PENGARUH KEAHLIAN, INDEPENDENSI, DAN ETIKA TERHADAP KUALITAS AUDITOR PADA INSPEKTORAT KOTA PAREPARE Arfianty, Arfianty

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keahlian, independensi dan etika terhadap kualitas auditor pada Inspektorat Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Inspektorat Kota Parepare.Sampel dipilih secara total sebanyak 28 pemeriksa/auditor.Model analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis ini didasarkan pada data dari 28 responden yang penelitiannya melalui kuesioner.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah keahlian, independensi dan etika.Untuk variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas auditor.Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada seluruh pemeriksa/auditor Kota Parepare. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keahlian terhadap kualitas auditor adalah positif dan signifikan, posisi terlihat dari koefisien regresi keahlian sebesar 0,481 dan signifikan karena nilai t hitung > t tabel (4.908>2,074) sedangkan pengaruh independensi terhadap kualitas auditor adalah positif dan signifikan, posisi terlihat dari koefisien regresi keahlian sebesar 0,115 karena nilai t hitung > t tabel (2.075>2,074), dan sementara etika terhadap kualitas auditor adalah positif namun tidak signifikan posisi terlihat dari koefisien regresi keahlian sebesar 0,036 karena nilai t hitung < t tabel (0.730<2,074). Secara simultan Keahlian, Independensi dan Etika berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas auditor pada Inspektorat Kota Parepare.Secara parsial keahlian dan independensi secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas auditor, namun tidak untuk etika dimana tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas auditor.

Research Objectives to find out the Accounting Information System for Cash Expenditures at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kariango in Pinrang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method, namely data obtained from the results of several sources in the form of information both oral and written at the research site or with literature studies. Research data collection methods, namely observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation. The data analysis technique used is comparative descriptive. The results showed that the accounting information system for cash disbursement at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kariango in Pinrang Regency complies with the standard or procedure for applying the cash disbursement accounting information system.

This study aims to determine the level of utility queuing system at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Rappang Branch. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observation. The population used in this study were all customers who came to PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Rappang Branch at 08.00-12.00 and 13.00-15.00. The data analysis technique in this study uses a descriptive method, which is a way of analyzing data by comparing the problem with existing theories, besides that, a formula is also used to solve the queue problem in PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Rappang Branch. The results of calculations using the M/M/S queuing method at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Rappang Branch applies queue discipline, namely First Come First Server (FCFS). From the results of calculations using the queuing system method with multiple lines (M/M/S), it is known that the probability that there are 0 people in the system (no customers in the system) P0 is 8.78%, while the utility level of pawnshops/busyness P is 68% of the time that does not work. used 32% (empty service hours).

Penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berdasarkan standar akuntansi pemerintahan (PP No 24 tahun 2004) adalah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan keandalan pengelola keuangan pemerintah melalui penyusunan dan pengembangan standar akuntansi pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan daerah (SAKD) Pengaruhnya Terhadap Akuntanbilitas Laporan Keuangan Daerah di Kota Parepare .Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Parepare sebanyak 20 responden. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerahyang baik akan meningkatkan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan daerah di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Parepare

This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar to share prices partially and simultaneously in the cigarette sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach to data testing, descriptive analysis between variables and, verification analysis to test and determine the magnitude of the influence of the variable between inflation and currency exchange rates on HM Sampoerna TBK's cigarette sub-sector share prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The research conclusion based on testing obtained for the significance value of inflation on stock prices is 0.434> 0.05, so it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, which means that there is no significant effect of inflation on stock prices. It was known that the significance value for currency exchange rates on stock prices is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, which means there is a significant influence between currency exchange rates on stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the inflation and exchange rate variables can explain the share price of 75.3%. Keywords: Currency Exchange Rates, Inflation, Share Prices.

Usaha mebel kayu terdapat masalah yang yang sering disepelekan namun sangat penting untuk di carikan solusinya yaitu tidak adanya pengolahan limbah yang dapat bernilai ekonomis dari usaha pemotongan kayu tersebut. Limbah kayu biasanya hanya dijadikan kayu bakar dan bahkan limbah tersebut hanya hancur termakan rayap. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 2 minggu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesaadaran masyarakat tentang pengolahan sampah limbah kayu.mebel. Metode Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pendidikan masyarakat dan difusi Iptek. Hasil kegiatan tersebut, menambah kesadaran masyarakat terhadap nilai jual limbah kayu serta peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah kayu.. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggiat usaha limbah kayu mampu meningkatkan hasil ekonomi mereka dan memberikan peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi para pekerja mebel

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dilakukan untuk memberi bimbingan dalam mengatasi dampak tersebut melalui penggunaan dan pengelolaan media digital yang sesuai. Dengan menggunakan dan mengelola media digital, diharapkan para pelaku usaha dapat menentukan jenis media digital yang tepat untuk produk yang dipasarkan, meningkatkan awareness serta ketertarikan masyarakat mengenai produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan secara langsung dengan pemilik usaha UMKM. Materi kegiatan berupa ini adalah strategi penggunaan dan pengelolaan media digital, optimalisasi digital untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pembuatan konten yang menarik, promosi serta sebagai media alternatif bagi pelaku usaha bidang Perdagangan. Media digital yang digunakan antara lain Instagram, Facebook WhatsApp, dan platform lainnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan bimbingan yang diberikan memberikan dampak positif bagi para pelaku usaha dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang media digital, peningkatan pengetahuan berbagai media yang dapat digunakan dan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dalam penggunaan dan pengelolaan media digital. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan adalah adanya keberlanjutan program pembinaan bagi para pelaku usaha sehingga dapat menerapkan dan mengelola media digital secara optimal.

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the service of the Kecamatan Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used was 22 respondents. Verify instruments with validity and reliability tests. The analysis method was statistical using the software tool of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25. The results study show that the incentive to work on equipment services in Kecamatan Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang has a majority positive impact. Besides, job discipline also has, but not substantially, a positive effect on the servicing of officers in Kecamatan Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang. The two variables have a majority positive influence at the same time.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the financial performance is based on the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability at the SH Jaya Mandiri savings and loan cooperative, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, explaining how financial performance is using the formula for liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The results of this study are that the SH Jaya Mandiri Savings and Loans cooperative has been good in paying attention to managing liquidity and solvency has been good for the past 5 years but it needs to be emphasized to further maximize the level of ROI and ROE to gain profits for the welfare of the members of the SH Jaya Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative. By conducting periodic performance appraisals, of course, it will make it easier for management to make decisions in the future. The provision of financing to customers or members must be more closely observed, although based on trust. You can use the 5C assessment of members or customers who need financing. And also in reporting it must be by the initial contract/agreement, if necessary go directly to avoid fraud and in terms of capital use, more attention should be paid so that the use of investment capital is not excessive on borrowing, because it will result in a decrease in profitability (profit) and it is feared that there will be difficulties in borrowing. the return.

This study is a research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the tobacco factory sub-sector and the sample obtained is PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the 2015 – 2019 period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The data collection techniques used in this research are library research and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: the effectiveness of working capital has an effect on profitability as indicated by the regression coefficient value of 0.017, so the first hypothesis is accepted. Leverage has a positive effect on profitability indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.012, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously, the effectiveness of Working Capital and Leverage affect the Company's Profitability, thus the third hypothesis is accepted.
