Abstract

Tobacco is the main commodity in Jember Regency and as the import commodity to generate the devisa. Recently, in the free trade policy the commodity have be able to be efficient. The study concerned to understand the economic efficiency of White Burley Commodity and to understand the sensitivity when any change condition  particularly increasing of input price and decreasing of output price and quantity. The method that used is comparative advantages by BSD and CBSD. The result shows that White Burley tobacco production in Jember Regency  exactly improved and produced  as import substitution product  and identified as economic efficiency. Furthermore, a dollar that released for importing need US$ 0,87   domestic resource. The simulation by decreasing output price as 20% , decreasing production cost as 20% , the international price slow down as10%, so White Burley tobacco production in Jember Regency is economically not efficient.. in deep, the slowing down of international price is the highest one than slowing down of production  and the changing of production cost. Abstract

Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu dengan Kejadian Diare pada Anak Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Titik Haryanti dan  Sunardi. Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo.Jl. Sukoharjo 57552 Telp (0271) 530156 Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan kejadian diare pada anak balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas  Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua balita yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Polokarto selama periode bulan Januari – Oktober 2009 baik yang menderita diare maupun yang tidak menderita diare yaitu sebesar 11.837 balita. Sampel penelitan sebesar 95 balita yang diambil dari balita yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Polokarto selama 2 minggu. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan responden tentang kejadian diare adalah sebesar 21% responden mempunyai pengetahuan yang baik, sebesar 71,6% responden mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup dan sebesar 7,4% responden mempunyai pengetahuan yang kurang. Sikap responden tentang kejadian diare diketahui bahwa sebesar 79% responden mempunyai sikap mendukung terhadap pernyataan tentang kejadian diare dan sebesar 21% responden yang mempunyai sikap tidak mendukung terhadap pernyataan tentang kejadian diare. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan sikap responden dengan kejadian diare pada balita. Kata-kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Ibu, Diare, Balita.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan komparasi metode analisis spektrometri serapan atom (SSA) dan analisis aktivasi netron cepat untuk analisis unsure Cu, Cr, dan Cd dalam contoh uji sedimen sungai Gajahwong pada Sembilan (9) lokasi pengambilan contoh uji. Validitas terhadap metode uji SSA dan AANC dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis unsur Cu, Cr, dan Cd dalam standard reference materials (SRM) Soil 7 dan SRM 8704. Diperoleh kadar Cu, Cr, dan Cd dala, SRM Soil 7 dan SRM 8704 berada dalam rentang kadar Cu, Cr, dan Cd yang ada dalam sertifikat SRM, dengan akurasi dan presisi yang memenuhi persyaratan. Aplikasi metode SSA, dan AANC pada contoh uji sedimen sungai Gajahwong pada Sembilan (9) lokasi pengambilan contoh uji menunjukkan rerata kadar Cu, Cr, dan Cd yang tertinggi masing-masing adalah 80,98; 93,86; dan 2,98 ppm, dan 79,61; 90,73; dan 2,89 ppm. Rerata kadar Cu, dan Cr di daerah jembatan Pramuka dan Rejowinangun menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata antara metode SSA dan AANC, dengan perolehan harga tt > t0 pada tingkat signifikansi 5 %, tetapi masih lebih rendah pada tingkat signifikansi 1 %, sedangkan pada lokasi pengambilan contoh uji yang lain tidak ada perbedaan rerata kadar Cu,Cr, dan Cd pada tingkat signifikansi 5 %, dengan prerolehan harga tt < t0.

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community by 2015, there will be five free flow are: flow of goods, services ,investment flows, flows of capital and labor flows, the condition creates opportunities and challenges for companies in Indonesia, so the company needs to prepare a strategic move . Competitiveness of the Indonesian nation needs to be improve , in order to be able to compete with the ASEAN countries Assess the design of management planning and control system (SPPM) should be done . SPPM structure comprisin : ( a) the organizational structure is designed using the system ownership approach ( cellular manufacturing system, just-in -time purchasing and production, customer-driven innovation, and customer service focus. Abstract

Synthesized and characterization of biocomposites from recycle polypropylene  with alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica) as reinforcement have been done. Biocomposites was made by mixing biomass with recycle polypropylene in various amount of alang-alang  (0%, 10%, 20%, and 30%). The materials were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy (Fourier Transform Infrared) and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). The physical and mechanical properties of the biocomposite materials were tested in material density, water content, porosity, modulus of elasticity (MOE) and modulus of rupture (MOR). The results was showed that the biocomposites with  alang-alang as reonforcement have better properties than their constituent materials. Biocomposites with 10% of alang-alang  showed the best physical and mechanical properties with value of MOE and MOR are  8818,34 kg/cm2 and 126,98 kg/cm2.Keywords : biocomposites, alang-alang, polypropylene

Abstract

Palm oil is a potential resource in Banten. The document by General Directory of Plantation Jakarta (201) showed that Lebak and Pandeglang produce 25.249 of palm oil with area 3,888 ha dan 2,907 ha, respectively.The other matter is production capacity of palm oil increase with environment problem. This research will discuss about using fiber from oil palm’s empty fruit bunch as reinforce material for composite. The preparation of particle board used cold press single punch method in compaction pressure 3 bars.The Sengon wood particle is used for filler and epoxy resin and PVAc as a matrix. Volume fraction of fiber is 5%, 10% and 15%, respectively. The characteristics of particle board are showed by density, thickness extending, hardness, impact and flexural strength. The result showed that particle board with 15% fiber is the best characteristic of the composite. The density, thickness extending, surface hardness, flexural strength and impact is0.973 g/cm3, 1.025%, 26 N/mm2, 14.484 N/mm2, and8,247 kJ/m2, respectively.Keyword: particle board, oil palm’s empty fruit bunch, mechanical properties, volume fraction

Abstract

Natural Science is a science that deals with how to find out about the nature systematically and not just a collection of knowledge of facts, concepts, or principles only. So, science learning must be carried out with three components of scientific works, those are scientific process, scientific attitude and scientific products. Classroom action research aims to improve student interest in science-physics learning in the topic Electrostatic using instructional media F-Charta and practice with simple materials. The subjects of research are teacher of Science Physics SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin (as researchers) and students of class IX E of SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin, academic year 2013-2014. The object of research is students interest in science-physics learning of electric static. The research consist of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two learning activities section. The result of research showed an increase in student interest, which 21.74% of attitude increase and 22.72% responsiveness increase from the first cycle to the second cycle. Based on the results of this research concluded that physics science learning of electrostatics using instructional media F-Charta and practice with simple materials can increase student interest in learning of IX E SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin in the 1st half of the academic year 2013-2014.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dalam membuat keputusan. Sistem ini memiliki kemampuan untuk kemampuan bidang seleksi untuk staf administrasi. Proses kolom pilihan model menggunakan Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). Sesuai dengan pemilihan tujuan sistem pendukung keputusan yang memberikan alternatif untuk pengambil keputusan (pemimpin), yang didasarkan pada preferensi yang diberikan oleh pengambil keputusan, data yang dihasilkan yang dapat diakses untuk penggunaan pertimbangan lebih lanjut. Karakteristik lain yang dimiliki oleh sistem ini dibangun dengan sistem berbasis web, sehingga sistem dapat diakses oleh pengguna yang memiliki hak akses pada kedua jaringan lokal dan internet.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major problem in public health in Indonesia as well as in several countries in the world. The number of cases of hypertension is increasing very significantly from year to year. It is estimated that by 2025 in developing countries, an increase of about 80% of hypertension cases, from 639 million cases in 2000 to 1.15 million. Patients should receive complementary alternative therapies to reduce dependence on the use of drugs in reducing the symptoms of hypertension. SEFT therapy could theoretically be used to overcome the problem of an increase in blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to explain the effectiveness of the SEFT therapy to reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Method: Research design was descriptive analytic method of pre - post test design with a case control approach. Samples specified quota sampling and sample size 30 patients with hypertension. Measuring instrument tensimeter diastolic blood pressure above 140 defined as patients with hypertension. Analysis using Independent T-Test Results. Result: The result showed that P-value = 0.023 (P <0.05). There was  SEFT therapy have an influence on systolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Dicsussion: It is suggested for nurses to implementation SEFT therapy for hypertention patients to decrease blood pressure.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1). Mendeskripsikan karakteristik perencanaan prakerindi SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo, (2). Mendiskripsikan karakteristik pelaksanaanPrakerin di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo, (3). Mendiskripsikan karakteristikpenilaian Prakerin di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan desain diskriptif. Nara sumber dalam penelitian adalahkepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua pokja prakerin , kepala program keahlian,guru produktif dan pimpinan industri. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi,wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian adalah (1).Perencanaan prakerin meliputi : pemetaan industri, program prakerin, waktu prakerin, pembekalan prakerin, dan penetapan guru pembimbing, (2).Pelaksanaan prakerin meliputi pengorganisasian, penyerahan siswa prakerin ke industri, monitoring siswa prakerin, dan penarikan siswa prakerin ke Sekolah. (3). Penilaian prakerin ada dua tahap, yaitu penilaian oleh pembimbing industri dan pembimbing Sekolah dengan parameter nilai dari industri (IN) diberi bobot 60 %, nilai jurnal prakerin (JP) diberi bobot 10 %, nilai ujian lisan (UL) diberi bobot 20 %, dan nilai laporan (LP) diberi bobot 10 %. Sehingga nilai total hasil prakerin siswa adalah : 0,6 (IN) + 0,1(JP) + 0,2 (LP) +0,1 (LP).
