Abstract

This research aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the company has and to know the position of PT. Trans AntarNusabird in analysts is SWOT as well as to know the marketing strategy in accordance with the position of PT. Trans AntarNusabird in marketing its products, based on the company's position in SWOT analysis. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with the data collection method used is primary data and secondary data, the population in this study is marketing manager of PT Trans AntarNusabird. Data analysis methods used in this study are SWOT analysis (Strenghts Weakness, Opportunities, Threats), IFAS Table (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) table that is clarified with SWOT Matrik to determine alternative strategies based on the results of analysis of internal and external strategic factors of the company.The conclusion of this research is SWOT Analysis can be used as a consideration in setting strategies on PT. Trans Inter Nusabird. From weighting analysis, ifas and EFAS rating and score obtained the number of scores at strength factor (S) 1.80, weakness factor (W) 0.68, opportunity factor (O) 1.52 and threat factor (T) of 0.68. The difference between IFAS and EFAS is obtained pt position. Trans AntarNusabird in quadrant 1 is an aggressive position. The company's Marketing Manager chose an alternative market development strategy by opening a new Shuttle Point in Lampung and KertaJati Airport and adding travel facilities in order to provide satisfaction and desire for the customers of PT Trans AntarNusabird.

Abstract

Saat ini penerapan teknologi penerimaan zakat berbasis aplikasi telah banyak berkembang di Indonesia namun kesadaran membayar zakat di kalangan masyarakat yang telah berpenghasilan yang seharusnya menjadi muzakki atau pemberi zakat masih belum berimbang dengan mustahik atau penerima zakat. Sedangkan, potensi zakat di Indonesia sangat besar menurut Sekretaris Jendral Kementrian Agama Nur Syam mencapai 217 Triliun pada tahun 2018 (Sumber: bisnis.com), sedangkan dana zakat yang terhimpun pada tahun 2018 sebesar Rp. 203 Miliar (Sumber: antaranews.com). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, observasi, dan kuesioner. Kuesioner disebar dan data yang terkumpul 148 sampel dari populasi 3 wilayah besar di Indonesia yaitu Dki Jakarta dan Banten, Jawa Barat, serta Jawa Timur dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Cluster Sampling. Uji analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan path analysis. Secara parsial masing-masing varibel memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh, namun dalam penelitian ini variabel penerapan teknologi berpengaruh paling besar terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berzakat, hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang di lakukan oleh Winda, et al (2018) yang menyatakan, secara konseptual peran teknologi internet dalam pengumpulan dana zakat dari muzakki, akan memperluas daya jangkau amil dalam mengakses muzakki, begitu juga sebaliknya dengan teknologi internet muzakki akan lebih mudah menyalurkan zakatnya kepada amil.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) saat ini sudah banyak digunakan dalam berbagai hal baik untuk keperluan analisis, industri, dan aktivitas perorangan seperti mencari lokasi suatu tempat ataupun mencari rute untuk menuju ke lokasi yang dituju. SIG sangat efektif digunakan untuk membuat pemetaan secara digital, karena SIG memiliki kemampuan untuk menangkap, menyimpan, mengecek, mengintegrasikan, memanipulasi, dan men-display data dengan peta digital. Tujuan SIG dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi akan persebaran objek wisata yang ada di kota Bandung. Manfaat dari SIG ini adalah untuk mempermudah wisatawan dalam melakukan pencarian informasi mengenai lokasi, rute, dan gambaran visual dari objek wisata, sehingga dapat membantu wisatawan dalam melakukan perencanaan perjalanan dan membantu pemerintah serta dinas terkait dalam mempromosikan berbagai objek wisata yang ada di kota Bandung. Pembuatan SIG dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript dengan konsep pemrograman berorientasi objek, Leaflet JS untuk digitasi peta, framework CodeIgniter, Bootstrap, serta database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah SIG berbasis web.

Abstract

This research is meant to determine the effect of online shopping transaction satisfaction and trust on consumer attitudes in E-commerce. The population in this study were employees of Borma Toserba Bandung. The sampling technique used is the census technique because the population is not larger than 100 respondents. Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires with a total of 56 respondents obtained from employees of borma department store bandung. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive method, and statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test with a significant level of 5%. The results show that online shopping transaction satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on consumer attitudes in E-commerce, consumer trust has a significant and positive effect on consumer attitudes in E-commerce, and online shopping transaction satisfaction and consumer trust together have a significant and significant effect on consumer attitudes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of point of purchase and brand image on increasing sales turnover of Mutouch products in Yogya riau junction, the population in this study is consumers who shop for products in yogya riau junction, respondents in this study were 80 people, this research method uses the descriptive and associative research, which examines the effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of the research through descriptive analysis show that point of purchase and brand image on increasing sales turnover of Mutouch products in Yogya Riau Junction are in a fairly good category, the data analysis technique used is path analysis, associative testing shows the effect of point of purchase on turnover by 27, 33%, the influence of brand image on turnover by 29.6%, the effect of point of purchase and brand image on increasing sales turnover of Mutouch products in Yogya Riau Junction by 57,0%

Abstract

This research was conducted on Shopee users at SMAN 13 Bandung alumni. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the price and free tagline contribute to purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously at Shopee. The research method that will be carried out in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely the alumnus of Shopee SMAN 13 Bandung. The sample in this study were 125 respondents. Sampling using judgment sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of price and tagline variables on purchasing decisions. The implication of this research is that Shopee can maintain price variations to compete with other e-commerce and realize the free shipping tagline so that consumers decide to buy at Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the information system of human resources, work motivation and performance, and to determine the magnitude of the influence of human resource information systems and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees. CV Tirta Bening AMDK Cianjur Regency. This research uses descriptive methods and associative methods. The unit of observation of this research is all permanent employees of CV. Tirta Benk AMDK. The sample takes 100% of the population in the CV. Tirta Bening AMDK of Cianjur Regency is as many as 35 respondents, taken from all permanent employees. To see the relationship between 2 variables, the analysis used is path analysis. This study resulted in the influence of the human resource information system on performance partially by 53.1%. The effect of work motivation on performance partially is 30.6%, so work motivation has a significant effect on performance. The influence of the human resource information system and work motivation simultaneous of 83.9% has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Shinhan Indonesia Bandung Branch Cihampelas a company engaged in the services of the Bank. The purpose of this research is to see the influence of quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in PT. Bank Shinhan Indonesia Bandung Branch Cihampelas. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques and used questionnaires as data retrieval methods. For associative analysis using, path analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. In addition, validity tests and reliability tests are carried out to determine accuracy in data measurement. Based on the results of the study showed the average score of service quality variables is 310.1 categorized as "Excellent", and the customer satisfaction variable is 300 categorized as "good", and the customer loyalty variable is 320 categorized as "Excellent".

Abstract

State income fell drastically to Rp. 20.7 billion during the covid-19 pandemic from the tourism and creative economy sectors. Foreign tourists have decreased by 75% or only 25% from usual compared to before Covid-19 (Kemenparekraf), even though tourism is one of the foreign exchange earners that has enormous potential to be developed. This study aims to see public interest in 3 provinces on the island of Java with popular tourist destinations that are influenced by facilities in this case are halal facilities, child-friendly facilities and information technology, which complement the Kamenparekraf program in boosting the interest of local and foreign people in traveling. Currently public interest has not returned to normal due to Covid-19, this research accompanies the Kamenparekraf program in seeing public interest in tourism. The analysis technique in this study is using qualitative data analysis techniques. The sampling method uses cluster sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain clusters. The results of this study prove that each variable partially Halal Facilities and Child Friendly Facilities have a small effect compared to the Information Technology variable on Travel Interest. Meanwhile, if halal facilities, child-friendly facilities, and information technology work well together, it will have a high enough impact on community tourism interest after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study was conducted on patients of Mitra Kasih Cimahi Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of hospital reputation and service quality on patient satisfaction in Cimahi private hospital. The research method that will be used in this study is Survey Research. In this study the unit of analysis is the individual patient Cimahi Private Hospital. The sample in this study as many as 75 respondents. Sampling random sampling method is a sampling technique used in this study. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of research instruments. Based on the results showed that there is no direct relationship between the reputation of the hospital (X1) with patient satisfaction (Y). second, there is a relationship between the quality of Service (X2) with patient satisfaction (Y). Third, there is a simultaneous influence between the reputation of the hospital (X1) and quality of Service (X2) with patient satisfaction (Y).
