Abstract

This article aims to examine the extent of the influence of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The research method used in this study is the experimental method, while the population and samples used in the study are students who are members of the UKM (Student Activity Unit) Archery STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. For research instruments or data collection tools used is the instrument used is to test arrow shots to the  triangle target with a distance of 30 meters. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters in distance from the UKM STKIP Pasundan Cimahi students. The calculation results show t = 6,703, p = 0,000 means significant. Thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) has a significant influence on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The mean for the initial test and the final test shows a positive difference. Thus, there is a difference in archery achievements of 30 meters between before training and after training

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of concentration levels with the accuracy of archery at Moch Idjon Djanbi Archery Club (MIDAC) in Batujajar. The population in this study was 15 people. Given the relatively small population, all members of the population are sampled (total sampling). Data processing was performed using a non-experimental method with a quantitative descriptive approach with a correlational research design. The results obtained are as follows: there is a significant relationship between concentration with archery accuracy of (r = 0.827) where r is the correlation coefficient. Obtained value of Fh (F-count) = 28.207, while the value of Ft (F-table) = 4.67 at a significant level of 0.000 with db (n-k-1) amounted to 4.67. This means that the value of Fh = 28.207> the value of Ft = 4.67. The description shows that the hypothesis that the writer formulated is: "There is a significant relationship between concentration with the accuracy of archery at Moch Idjon Djanbi Archery Club (MIDAC) in Batujajar

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui efektifitas frekuensi latihan peregangan sebelum dan sesudah latihan dalam meningkatkan prestasi memanah jarak 30 meter pada mahasiswa UKM Panahan STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes memanah jarak 30 meter. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Panahan (STKIP) Pasundan Cimahi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari efektifitas frekuensi latihan peregangan sebelum dan sesudah latihan terhadap prestasi memanah jarak 30 meter pada mahasiswa UKM Panahan STKIP Pasundan Cimahi dengan Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan t= 5,703, p= 0,005 yang berarti signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif tersebut diterima. Artinya frekuensi latihan peregangan sebelum dan sesudah latihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi memanah jarak 30 meter pada mahasiswa UKM Panahan STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. Mean pada tes awal dan tes akhir menunjukkan selisih yang positif. Dengan demikian, ada perbedaan prestasi memanah jarak 30 meter melalui penggunaan latihan peregangan dan tanpa penggunaan latihan peregangan sebelum latihan dengan setelah latihan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah frekuensi latihan push up menggunakan tumpuan jari-jari tangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot jari tangan dalam melakukan teknik anchoring pada cabang olahraga panahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kekuatan otot jari tangan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Panahan (STKIP) Pasundan Cimahi. Dengan hasil perhitungan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, t= 6,703, p= 0,000 maka bermakna hasil tersebut adalah signifikan dan Mean pada tes awal dan tes akhir menunjukkan selisih yang positif. Bermakna bahwa, adanya perbedaan kekuatan otot jari tangan antara sebelum latihan dengan setelah latihan. Hasil penelitian ini telah mengungkap adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari frekuensi latihan push up menggunakan tumpuan jari-jari tangan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot jari tangan dalam melakukan teknik anchoring pada cabang olahraga panahan.

Abstract

Lack of physical activity among PJOK Elementary School teachers is an important problem to study and overcome. Besides that, the process of providing only the same material (monotonous) makes students tend to be reluctant to carry out physical activities. Of course, if this is left unchecked, it will seriously endanger the growth and development of the students themselves, as well as the views or image of PJOK teachers, which will have an unfavorable impact. One solution is to introduce new sports which are currently on the rise and are widely practiced in several areas. Based on these problems, we as academics in the field of physical education need to provide knowledge and information about new types of sports that are currently popular with many people in all circles, and one of them is introducing the sport of Pickleball. Some of the implementation methods for this activity are delivery using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods, as well as direct demonstrations or practice. This research was carried out at the Mandiri 5 Elementary School in Cimahi City, involving one regional branch of Central Cimahi City with a total of 8 schools involved. The results of this research show that what is proposed in this community service activity plan can be implemented well and fulfilled. From the results of the implementation of this activity, it was found that the majority of PJOK teachers in the Central Cimahi area were still unfamiliar with the sport of pickleball, so they had quite high enthusiasm for learning about the sport of pickleball.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kurikulum Merdeka Belajar diterapkan pada mata Pelajaran PJOK di level sekolah dasar mulai dari kendala yang ditemukan hingga Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif pendekatan survei. Dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Sukarasa melibatkan tiga partisipan terdiri dari guru PJOK Kepala Sekolah dan satu siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan pendekatan Triangulasi sebagai pemeriksa keabsahan data penelitian. Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada mata Pelajaran PJOK dilakukan secara bertahap dan taraf penyesuaian. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah guru PJOK masih kesulitan dalam menanamkan 6 karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa dengan berbagai karakteristik, kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai metode pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Solusi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara mencari informasi lebih dalam tentang kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran PJOK

Abstract

Trust is a psychological factor that can have a significant effect on athletic performance. This includes the athlete's personal belief in his abilities and skills, belief in the coach and team members, and belief in the strategy and game plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of confidence of NPC archery athletes in Bandung City. The research method used in this study is descriptive- quantitative. This method is used to obtain data from the answers to the questionnaire. The population in this study was NPC archery athletes in Bandung City, totaling 13 athletes. The results of this study showed that the confidence level of the Bandung City NPC archery athletes was 65.38%, which means that most of the Bandung City NPC archery athletes had a good level of self-confidence. Thus, confidence plays an important role in everyday life, training, and when competing. In addition to playing an important role, the results of this level of confidence can serve as a guide so that the level of an athlete's confidence can be applied or increased.

Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan Pengabdian ini bahwa siswa di SDN Cimahi mandiri 1 belum mengetahui tentang model latihan coaching clinic panahan dan juga belum terorganisir pola latihan yang baik sehingga siswa melaksanakan latihan hanya sebatas hobi tanpa adanya bimbingan dari seorang ahli maupun pelatih. Coaching Clinic panahan merupakan salah satu program yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang benar kepada para siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar panahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa demonstrasi dan latihan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan merupakan siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler panahan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Intrumen pada pengabdian kali ini dengan menngunakan tes keterampilan panahan. Hasil Pengabdian ini bahwa siswa di SDN Cimahi mandiri 1 tentang Coaching Clinic Teknik Dasar Panahan dengan rata rata tes awal sebesar 6,65 atau dengan presente sebesar 41,56% setelah tim pengabdi melaksanakan pengabdian Coaching Clinic Teknik Dasar Panahan ada perubahan menjadi tes akhir 8,6 atau dengan presente sebesar 55% .Maka dari itu hasil pengabdian Coaching Clinic Teknik Dasar Panahan memberika pengaruh bisa di lihat dari selisih anatara tes awal dan tes kahir sebesar 2,5 atau dengan presentase 13,43%. simpulkan Selain itu para siswa juga semakin memahami tentang cara melakukan teknik dasar panahan seperti cara berdiri, posisi tarikan, membidik dan melepas anak panah ke target sasaran

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of athletes' concentration instruments by finding their validity and reliability levels and categorizing their concentration levels. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach and uses a type of trial design. The subjects of this study were 20 sports students who were members of the Handball Student Activity Unit at STKIP Pasundan. The instrument tested is a concentration test in the Concentration Grid Test (CGT) application developed by the Stalwart Group LLC company with a total of 36 boxes, consisting of 6 rows and 6 columns. The research data was collected using the test method, where the test was carried out as many as two repetitions. This type of data analysis uses the Pearson correlation method approach for validity, which analyzes the data of the first test result with the average of the test results, while for reliability it uses the test-retest technique and for the determination of categorization using the interval class length search approach technique. The results of the study found that the validity value for this instrument is r = 0.980 and the value for reliability is r = 0.931, so this is included in the very high category. As for the categorization, it is divided into five categories, namely very good, good, medium, less and less once.

Abstract

Fitness is still an important study in life. The study of physical fitness is still a problem that seems to be currently a polemic among elementary school students. This happens because of a shift in physical activity habits in student life. The purpose of this study was to find out an overview of the impact of a Sport Monopoly Games (SMG) game on students' physical fitness. A total of 105 students spread across the Cimahi City, Indonesia area participated in this research, namely schools in the northern, central and southern regions. The research method uses experiments with research design one shoot case study. The instrument uses a measuring instrument in the form of the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) Phase C, which consists of five test items: 1) Child Ball; 2) Tok Tok Ball; 3) Shuttle Run 4x10 m Get ball; 4) Move the Ball; 5) Run 600 m. The data analysis used a percentage approach, and using the tools of Ms Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS version 26 programs. Average physical fitness score from the northern region is greater at 15.6 than the other two regions, namely the central region 15.4 and the southern region 14.9. However, if you look at the TKSI value category table, the three regions on average have the same fitness level, which is in the medium category. The results of the study found that the average student had a moderate level of physical fitness after being given treatment using SMG. Physical education teachers can apply this game in physical fitness materials at school, so that the learning process is not monotonous and a little challenging for students.
