Abstract

The elements in the management of education include elements of leaders, educators, educational staff , students and educational facilities as well as other supporters. All of these components are a unity that influences the quality of the learning process that can be seen from the success of students. The director as a leader at the Cirebon Maritime Academy has an influence on the creativity of educators, the work productivity of educational staff and the success of student learning. To find out the effect, survey research was conducted . Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaire studies.The questionnaire was made in the form of a questionnaire with 5 alternative choices. Each alternative answers provided more aggressively weighted score of 1 - 5 (1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = disagree, 4 = agree, and 5 = strongly agree ). Analysis of the data in this study consisted of (a) simple regression analysis; and (b) multiple analysis using statistical methods with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Regression analysis is used to predict research that includes variables X for Y1, Y2 and Y3. Simple Regression Analysis looks at Vaiabel Coefficients (Y1X) and (Y2X) and Y3X. This analysis is used to test the effect of each research variable. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded as a result of the research that the Leadership of the Director (X) on the Improvement of Educators' Creativity (Y1) is quite significant. The Leadership of the Director (X) on the Productivity of Education Workers (Y2) is also quite significant, and the results of the calculation of the influence of the Leadership of the Director (X) on Learning Success (Y3) are quite significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain accurate information about the perceptions of Christian educators about the triggers for juvenile delinquency. Adolescence is a unique and self-seeking stage. In this connection, teenagers often fall into juvenile delinquency. This research is to find various factors that cause juvenile delinquency so that it can be used to prevent juvenile delinquency. This study uses a qualitative approach as a research procedure and produces descriptive data. The reason for using this method is to describe the object of research in detail. The main instrument is the researcher himself (human instrument), and the data is in the form of primary and secondary data. The object of the research was adolescents and the informants were Christian religion teachers, namely those who were considered very understanding of adolescent growth. Data collection techniques using observation, structured interviews, and document studies, and triangulation. The data analysis technique follows the concept of Miles and Huberman and Spradley. Conclusions are drawn based on data analysis. The conclusion of this research is that there are various aspects that trigger juvenile delinquency and have a negative impact on adolescents and the wider community. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat mengenai persepsi pendidik agama Kristen mengenai pemicu juvenile delinquency. Usia remaja adalah yang unik dan tahap pencarian jati diri. Berkaitan dengan itu seringkali anak remaja jatuh pada juvenile delinquency. Penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan berbagai faktor penyebab kenakalan remaja sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mencegah juvenile delinquency. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian dan menghasilkan data diskriptif. Alasan penggunaan metode ini adalah untuk menguraikan obyek penelitian secara terperinci. Instrumen utama adalah periset sendiri (human instrument), dan datanya berupa data primer dan sekunder. Objek penelitian adalah anak remaja dan informannya merupakan guru agama Kristen, yaitu mereka yang dianggap sangat memahami per-tumbuhan anak remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan studi dokumen serta triangulasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti konsep Miles and Huberman dan Spradley. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan berdasarkan analisis data. Simpulan penelitian ada berbagai aspek pemicu timbulnya juvenile delinquency serta berdampak buruk terhadap remaja dan masyarakat luas.

Abstract

All people, including educators and teachers who are assigned to perform the duties and responsibilities of educating, were created on purpose and was provided with special gifts to fulfill God’s mandate, Christian Educators, covering the teachers and lecturers who believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior are responsible for the teaching of God and doing His words. That is why educators play a significant role and determine the continuity of education and learning. Educators are educational designers, implementers, assessors and a source of inspiration to learn as well. Thus, it is a must for Christian educators to be professional, inspiring and interesting in carrying out their duties. To realize it, they must optimally equip themselves with educational science. They should also keep on learning to develop their teaching skills and knowledge. By doing so, they will be capable and reliable in carrying out their duties and responsibilities consistently. Being capable of creating and designing various learning models, they will be professional, inspiring and interesting. Abstrak: Semua manusia dicipta dan pasti menerima karunia khusus dari Tuhan untuk melakukan Amanat-Nya, salah satunya adalah menjadi pendidik dan pengajar. Pendidik Kristen yang dimaksud dalam tulisan ini adalah guru dan dosen yang beragama Kristen serta bersahadat pada iman bahwa Tuhan Yesus Kristus adalah Tuhan dan Juruselamat. Mereka bertanggung jawab mengajarkan ajaran Tuhan dan melakukan kebenaran Allah.Itu sebabnya, komponen pendidik dalam pendidikan adalah penentu keberlangsungan pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Mereka adalah desainer pendidikan, pelaksana dan penilai serta sumber inspirasi belajar. Maka, pendidik Kristen dalam melakukan tugasnya dapat dipastikan harus profesional, inspiratif dan menarik. Sebab mereka sebelumnya telah membekali diri dalam ilmu kependidikan. Pembekalan diri tersebut menjadikan mereka mampu dan handal dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya secara konsisten. Kemampuannya mencipta dan medesain berbagai model pembelajaran akan menjadikan dirinya profesional, inspiratif dan menarik.

Abstract

The importance of management of church service programs is (1) to ensure the management of local church services goes well; (2) subsequently to achieve maximum service efficiency; and (3) managing the service stages and continuity of various service programs in the local church. Local church service program management talks about how the form of church service management (program) is intended for the congregation. This service program management is needed because there is a desire that the congregation can continue to experience new things through service so that it can bring them to service satisfaction and faith growth. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research and exploratory description combined with discourse analysis, data sources and data analysis techniques. The object of this research is local churches and the informants determined are church leaders who are considered to know and understand the management of church service programs. So this research is observing people (social situations) in their environment. So, this research is intended to understand the social situation of research in more depth and try to find patterns and theories. The results of the study found to indicate the urgency of program management in achieving the goals of church services. Abstrak Pentingnya manajemen program pelayanan gereja adalah (1) untuk memastikan pengelolaan pelayanan gereja lokal berjalan dengan baik; (2) selanjutnya untuk mencapai efisiensi pelayanan yang maksimal; dan (3) mengelola tahapan-tahapan pelayanan dan kesinambungan berbagai program pelayanan di gereja lokal. Manajemen program pelayanan gereja lokal berbicara mengenai bagaimana bentuk pengelolaan pelayanan (program) gereja yang diperuntukkan bagi jemaat. Manajemen program pelayanan ini dibutuhkan karena adanya kerinduan agar jemaat terus dapat mengalami hal-hal baru melalui pelayanan sehingga mampu membawa mereka kepada kepuasan pelayanan dan pertumbuhan iman. Penelitian ini tergolong ke dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dan bersifat deskripsi eksploratif yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis wacana, sumber data dan teknik analisis data. Objek penelitian ini adalah gereja-gereja lokal dan informan yang ditetapkan adalah pemimpin gereja yang dianggap tahu dan paling paham tentang manajemen program pelayanan gereja. Sehingga penelitian ini adalah mengamati orang (situasi sosial) dalam lingkungannya. Maka, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memahami situasi sosial penelitian secara lebih mendalam dan berusaha menemukan pola serta teori. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan menunjukkan adanya urgensitas manajemen program dalam mencapai sasaran pelayanan gereja.

Abstract

Christian religious teachers must have good aptitude and non-aptitude skills as well as good learning creativity. Christian religious teachers in their duties are obliged to organize, guide, guide and create a healthy and fun learning environment for students. Including coaching, shaping and helping students achieve their learning achievements. To achieve this goal, a Christian teacher who is full of creativity is needed. This study uses qualitative methods and produces descriptive data. The basis for choosing this pattern is an attempt to describe the survey object in detail. The key tool in this research is the researcher, then the research informants are parents, students, lecturers, Christian leaders and church pastors. The object of research is a Christian religion teacher. Data collection techniques are observation, document review, and noun class or triangulation. Data examination was carried out according to the theory of Miles and colleagues. The conclusion of the study is that Christian religious teachers are obliged to continuously improve learning creativity. Efforts that can be made include: needing to understand the various factors that influence the increase in learning creativity, mastering and maximizing all basic teaching skills, practicing and preparing for teaching, being able to do classroom management, understanding the use of various methods, strategies and learning models, understanding technology and educational media, understand research principles and be able to interpret the results. AbstrakGuru agama Kristen harus memiliki keterampilan aptitude dan non aptitude serta kreativitas pembelajaran yang baik. Guru agama Kristen dalam tugasnya berkewajiban menata, membimbing, menuntun dan mewujudkan alam belajar yang sehat dan menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Termasuk melakukan pembinaan, membentuk dan membantu peserta didik mencapai prestasi belajarnya. Untuk mencapai maksud tersebut, dibutuhkan guru agama Kristen yang penuh kreasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan melahirkan data deskriptif. Dasar memilih pola ini, yaitu upaya mendeskripsikan objek survei dengan detail. Alat kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti, kemudian informan penelitian adalah orangtua, mahasiswa, dosen, pemimpin Kristen dan pendeta jemaat. Objek penelitian adalah guru agama Kristen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah pengamatan, kajian dokumen, dan kelas nomina atau triangulasi. Pemeriksaan data dilakukan menurut teori Miles dan kawan-kawan. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa guru agama Kristen wajib melakukan peningkatan kreativitas pembelajaran secara kontinyu. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain: perlu memahami berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kreativitas pembelajaran, menguasai dan memaksimalkan keseluruhan keterampilan dasar mengajar, melakukan praktek dan persiapan mengajar, mampu melakukan manajerial kelas, memahami penggunaan berbagai metode, strategi dan model pembelajaran, memahami teknologi dan media pendidikan, memahami prinsip-prinsip penelitian dan mampu menafsirkan hasilnya.

Abstract

This scientific study discusses the call of Christian religious teachers to teach and proclaim God's love. They are called from the world but they are not from the world. That is, even if teachers and preachers are called from this world, they cannot live like this world. They must be in line with God's thinking and not take sides in the worldly living world. The Gospel of John 17:14-23 contains requests, exhortations and calls to teach, and spread God's love. This study uses descriptive analysis method, which is to conduct in-depth analysis and try to explain or describe the call of Christian religious teachers to teach and spread God's love based on the prayer of Jesus Christ as written in the Gospel of John. Through this analysis, Jesus made requests and requests to God the Father. It is the status, responsibility, and work that must be done by Christian religious teachers, among others, is to teach and share God's love with the world. AbstrakKajian ilmiah ini membahas tentang panggilan guru agama Kristen untuk mengajar dan memberitakan kasih Allah. Mereka dipanggil dari dunia tetapi mereka tidak berasal dari dunia. Artinya, sekalipun para guru dan pemberita dipanggil dari dunia ini, tetapi tidak boleh hidup sejalan dengan dunia ini. Mereka harus sejalan dengan pemikiran Allah dan tidak berpihak pada dunia yang hidup secara duniawi. Injil Yohanes 17:14-23 berisi tentang permohonan, nasihat dan panggilan untuk mengajar, percaya dan memberitakan kasih Allah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif, yaitu melakukan analisa mendalam dan berusaha menjelasakan atau mendeskripsikan panggilan guru agama Kristen untuk mengajar dan memberitakan kasih Allah yang didasarkan pada doa Yesus Kristus sebagaimana dituliskan dalam Injil Yohanes. Melalui analisis ini, terlihat bahwa Yesus Kristus menyampaikan doa dan permohonan kepada Allah Bapa. Menjelaskan status, tanggung jawab dan pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan oleh guru agama Kristen, diantaranya adalah mengajar dan memberitakan kasih Allah kepada dunia.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to analyze, find and set a barometer of the leadership of Christian religious teachers in Indonesia. The main problem in the study: Christian religion teachers do not understand the barometer of Christian religion teachers' leadership and do not realize that they are leaders. There is a tendency that Christian religious teachers only understand themselves as teachers and educators. The next problem is that there is no specific theory regarding the barometer of Christian religious teacher leadership. So, the novelty of this research is the discovery and establishment of a new theory about the barometer of the leadership of Christian religious teachers in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research that produces narrative data in the form of written words. Observations were made on the literature and other sources of information. The data collection method was observation and discussion with several Christian religious teachers. Then ask for responses from experts and compare them with the opinions of experts in the literature. Then do an in-depth analysis to find answers to research problems. The conclusion of the study is that the teacher leadership borometer includes: having the capacity to lead, being able to analyze situations, having authority, being able to control oneself, being humble, wise and chivalrous. Able to communicate, negotiate and have integrity.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis, menemukan dan menetapkan barometer kepemimpinan guru agama Kristen di Indonesia. Masalah utama dalam penelitian: guru agama Kristen tidak mengerti barometer kepemimpinan guru agama Kristen dan tidak menyadari bahwa mereka adalah pemimpin. Kecenderungan yang ada bahwa guru agama Kristen hanya memahami dirinya sebagai guru dan pemberi pengajaran. Masalah berikutnya adalah belum ada teori secara khusus mengenai barometer kepemimpinan guru agama Kristen. Maka, kebaruan penelitian ini ialah ditemukan dan ditetapkannya suatu teori baru tentang barometer kepemimpinan guru agama Kristen di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data naratif berupa kata-kata tertulis. Pengamatan dilakukan pada literatur dan sumber informasi lainnya. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan diskusi dengan beberapa guru agama Kristen. Kemudian meminta tanggapan dari para pakar dan membandingkannya dengan pendapat para pakar dalam literatur. Kemudian melakukan analisis mendalam hingga menemukan jawaban terhadap permasalahan penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa bahwa borometer kepemimpinan guru mencakup: memiliki kapasitas memimpin, mampu meganalisa situasi, memiliki wibawa, mampu mengendalikan diri, rendah hati, bijaksana dan kesatria. Mampu berkomunikasi, melakukan negosiasi dan berintegritas.

Abstract

Masalah tentang guru sebagai pendidik merupakan topik riset yang tidak habis untuk diteliti. Peran penting guru masih tetap diyakini sebagai salah satu faktor paling utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Sebagai pendidik, guru harus memiliki komptensi yang baik sehingga dapat menjadi pendidik yang kreatif dan produktif serta mampu melakukan inovasi-inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Kompetensi guru mencakup bidang kognitif, sikap dan perilaku atau performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Bethel Tanjung Priok. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 20 orang dan sampel adalah 19 orang guru SD Bethel Tanjung Priok, dan diambil dengan teknik Random. Menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan formula emperis yang dianjurkan oleh Isaac & Michael. Tetapi karena populasi kurang dari 100 orang maka semua populasi dijadikan sebagai responden sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan metode statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS. Prosedur pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara (1) menyeleksi data; (2) menentukan bobot nilai jawaban item penelitian dan skor; (3) melakukan analisa deskriptif; dan (4) uji regresi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran di SD Bethel Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara.

Abstract

Christian education must demonstrate an egalitarian educational practice, which means treating the education process equally without discriminating against social, economic, or religious backgrounds. This research is a reflective study on various issues of Christian education that have been developed, such as education of hospitality and inclusion or those based on multiculturalism and religious moderation. Following academic discussions to find an ideal picture of Christian education, this research aims to demonstrate an egalitarian spirituality that can serve as a basis for Christian educational practices in church, home, and school. Using a qualitative approach to literature data, this research uses a descriptive method to map the needs of Christian education in this era. In conclusion, Christian education should be able to reflect God's egalitarian work by providing participation opportunities for all learners to express themselves in God's grace.AbstrakPendidikan kristiani harus mampu memperlihatkan sebuah prak-tik pendidikan yang egaliter, artinya memperlakukan proses pendidikan secara setara tanpa membedakan latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, hingga agama. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah kajian reflektif terhadap berbagai isu pendidikan kristiani yang telah dikembangkan terlebih dahulu, seperti pendidikan hospitalitas dan inklusi, atau yang berbasis pada multikulturan dan moderasi beragama. Mengikuti diskusi akademik untuk menemukan sebuah potret pendidikan kristiani yang ideal, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan spiritualitas egalitarian yang dapat menjadi basis pada praktik pendidikan kristiani, baik di gereja, rumah, dan sekolah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif pada data literatur, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif untuk memetakan kebutuhan pendidikan kristiani di era ini. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan kristiani harus dapat mencerminkan karya Allah yang egaliter dengan memberikan ruang partisipasi bagi semua peserta didik dalam mengekspresikan dirinya dalam anugerah Allah.
