Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia, selama 2013-2017 dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada harga saham. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Galeri Investasi Syariah Universitas Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara. Metode Analisis menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas, Q Tobin?s dan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Likuiditas (AALI, BWPT, DNSG, GOZCO, JAWA, SIMP & SMAR) memiliki rasio cepat <1, kecuali LSIP. (2) Leverage (BWPT, DNSG, GOZCO, JAWA memiliki LTDtER > 1 dan AALI, LSIP, SIMP, SMAR memiliki LTDtER <1. 3) Aktivitas (AALI, BWPT, DNSG, GOZCO, JAWA, LSIP, SIMP) memiliki TATO < 1.1 dan SMAR memiliki TATO> 1.1). (4) Profitabilitas (AALI, BWPT, DNSG, GOZCO, JAWA, LSIP, SIMP & SMAR memiliki ROI <0,3. (5) Nilai Perusahaan (SIMP, SMAR, GOZCO, JAWA memiliki Q <1 dan AALI, BWPT, DNSG, LSIP memiliki Q> 1. Kinerja keuangan dari harga saham yang diprediksi oleh quick ratio, LTDtER, TATO, ROI, dan Tobins'Q menunjukkan bahwa ia memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 <0,05 .

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning video based videoscribe applications on Social Science with the topic of natural phenomena. The research method used is research and development method with stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and product testing (limited trial). To test the feasibility of this video learning then tested the validation of experts conducted by material experts, media experts, and pedagogical experts. After the validation test by the expert team, then the product test (limited trial) with the subject of the research is the 43 students of class VI A SDN Panancangan 2. The results of the material expert test show that this video learning obtained an average score of 82.85% with the a very feasible category. The result of the media expert test shows that this video learning obtained an average score of 88.34% with a very feasible category. The results of the pedagogical expert test show this video learning obtained an average score of 85.83% with a very feasible category. The product trial results (limited trial) obtained an average grade of 90.52% with a very good category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning video based on the application of videoscibe very feasible for use in Social Science on the topic of natural phenomenon in Indonesia.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid era of globalization coupled with this pandemic situation, many negative influences received by elementary school students both from social media or the environment, coupled with the current pandemic situation which requires distance learning which has an impact on the absence of direct practice from teachers or instructors about character education, which causes school students to lack character, character, and spirit of nationalism. The aim of the research is for elementary school students to understand character education and be able to practice it in daily life. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, namely by giving pretest-posttest questions to determine the level of understanding of character education. The results of this study are still many students who do not understand character education. This character education will provide learning for students to understand what character, virtuous character, and spirit of nationalism are and instill in their daily lives.
