Abstract

In July 25th, 2013 Indonesia for the first time provided rail link service from and to an airport. It particularly was operated from and to Kualanamu International Airport (KNIA), Deli Serdang, North Sumatera, which was also operated for the first time on that date. Managing the airport rail link service, a private company namely PT. Railink basically is the subsidiary company of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The price of train ticket, in fact, is getting higher as time goes by. It is noted that the ticket price has increased from IDR 80K to IDR 100K since January 15th, 2015. Concerning this situation, this study is conducted to investigate the demand elasticity of the airport rail link service from and to Kualanamu International Airport as well as factors in taking the airport rail link. The result of the study reveals that the demand of airport rail link service as the impact of the increasing of the ticket price is inelastic since its value of elasticity reaches -0.38. The other result, moreover, finds six reasons influencing people to go with airport rail link: comfort, punctuality, speed or travel time, practicality, access to train station, and other modes? tariff.

Abstract

Kontrol kebisingan harus dilakukan sebagai untuk mengurangi tingkat kebisingan ke tingkat yang ditentukan sesuai standar untuk lingkungan tertentu, misalnya stasiun kereta api. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas kebisingan dengan tingkat stres kerja terhadap karyawan di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), untuk mengukur intensitas kebisingan di Stasiun Madiun dan Yogyakarta, dan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja. dialami oleh karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai kebisingan telah melampaui nilai ambang batas (NAB) yang telah ditentukan oleh Kep-51 / MEN / 1999 dan Standar OSHA, yaitu 85 dBA pada jam kerja 8 jam/hari yang berada pada kisaran 86,21 - 96,35 dBA, tingkat kebisingan ini diterima oleh karyawan 34 sebanyak atau 54,9%, sedangkan karyawan yang tidak terkena kebisingan di bawah NAB sebanyak 26 orang atau 45,1%. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa intensitas kebisingan di Stasiun Yogyakarta lebih tinggi dari pada Stasiun Madiun.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan pengguna kereta api yang sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian berulang, memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang lain tentang pengalaman menguntungkan mereka, sementara loyalitas pelanggan berkaitan dengan kemungkinan pelanggan kembali, membuat referensi bisnis, memberikan kata-kata  yang kuat, serta menawarkan referensi dan publisitas tentang layanan   di kereta. Penelitian ini bersifat cross-sectional dimana pengujian didasarkan pada data yang terjadi pada satu titik waktu, sehingga model yang dibangun tidak dirancang untuk menangkap perubahan yang terjadi karena pergeseran waktu. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan konsumen mempengaruhi sikap konsumen terhadap loyalitas yang diterapkan pada Kereta Argowilis. Ini memberi pengertian bagi Kereta Argowilis untuk melihat harga, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu ilmu dalam mengatur tenaga kerja (SDM) agar efektif dan efisien membantu terwujudnya tujuan dari suatu organisasi. Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang dibentuk untuk menyiapkan SDM yang unggul di bidang perkeretaapian. Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia melakukan berbagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan. Kompetisi penyiapan SDM yang semakin tajam tersebut memberikan implikasi pada organisasi institusi Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia untuk melakukan perubahan yang berorientasi pada kualitas dengan memberikan motivasi kepada para pegawai dan dosen untuk lebih giat bekerja secara professional. Harapanya adalah pegawai akan lebih meningkatkan kinerja sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Akan tetapi kenyataanya adalah model manajemen yang sudah ada sebelumnya belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan dosen. Hal tersebut terbukti bahwa berdasarkan data yang didapat dari Kasubag Kepegawaian pada bulan April 2019 bahwa dari 150 pegawai sekitar 25 pegawai yang bekerja tidak sesuai dengan bidang keahlihan yang dimiliki, sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kinerja pegawai. Disamping itu beberapa dosen kurang termotivasi untuk melakukan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, seperti pengabdian masyarakat, dan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengembangkan model manajemen MSDM guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research & Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian Model Manajemen MSDM berbasis kompetensi mampu meningkatkan kinerja dosen dan pegawai untuk lebih produktif.

Abstract

Noise control must be carried out as to reduce the noise level to the level specified according to the standard for a particular environment, for example a train station. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of noise intensity with work stress levels to employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), to measure noise intensity at Madiun Station and Yogyakarta, and to analyze work stress levels. experienced by employees. The results show that the noise value has exceeded the threshold value (NAV) determined by Kep-51 / MEN / 1999 and OSHA Standards, which is 85 dBA at 8 hours / day working hours which is in the range of 86.21 - 96.35 dBA , this noise level was received by 34 employees or 54.9%, while employees who were not exposed to noise under NAV were 26 people or 45.1%. The results also showed that the noise intensity at Yogyakarta Station was higher than at Madiun Station.

Abstract

The quality of railroad service users in accordance with customer expectations can increase the tendency of customers to make repeat purchases, provide recommendations to others about their beneficial experiences, while customer loyalty is related to the possibility of returning customers, making business references, giving strong words, and offering references and publicity about services on the train. This study is a cross-sectional study where testing is based on data that occurs at one point in time, so that the model built is not designed to capture changes that occur due to time shift. The analysis in this study uses the statistical method of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). From the results of this study it can be concluded that the price, service quality, and customer satisfaction variables influence consumer attitudes towards loyalty applied to the Argowilis Train. This gives understanding for the Argowilis Train to see prices, improve service quality, and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the sciences in managing the workforce (HR) to be effective and efficient in helping to realize the goals of an organization. The Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic as one of the higher education institutions formed to prepare superior human resources in the field of railways. The Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic makes various efforts in improving the quality of education quality. The increasingly sharp HR preparation competition has implications for the Indonesian Railways Polytechnic institutional organization to make quality-oriented changes by motivating employees and lecturers to work harder in a professional manner. The hope is that employees will further improve performance in accordance with predetermined standards. However, the reality is that the existing management model has not been able to improve the performance of staff and lecturers. This is evident that based on data obtained from the Head of Personnel in April 2019 that of 150 employees around 25 employees who work are not in accordance with the field of expertise owned, thus providing a significant influence on employee performance results. Besides that, some lecturers are less motivated to do Higher Education Tri Darma, such as community service and research. In this study, researchers wanted to develop a HR management model to improve employee performance. The method used in this research is Research & Development (R&D). The results of research on competency-based HR Management Model can improve the performance of lecturers and staff to be more productive.

Abstract

Regions which have the highest population frequency in Indonesia, are Jabodetabek where traffic jams occured almost everyday. PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia has the main duty to provide KRL trips around Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Cikarang, Maja, and Rangkasbitung. One of the most crowded is Bogor – Manggarai crossing because of the large number of workers from Bogor to Jakarta using KRL. KRL on that area are still lack because there are many passengers who could not catch the train on rush hour and it is very crowded inside the KRL.. From the statements it is needed to analyse the load factor of the Manggarai - Bogor crossing KRL trip to accommodate the passengers safely and comfortably. This analysis aimed to determine the load factor and saturation cross point of the Bogor - Manggarai KRL. The analysis carried out was expected to get the right results to predict when the saturation cross point of the Bogor - Manggarai crossing which could be seen in terms of passenger growth, and obtain the value of load factors based on those calculations. The results of the study stated that when the peak hour trip was now saturated -3.44 years the load factor 153%, the maximum trip based on the initial trip was saturated -1.15 years and the load factor 115%, the stamformation trip 12 showed a saturation rate at 0.58 years and a load a factor of 93%. When off peak hour crossing Bogor - Manggarai trip now showed a saturation rate of 2.71 years and a load factor at 72%, a maximum trip based on an initial trip, showing a 5.1 year rate and a load factor at 53%, a stamformasi 12 trip showing a saturation rate 6.76 years and a load factor at 43%.

Abstract

Menanamkan jiwa nasionalisme merupakan hal yang paling penting dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan jiwa nasionalisme pada anak usia dini dilakukan dengan membangun tiang bendera merah putih sebagai salah satu aspek kegiatan agar anak selalu menghormati dan menghargai perjuangan para pahlawan. Hasil yang diharapkan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah para pesera didik maupun pendidik dapat terus meningkatkan rasa nasionalisme dengan dilaksanakanya kegiatan upacara bendera secara rutin
