Abstract

Kata kunci: Model Pemberdayaan, Hasil Perikanan, Masyarakat Pesisir Abstract: This study aims to prove that empowerment of coastal communities (fishers) with their ideas and initiatives is more effective than top-down empowerment carried out by the local government. The location of this study is in Jakat Beach, Bengkulu City, the researchers formed a fisherman's wife empowerment group consisting of 10 people with bleberan fish processing activities as raw materials for Pempek, Sempol, and Tekwan food. Using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method where the target community is directly involved as a subject in all research activities. The activity emphasizes the participation of group members and researchers as facilitators/companions. Mentoring is carried out for 4 (four) months, with activities (1) identifying problems and deciding the form of business to be carried out; (2) carrying out activities; (3) evaluating; and (4) re-doing. The empowerment program has not yet been completed because there have still been many dreams of this group of fishermen's wives that must be realized. Empowerment projects will never be finished, because building a community must be done continuously, and will end when the world ends. The results show that the participation and motivation of the fishermen's wives increase over time, while the fishermen (fathers) leave it to their wives only. There have been innovations and additional activities in the social/religious fields, marketing, and group strengthening, talk of targets and dreams ahead. Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of hedonistic lifestyles on consumer behavior among university students while analyzing the Islamic perspective regarding this behavior. Hedonism, as a lifestyle choice, captivates the interest of young individuals by offering a luxurious, comfortable, and abundant way of life without requiring substantial effort. Employing a quantitative method and applying Probability Sampling among 200 students, the research extracted a sample size of 115 individuals. The research findings illustrate a positive correlation between hedonistic lifestyles and consumer behavior, evidenced by the positive coefficients within the analysis. The more prevalent the hedonistic lifestyle, the more pronounced the consumer behavior becomes. A significant portion of the student community tends to be influenced by hedonistic tendencies, emphasizing pleasure over essential needs, consequently leading to consumer behavior. The activities, interests, and perspectives of the majority of students do not entirely align with the principles of Islamic economics, which emphasize the necessity for rational needs aligned with the Islamic sharia, as stated in the Quran (Al-A'raf verse 31). This signifies that the orientation of needs driven by hedonistic lifestyles contradicts the principles of Islamic economics that emphasize needs in line with positive values within Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Digital transformation is essential for today's growing business world because it can shorten time, money, and reduce funds. However, it can also be a challenge if businesses do not adapt to change. To overcome this, it is important to take an optimistic and proactive stance. Bengkulu City, one of the major cities in Indonesia, has considerable potential for the development of MSMEs (Municipal Unit). However, there are still many MSMEs that have not utilized digital technology optimally, posing a threat to both the local government and MSME players. Factors that influence digitalization include the ease of conducting business transactions online, the need for business expertise, and profitability. To overcome these problems, the business world needs to adapt to the digital era by utilizing information and telecommunications technology in carrying out its business activities. The transition to rapid digitalization requires businesses to adapt and adjust to change. For MSMEs, the digitalization process requires many steps to encourage digitalization and make it easier for them to adapt. The increasing use of digital and the internet is a big challenge for MSMEs if they want to succeed in the business world. Strategies to overcome this include increasing digital literacy among MSME users, promoting digital literacy among MSME users, and promoting digital literacy among MSME users.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of religiosity on Islamic consumption behavior patterns at Mahasantri Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UINFAS Bengkulu. This type of research is quantitative research with a regressional approach. The data collection techniques for this research are questionnaires and documentation. The data validity technique is testing the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis techniques are normality test, homogeneity test, regression linearity test, data hypothesis test (t test), simple regression test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research are that there is a significant influence between religiosity on Islamic consumption behavior patterns at Mahasantri Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UINFAS Bengkulu. This is known from the results of the hypothesis test which was carried out using a simple regression test. The calculation result was that the value b = 0,348 which means that every time variable X (religiosity) increases by one, the average of variable Y (Islamic consumption behavior) increases by 0,348. Likewise, the t count value obtained is 3,845 and the t table value is 1,668 so the t count > t table or 3,845 > 1,668 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is an influence of religiosity on Islamic consumption behavior patterns at Mahasantri Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UINFAS Bengkulu. Meanwhile, the calculation result of R Square (R2) is 0,625 which shows that there is an influence of religiosity on Islamic consumption behavior of 62,5%, while 37,5% is where Islamic consumption behavior is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
