Abstract

The quality of government financial reports is influenced by the utilization of information technology. Constraints to the application of information technology are related to hardware conditions, software used, updating data, conditions of existing human resources, and limited funds. Another thing that affects the quality of financial statements is the government's internal control system itself. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of local government financial reports. Where the factors that influence are the use of information technology and the government's internal control system. Respondents in this study were the head of the department and the finance department of the regional government of the Parepare City. Data analysis using the SPSS version 21.0 program. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is linear double regression analysis.

Abstract

This study has to determine the level of effectiveness and financial efficiency level of fuel distribution. The data collection techniques used in this study are, observation, interviews and documentation.  The data analysis technique used in this study used qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the study said that the financial effectiveness of fuel distribution in the year 2015 to 2016 decreased, while in 2016 to 2017 and 2018 increased with an average yield of 223% (belonging to the category very Effective). The financial efficiency rate of fuel distribution from 2018 to 2018 fluctuating with an average yield of 16.75% (including in efficient category).

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted by researchers is to find out how much revenue and expenses are and to analyze to find out the amount of Overall Cash Flow Ratio at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Parepare branch. This research method is descriptive, this research is quantitative which tries to answer a large amount of revenue and expenditure at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Parepare branch. The results of this study state that how to manage cash from the income received by the company, expenditures, namely expenses made by the company in meeting all needs at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Parepare branch, and Overall Cash Flow Ratio which overall shows how well the company generates cash. and provide relevant information about cash receipts and disbursements in a given period. The data analysis used by the author is accounting analysis to find Cash Flow and Overall Cash Flow Ratio analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to determine the factors that influence the entrepreneurial motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. This research uses a descriptive method. This research is descriptive. This research method consists of research objects, namely students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Parepare, starting from December to February 2020. The analytical technique used in this study is to explain the factors that influence the motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. in entrepreneurship. The results of the study state that many dominant factors influence the motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare in building entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Dalam proses perkembangan perusahaan, penerimaan kas juga sangat penting diperhatikan dalam suatau perusahaan sehingga harus dilakukan pengendalian internal untuk mencegah penyelewengan yang dilakukan oleh individu yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Informasi penerimaan kas sangat penting bagi perusahaan, misalnya penjualan SPBU ke outlet-outlet beserta pencatatan apakah sudah sesuai dan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas system pengendalian internal penerimaan kas pada PT Elnusa Petrofin (Persero) Cabang Parepare. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Bahwa sistem pengendalian intern terhadap pengelolaan kas pada PT. Elnusa Petrofin (Persero) Cabang Parepare sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari komponen-komponen pengendalian intern yang terdapat pada perusahaan dengan melihat aspek-aspek efektifitas. Aspek-aspek efektifitas yaitu tugas dan fungsi, rencana atau program serta kebijakan atau peraturan yang ada dijalankan dengan baik, akan tetapi dari tiga aspek efektivitas ada satu aspek yang belum optimal dilaksanakan dengan baik yaitu aspek kebijakan atau peraturan, namun dua diantaranya sudah dijalankan dengan baik, maka s sistem pengendalian intern terhadap pengelolaan kas sudah dikatakan sudah efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the operational costs at Communication and Informatics Services in Parepare City before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was a comparative qualitative descriptive study by conducting analysis to look for existing phenomena. The results of this study indicate that the amount of expenses increases. Judging from the amount of expenses that are large compared to the allocated budget, the Communication and Informatics Serviceswas experiencing a deficit. One reason is that part of the budget has been diverted to the handling of the Covid-19 disaster. This was done to align with regional financial capabilities in anticipating and strengthening programs deemed capable of tackling Covid-19. To overcome the deficit, it can be done by reducing subsidy expenditures, saving every routine expenditure, evaluating expenditures based on priorities and reducing costs for ineffective programs.

Abstract

Performance-based budgeting emphasizes more on the utilization of available funds to achieve optimal results. Performance-based budgeting is oriented toward organizational output and is closely related to the vision, mission, and strategic plans of the organization, for example, the University Muhammadiyah of Parepare, so this study aims to determine the implementation of a performance-based budgeting system at the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, documentation, and observation. Informants in this study were the Head of the Bureau and several exchequers of the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative analysis. The implementation of performance-based budgeting at the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare has been going quite well. However, in the implementation of its activities there are still obstacles, such as the budget that has been planned but has not been realized. This budget is not only based on what is spent, as is the case in the traditional budget system, but is also based on certain objectives/plans whose implementation needs to be prepared or supported by an adequate budget and the use of these costs must be efficient and effective. The implementation of performance-based budgeting at the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare consists of four indicators, namely the planning/budget preparation stage, the budget implementation stage, the reporting and budget evaluation stages

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan investasi yang penting bagi masa depan seorang anak. Bukan hanya pendidikan moral serta akademik yang dibutuhkan, namun juga pendidikan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Kurangnya kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya pendidikan keuangan sejak dini, menyebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan pengelolaan uang yang dimiliki seorang anak.  Siswa SD Muhammadiyah 1 Parepare terdiri dari anak-anak yang mayoritas secara ekonomi merupakan anak- anak dari keluarga kalangan menengah ke bawah. Masalah dalam siswa SD ini adalah sebagian besar uang jajan yang dimiliki anak lebih digunakan untuk membeli makanan kecil atau mainan. Pemberian uang jajan yang diberikan pada anak tidak sebanding dengan pemikiran mereka tentang pengelolaan uang, sehingga mereka belum dapat mengenal uang dengan baik. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah Meningkatkan kesadaran anak untuk menabung agar dapat membiasakan menabung sejak dini sehingga mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik, Menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan kepada anak sejak dini sehingga membentuk masyarakat yang fokus create jobs dengan memberikan literasi financial, Menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dengan memperkenalkan “celengan target” sebagai sarana pembelajaran mengenai pengelolaan uang yang baik serta menjadi awal rintisan bagi institusi lain dalam sharing tentang financial literacy dan kewirausahaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan yakni memberikan sosialisasi dalam bentuk Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dengan mitra, melakukan edukasi langsung  dan evaluasi. Sedangkan kegiatan pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan edukasi langsung dengan orang tua siswa dan pihak terkait juga melakukan edukasi langsung kepada siswa melalui celengan target baik dalam bentuk menonton video, memperkenalkan cara menabung serta teka teki silang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil audit internal atas pengeloaan persediaan bahan baku kain yang ada pada PT.KAOSTA Kota ParepareJenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. teknik pengempulan data yang digunakan yaitu Observasi, dokumentasi,wawancara, daftar checklist dan penilaian risiko .hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pakaian yang terdapat di PT Kaosta'' telah dilakukan dengan sangat baik. Perusahaan mampu melakukan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan standar dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Perusahaan mampu mengelola dan menggunakan bahan baku pakaian yang ada dengan sebaik mungkin. Namun, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan jadwal kedatangan bahan baku agar diterima dan masuk ke gudang sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah direncanakan, sehingga proses selanjutnya yaitu penerimaan dan penyimpanan bahan baku, pengujian bahan baku atau QC (Quality Control), serta pengeluaran bahan baku untuk proses produksi tidak terhambat . Perusahaan juga perlu memperhatikan bahan baku yang tidak memenuhi seluruh indikator pengujian, agar dapat dilakukan tindak lanjut atau pengendalian terhadap bahan baku pakaian tersebut, agar dapat digunakan dengan maksimal hasil.
