Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan memvisualisasikan tingkat kebisingan yang diakibatkan oleh pesawat  terbang di daerah sekitar  lepas landas Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Kebisingan yang terjadi di daerah ini sudah sangat mengganggu masyarakat karena daerah sekitar lepas landas bandara merupakan daerah pemukiman. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan survey ke semua daerah pemukiman yang terkena dampak dari  kebisingan pesawat terbang, kemudian menentukan titik-titik yang dijadikan lokasi pengukuran. Untuk menentukan titik pengukuran dilakukan dengan membuat grid pada google earth dengan jarak interval 500 meter pada area seluas sekitar 11km2. Ada 63 titik yang dijadikan lokasi pengambilan data. Pengukuran tingkat kebisingan dilakukan selama 5 detik pada saat ada pesawat melintas pada titik pengukuran. Data hasil pengukuran ini diolah lalu divisualisasikan pada software surfer untuk memperlihatkan tingkat kebisingan tiap lokasi. Tingkat kebisingan bervariasi dari 48,385 dBA sampai 84,6 dBA. Luas daerah yang dikategorikan sebagai daerah berbahaya meliputi 17,46% dari luas daerah keseluruhan lokasi pengukuran yang mendapat tingkat kebisingan  >75dB.  Zona pertengahan yang masih mendapat tingkat kebisingan melebihi standar baku mutu yaitu 55 dB – 75 dB seluas 66,67%. Zona daerah aman yang mendapat tingkat kebisingan dibawah standar baku mutu 55 dB seluas 15,87% dari luas daerah keseluruhan lokasi pengukuran.

Abstract

In the current digital transformation era, network providers have long relied on WAN technology to support the business communications of their multi-local companies; however, in terms of infrastructure, cost, and even effectiveness, WAN technology is no longer sufficient to meet the needs and demands of telecommunications customers. In addition, given the magnitude of the company's need for internet network connections, technology is also needed to manage the use of traffic from rental links in the company so that it can optimize bandwidth usage from the link itself. Therefore one of the technological innovations to improve information processes is cloud-based digital innovation such as SD-WAN Traffic Steering technology. In this paper, the SD-WAN network design will be carried out on FortiGate series 50e devices by implementing traffic steering technology which can adjust a link's traffic flow according to the client's wishes. The results of the data obtained indicate that the utilization of ISP links owned by companies (Lintasarta and MNC) has been able to be used optimally, as evidenced by the use of bandwidth on each link successfully used according to the desired settings, where the settings provided have also been adjusted according to parameters of the type of each ISP service so that functionally the existing service link can be used optimally by the compan

Abstract

Fibre Optics is a delivery medium to connect network points to multipoint. FTTH is a service provided to customers to meet internet needs in terms of voice, data and video (triple play) services. PT. Telkom has standards for determining network eligibility, namely Power Link Budget and Rise Time Budget. With a case study in Bontomanai Village, Bulukumba, it is possible to simulate the design of the FTTH network to measure BER (Bit Error Rate) for system performance. From the results of network design calculations that the Power Link Budget, one of which is the attenuation from STO to the customer, is 25.65 dB, where this value is still feasible because it is still in the standard range of PT. Telkom is 13 – 28 dB. The Rise Time Budget parameter obtained based on the analysis is 0.262 ns which has not yet crossed the NRZ degradation limit of 0.28 ns. Abstract

The internet network on campus 2 of the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic (PNUP) often experiences interference with the internet network so that it becomes a complaint from students, lecturers and staff on campus. the network on campus is often down and it is difficult to access internet services to access the internet. So this study aims to measure the parameters of the internet network on campus using the solarwinds application. to analyze the results of monitoring network performance based on the parameters measured. To be able to determine the performance of the campus network 2 PNUP, it is necessary to analyze it by measuring the parameters of network latency, packet loss, throughput and bandwidth usage. Based on the measurement results on holidays in all buildings, the network latency and packet loss results were in very good condition, as well as the throughput and bandwidth were in good condition. By obtaining the overall condition is good. Whereas on the active day of lectures in all buildings, the results showed that network latency was not good and packet loss was in good condition, although there was often an increase in packet loss at certain hours of 100% but it returned to stability, and throughput and bandwidth were in poor condition. By obtaining the overall condition that is not good.
