Abstract

Abstract: Pedagogic competence is the ability to manage student learning which includes students 'understanding, design and implementation of learning, evaluation of learning outcomes, and development of students to develop various potentials of students, while learning achievement is the aspect of the students' skills as a result of business and learning activities pursued, Is seen as an important indicator in the overall process of education in general and the process of teaching and learning in particular. The method used in data collection is descriptive method. While the approach taken is a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study includes literature study and field study. The implementation of this field study involves observation techniques, interviews, and using data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. The average score of teacher paedagogic competency variables (Variable X) has an average of 2.49, the scores in the assessment criteria are at 2.5-3.5 intervals with medium qualifications and for the average grade of learning achievement Students (Variable Y) that has an average value of 3.67 numbers in the scale of the assessment is at the interval of 3.5-4.5 with high qualification. Based on data analysis there is a significant relationship between teacher Paedagogic Competence on student achievement. The magnitude of the effect of variable X to Y is 0.86. The contribution of variable X to Y is 49% and the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors .. This information provides information that the teacher paedagogic competence variables have a strong influence on student achievement that is Based on the above calculation known that the value of Z arithmetic 4.3> Z table 0.01 then the hypothesis (Ho) rejected and (Ha) accepted, this means the influence between variable X and variable Y with significant influence.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is the key to the formation of competent human resources in building the nation. Education has a very urgent role to ensure the development and survival of a nation. Education is also a benchmark to advance a nation, and to mirror the personality of its people. The author will choose a location study at Vocational High School 13 Malang, the subject of his research is the principal, vice principal part of the curriculum, Islamic religious education teachers, and students. In this study the authors used three kinds of data collection techniques are methods of observation, interviews, documentation methods. Abstract

Abstract education is a basic necessity for every human being, because with the education that human beings can determine the next steps. In this study the authors use a method of survey with a correlation approach conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan by involving class III, IV, V and VI students who participated in the memorization activities of the Qur'an. Data collection is done with observations, polls, and documentaries. Data analysis using correlation analysis with product moment formula correlation technique.The results of the research obtained to answer the formulation of problems are: 1) the application of memorization of the Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan applied according to the results of observation and based on the results of the poll, hence the result obtained is 55.5. Thus, the average score number of the memorization rate of Al-Quran Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan is good enough, 2) Student learning achievement on the subjects of the Qur'an hadith in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan after the memorization activities of the Qur'an is in good category with an average of 81.92 of the entire respondent, and 3) the influence between memorization of Al-Qur'an with students ' learning achievement in the field of Quranic study in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan with medium interpretation. With the correlation number between variable X and variable Y of 0511. Its significance by 5% seen from table Correlation Product Moment.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that proceeds and is a very fundamental element in the implementation of each type and level of education. This means that the success or failure of the achievement of the educational objectives depends very much on the learning process that students experience when they are at school or in their home or family. Based on the background of the above problem, then the formulation of the problem as follows: What is the learning motivation of students of class X Subject PAI In SMKN 13 Malang and Is there a correlation of learning motivation with student achievement class X Subject PAI In SMKN 13 Malang. The method used in data collection is descriptive method. While the approach taken is a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study includes literature study and field study. The implementation of this field study involves observation techniques, interviews, and using data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. Based on the results of correlation analysis obtained 0,538. In order for this number to be meaningful, it needs to be interpreted so as to give an explanation of the correlation between learning motivation and student achievement, that is by consulting through the value of r on the product moment table, either with a significance level of 5% or 1%. For more details will be interpreted r o and r t (table) as follows. At the level of significance of 5% with the number of respondents (N) = 22 obtained r t = 0.423, while r o = 0.538. Thus r o is greater than r t or in other words r o> r t. This means indicating a significant or positive correlation between the two variables. At the level of significance of 1% with the number of respondents (N) = 22 obtained r t = 0.537, while r o = 0.538. Thus r o is greater than r t or in other words r o> r t. This means indicating a significant or positive correlation between the two variables. So the hypothesis examined that "There is a significant correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement subjects PAI grade X students in SMKN 13 Malang also low.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to determine the role of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 2) to find out the efforts of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at Madarasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 02 Paciran Lamongan.From the results of the study, it was concluded that the principal tried to improve the quality and knowledge of teachers by holding discussions, trainings, seminars and so on. The principal pays attention to the development of student activities in teaching and learning activities, in this case the principal sees directly what is used by teachers, student activity reports, and student attendance books. The principal also tries to equip school infrastructure and equipment including instructional media needed for the smooth and successful teaching and learning process. Completing library books because it is important for the development of the quality of education. Supporting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are the role of effective school principals, exemplary teachers, outstanding students and human resources.

Abstract

In this study the author uses quantitative methods, while for data collection using questionnaires, documentation, observation, while the population is the entire number of fourth grade students at MI Muhammdiyah 03 Weru-Paciran, totaling 35 students and 25 being taken as samples. To analyze the final results the author uses the Product Moment formula with the formula: rxy= (?xy)/?((?x^2 )(?y²)).In this study, the results obtained from data analysis using the Product Moment formula which the results reached 1.0208 were rounded up to 1. So the results and conclusions can be obtained that playing Playstation games is very influential on student achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak class IV study at MI Muhammdiyah 03 Weru-Paciran.

Abstract

is there a difference in student learning outcomes before using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method with student learning outcomes after using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method. the effect of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method on student learning outcomes in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith for fifth grade students at MI 14 Muhammadiyah Sumurgayam Paciran From the results of data analysis, it was found that student learning outcomes had increased. In the pretest, the average score of students was 47.27 with classical learning completeness of 18.18%. In the posttest questions the average value of students is 76.81 with classical learning mastery reaching 72.72%. Thus, it can be said that learning using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith for fifth grade students at MI 14 Muhammadiyah Sumurgayam.
