Abstract

Setiap anak pasti menginginkan mempunyai keluarga yang lengkap. Namun, pada kenyataannya terkadang banyak hal yang membuat rumah tangga di keluargnya menjadi berpisah, baik dikarenakan perceraian ataupun hal lainnya, yang terkadang menjadikan anak broken home. Seseorang yang broken home, terkadang tidak mempunyai tempat bercerita, sehingga tak jarang banyak yang mengarah kepada kenalakan remaja seperti melakukan seks bebas, narkoba, lari dari rumah dan hal lainnya, yang tentunya berdampak negatif jika tidak diatasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab keluarga broken home pada remaja serta strategi pengembangan diri yang dilakukan remaja keluarga brokenhomesehingga berdampak positif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitiankualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) remaja siswa di MAN 2 Model Medan yang mengalami keluarga brokenhome. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis domain yang dilakukan mulai dari mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima remaja siswa MAN 2 Model Medan menerima keadaan yang di alami dan berusaha ingin menjadi lebih baik. Adapun penyebab remaja broken home adalah perceraian orang tua dan ketidakharmonisan dalam keluarga. Kemudian dampak remaja keluarga broken home berdampak positif dari segi pengembangan diri mereka. Adapun strategi pengembangan diri yang dilakukan remaja keluarga broken home seperti menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan orang terdekat dan mengubah pola pikir (mindset).

Abstract

Harmonization between religion and culture focuses on creating a harmonious relationship between the two in practicing religion and cultural values in the midst of a group or society. Indonesia has a variety of religions, races, tribes, customs, cultures and others that make Indonesia a country in which there are various uniqueness and relationships between differences. Pulau Banyak Village is one of the villages in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. Melayu is the majority tribe in Pulau Banyak Village and Islam is the majority religion adhered to by the people of Pulau Banyak Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of religious moderation in Pulau Banyak Village. This research uses a qualitative method, which means the research is conducted naturally and uses research procedures as they are. Pulau Banyak Village is one example of a village that implements religious moderation. Villagers often embed Islamic values in their culture so that Islam and culture become two things that are always related. For example, the making of Ashura porridge is a form of implementation of religious moderation in Pulau Banyak Village. It is also not uncommon for villagers to integrate Islamic values into cultural practices, such as wedding ceremonies, religious festivals, or cultural celebrations that are given religious meaning. Traditional Melayu clothing is also an example of the application of Islamic values in culture that maintains modesty, covers the aurat and gives an elegant and good impression in it.

Abstract

Being in prison is a new chapter in the life of a convict. As a result of his actions, his life was restrained and he had to be separated from the people he loved. Under these conditions, religious guidance is needed so that they remain strong and not stressed in facing life's trials. This study aims to determine the methods of implementing the guidance of religious instructors for prisoners in the Singkil Class II-B Detention Center, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of guidance and the effectiveness of implementing the guidance of religious instructors for prisoners. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study involved 2 religious educators, 4 convicts, and 1 prison officer. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the presence of Islamic religious instructors at the Aceh Singkil Ministry of Religion has a very significant role in guidance or coaching efforts at the detention center because until now the detention center has not had an internal counselor. The guidance method of the religious instructor implemented in the detention center is a method of direct communication in the form of religious lectures and guidance on reading the Koran. Obstacles in the implementation of guidance are very diverse, some are related to extension workers, convicts, detention centers and the coaching system. This is marked by an increase in convicts' understanding of Islamic teachings and their better behavior.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are many cases of early marriage. Even though early marriage is permissible according to Islamic law, if it is not carried out according to the provisions it will cause a lot of harm. The purpose of this qualitative research is to be able to find out what efforts were made by Islamic Religious Extensionists in reducing early marriage in South Binjai City through observation and in-depth interviews. The informant was an Islamic Counselors in South Binjai. The results of the study show that the efforts of Islamic Counselors at South Binjai to reduce early marriage are carried out in various ways, including by socializing the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 and providing religious guidance to parents and adolescents every month in different locations regarding the purpose of marriage and the negative impacts of early marriage. Apart from that, they also cooperates with village heads and neighborhood heads in providing education for residents who want to marry early. This effort is very helpful in reducing the number of early marriages in South Binjai in 2022.
