomendasikan studi lebih lanjut dengan ukuran sampel yang lebih besar serta metode yang lebih variatif.

Abstract

Accounting is not just about calculating numbers and translating data into financial reports. More than that, Accounting is a science that equips individuals with the ability to manage finances,analyze data,and make wise decisions. Whether someone aims to manage personal finances more efficiently, run a business with more structure, or even understand the impact of financial decisions on a large scale. Therefore, in this research, we will discuss in more depth the importance of knowing accounting in everyday life. The aspects that will be discussed are the application of accounting in everyday life, the benefits of accounting in life, and what accounting activities are in everyday life.

Abstract

Assistance with the legalization of MSME products can provide knowledge to the public for sustainability as well as security and comfort for MSME activists both from a legal perspective and their position as products that are suitable to compete in national or global markets. The focus of this research is on the factors behind the defects in the identity of products produced by MSME activists in Gondang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative by collecting data through interaction. directly with MSME activists to then provide an explanation regarding the importance of legalization of MSME products. primary (community) and secondary data sources (books related to MSME product regulations)
