Abstract

Maternity mothers About 50-80% experience baby blues within ten days of giving birth. This is if the mother does not get further treatment then the baby blues can escalate into heavier depression. There is no definitive test yet that can determine a mother suffering from postpartum depression. This is why most postpartum depression sufferers are undiagnosed and do not get treatment early. Treatment that can be given to mothers who are depressed by providing health education, one of which is by providing psychoedukasi to the mother. The purpose of this study was to look at the influence of psychoedukasi on cortisol hormone levels in mothers with postpartum depression in the working area of Langsa City Health Office in 2020. This research uses quasi experimental design with the design of the one group pretest-posttest. Observations were made before and after the treatment of psychoedukasi,, The number of samples in this study as many as 16 mothers postpartum the second day with postpartum depression. The analyses used were the Wilcoxon Test and the Whitney Mann Test. The results showed the influence of decreased levels of the hormone cortisol before and after the administration of psychoedukasi with sig value. 0.00, there is a decrease in postpartum depression by administering psychoeducation with sig value. 0.000 and the effect of decreased cortisol levels on postpartum depression decrease with sig value. 0.00.

Abstract

The implementation of Clean and Healthy Lifestyle in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious problem in society. The application of clean and healthy living behavior in everyday life in the household can reduce the risk of disease and nutritional status in children. Achievement of optimal nutritional status can be influenced by several factors, namely direct, indirect and root causes. Direct factors consist of food consumption and infection status. Indirect factors consist of availability, food consumption patterns, hygiene, sanitation, and environmental health. The purpose of this study was to determine the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle with Child Nutritional Status in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study is a systematic review using online databases, namely Scholar, Sciencedirect, ProQuest, and EBSCO. The keywords used are clean and healthy living behavior, Child Nutrition Status, Covid-19 Pandemic.The selection process used the PRISMA protocol so that 15 articles were obtained that met the inclusion criteria. The findings of the review show that adopting a good, clean and healthy lifestyle affects children's nutritional status. The application of clean and healthy living habits in household arrangements is influenced by knowledge, culture, socioeconomics, beliefs, and the availability of facilities or technologies. During the Covid-19 pandemic, parents can play a role in reminding, educating, providing role models and support, advising, and emphasizing the importance of clean and healthy living.

Abstract

The immunization program launched by the Ministry of Health is one of the preventive measures to avoid contracting certain diseases, namely preventable diseases by immunization including tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B, polio and measles. The Covid-19 pandemic threatens to have an impact on health progress and in particular on child development due to the delay in immunization services as a national program. The purpose of this Systematic Review is to analyze the effect of immunization services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Database search includes Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Pubmed with keywords The keywords used are complete basic immunization, covid-19 period, impact of COVID-19 immunization. The next stage is to select articles according to the criteria, which are published in 2017-2022 with the full text of 12 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Initial literature search found 52 articles (Google Schoolar 42 articles, Science Direct 10 articles, Proquest 5 articles) 40 articles issued were not in sync with the topic of discussion and did not discuss complete basic immunization 12 full text articles met the criteria. Immunization should be prioritized to prevent and protect from preventable diseases by immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic, if the situation allows. Basic immunization services during the Covid-19 pandemic decreased and affected the amount of immunization coverage. Factors that influence this are the main focus of health services on Covid-19 cases, the implementation of lockdown, physical-social distancing, self-isolation and delays in the distribution of vaccine supplies

Abstract

The success of maternal health efforts and the health status of a community can be seen from the number of Maternal Mortality Rates (MMR). Midwives are one of the health workers who have an important position in reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Midwives provide continuous and comprehensive midwifery services, focusing on aspects of prevention, promotion based on partnerships and community empowerment together. Complementary traditional health services are the application of traditional health that utilizes biomedical and biocultural sciences. Activity Purpose To increase the knowledge/understanding and skills of midwifery majors alumni of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh on Complementary Acupressure Therapy For Excellent Midwife in Entrepreneurial Development for Alumni. The dedication method used in this activity is education, training and assistance in increasing the knowledge and abilities of alumni about complementary acupressure therapy for excellent midwife. The results of the dedication show that the provision of education about complementary acupressure therapy increases the alumni's knowledge about complementary acupressure therapy. The average alumni knowledge during the pre-test, which was around 51.81% of the number of questions answered correctly by alumni, experienced a change for the better after the post-test to around 95.45%. This community service activity ran smoothly, starting from the training activities and continuing with alumni assistance activities in providing acupressure therapy. This activity has enormous benefits felt by the participants. Apart from increasing knowledge.

Abstract

Background : About 5 to 10% of children are thought to have developmental delays. Data on the incidence of general developmental delays are not known with certainty, but it is estimated that around 1-3% of children under the age of 5 experience general developmental delays. Based on data obtained from Aceh's health profile, in 2021 the number of live births will be 10 . 350 babies. Seeing the high number of live births in infants, it is very important to provide stimulus during the golden age so that developmental delays do not occur Method : This type of research is Quasy Experiment with two group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study were babies aged 2-11 months, a total of 34 people, of which 17 babies were given massage and baby gymnastic interventions while 17 babies were included in the control group.
