Abstract

This study aims to examine differences in the management of innovation in the MABATUTER education program (Management of Integrated Reading and Writing Applications) for studentsmanagement conditions carried out by schools conventionally and digitally. The research method used was a qualitative before-after experiment, namelycompare the assessment of parents of students related to program managementMA-BATUTER education carried out conventionally with the after conditionimplementing digital applications developed independently byby PAUD TAAMASA Sumbawa. The research data were obtained from 10 sampling peopleparents of students using a score-based assessment instrument on the aspectread, write, and retell. To determine the effectiveness of different testsusing non-parametric statistics through Wilcoxon test, gain score test. Resultt-test research and gain score of MA-BATUTER education program with applicationdigital is proven to be effective in improving students' ability to understand the content of the storyand can retell the information received in order to trainintelligence sensors of children from an early age.

Abstract

Factors affecting the safety and health of the work environmentprocessing of rice and maize at PT XYZ Sumbawa Branch, West Nusa Tenggara accordinglywith Permennaker No.5 of 2018 are noise, vibration, lighting, temperature andhumidity, wind speed and water. Occupational health and safety is aresponsibility of all workers. A very healthy, nurturing and safe working climatesupport the increase in labor productivity as a human resource. Aimfrom this research is how the K3 program on the activities of PT. XYZ BranchSumbawa, how to work climate factors such as noise, vibration, temperature andhumidity, wind speed, water and lighting referred to in PermenakerNo.5 of 2018 in the work activities of employees and workers at PT. XYZ SumbawaWest Nusa Tenggara, and whether the K3 working climate is in accordance with Permenaker No.5 of 2018has been implemented by PT. XYZ Sumbawa Branch. The research method usedin this research is experimental quantitative. The object of this research is workersPT. XYZ Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara. This research data comes from the placeprocessing of corn and grain at PT. XYZ Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara. DataThis research is the result data from the vibration test using a vibration meter, testnoise using a sound level tool, using a temperature and humidity metergun and humadity thermometer tool, lighting test using anemometer, testwater using a PH meter and TDS, wind speed test using an air flow toolanemometer. The research data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively based on the dataquantitative. The results of this study indicate the factors that influence the work climateare noise, vibration, temperature and humidity, wind speed, water and lightingas referred to in Permenaker No.5 of 2018 has no effect onwork activities of employees and workers at PT. XYZ Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara.Meanwhile, the work climate of K3 according to Permenaker No.5 of 2018 is not allimplemented by PT. XYZ Sumbawa Branch because there are several working climatesdoes not comply with government standards namely noise (89.5-99.6 dBA) vibration (5.2-5.5 m / s2), and temperature (27oc) and humidity (50-62%) workspace while appropriatewith Permenaker No. 5 of 2018 are lighting, wind speed, and water.

Abstract

The occupational hazard risks that generally occur in the RFCC refinery area, namelythe event of a fall while going up or down stairs. Usually this happens because of the concept of threethe point of contact is often overlooked, namely the safe and secure use of the stairsmaintains three points of contact at all times. In addition, anti-coin innovation is also appliedslip as a double safety in working when going up and down stairs. The purpose ofThis study was to determine the effect of using anti toe slip and threepoint methodcontact in going up and down stairs and the level of understanding of workers in educationregarding the risk of hazards in the area of ??the RFCC Pertamina RU IV Cilacap Refinery. Toget comprehensive data in research, used qualitative analysis methodsdescriptive, where the data is translated from the results of field observations in the form of interviewsand a questionnaire with relevant questions. Furthermore, the data is analyzed and presentedin the form of a diagam or histogram. This study shows that the use of antitoe slip and the application of three point contact is very important because it canminimize the occurrence of falls when going up and down stairs during work.As many as 64% and 24% of respondents stated that the use of this method was very strongit is safe to work at a height because of the safety equipment that prevents slipperywhen going up the stairs. While the concept of thee point contact can help workers tocontinue to focus on positioning the hands and feet while on the stairs so that the incidentfalling can be avoided. Providing education about the use of anti toe slip and threepoint of contact is a factor that also determines the level of security at work atthe height when using the stairs. Of the 50 respondents who were observed, as much as 94%I totally agree that education makes workers more understanding and awarewith safety equipment that must be used and of course prevent fromrisk of falling while climbing stairs.

Abstract

Rechargeable battery plays an important role to support the implementation of clean and renewable energy. In this aspect, post Li-ion battery, such as Zn-ion battery is receiving great attention due to its low cost and enviromentally friendly. Therefore, studies of electrode materials for Zn-ion battery are of paramount importance. In this contribution, we present theoretical investigation to explore the potential use of tunnel-type manganese dioxide for zinc storage material. Our calculation suggests the stability of the material for Zn-ion battery application.

Abstract

Analysis of compressive strength and infiltration pervious paving was performed by falling head method at 7, 14, and 28 days with variation of additive composition by 70 ml, 140 ml, 210 ml, and 280 ml. The addition of lignosulfonat acid additive in the pervious paving making mixture affects the mechanical properties of pervious paving such as compressive strength, permeability and cement bonding time. The results showed the most significant increase in compressive strength occurred during baseline time. Addition of lignosulfonat acid additive affects the acceleration of hydration power of cement up to 2.6 times of normal binding time. Pervious paving infiltration test results showed that the higher content of additive contained, the smaller the permeability. So we get the optimum composition of 140 ml additive substances with a compressive strength of 19.4 MPa and permeability of 0.367 cm / sec.
