Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of the residents of Pondok Pucung 1 towards community service activities making tabulampot. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 15 respondents who were measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that from nine aspects, namely the delivery of goals and objectives of community service by the implementers of the activity time for village officials, 0.917 were strongly agreed. In delivering the goals and objectives, it is equipped with materials such as power points, etc., from 0.9, which is strongly agree. The suitability between the delivery of goals and objectives with the implementation in the field is 0.967, which is strongly agree. There is a difference between before the community service activities were carried out and before the activities were 0.983, which is strongly agree. The community around the community service location helps for plant care 0.967, which is very agreeable. In general, citizens' satisfaction with the existence of community service activities 1, which is strongly agree. Tabulampot gardens make the environment beautiful 1, which is very agreeable. Tabulampot gardens make local residents more comfortable 0.983, which is very much agree. Tabulampot gardens make local residents more peaceful 0.983, which is very agreeable. Overall, the residents of Pondok Pucung 1 are very satisfied with the community service in making tabulampot.

Abstract

Labor productivity is one of the many factors that can influence the success of a development project in the construction industry.The LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate) parameter of each worker is one method for measuring labor productivity. Several factors influenced worker productivity during the pandemic, including age, work experience, education level, wage suitability, family responsibilities, worker health, health impact, development of health protocols, worker relations, and management. The goal of this study was to determine the level of productivity (LUR) of each worker at the Bintaro Jaya Xchange Phase II Project during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the limitations of the research being data collection through observation with research time conducted Monday through Friday (Weekdays), Saturday through Sunday (Weekend) at 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB (for 7 working days). According to the findings of the study, Leso, Rahman, Didi, Basuki, Saluyu, and Caca had the highest LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate), at 86.61%. While the national average LUR (Labor Utilitization Rate) is 79.53%. As a result of the data obtained, it is possible to conclude that the level of work productivity at work during the Covid-19 pandemic was satisfactory, owing to a worker utility factor or LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) value of more than 50%

Abstract

Aktivitas konstruksi membutuhkan material batu maupun  pasir yang tidak sedikit jumlahnya, maka secara langsung aktivitas konstruksi bertentangan dengan konservasi lingkungan yang mempuyai maksud dan tujuan untuk pelestarian ataupun perlindungan alam. Isu-isu  tentang konservasi tersebut merupakan pendorong yang kuat dalam pengembangan teknologi perkerasan aspal untuk memperoleh perkerasan yang awet, murah dan ramah lingkungan termasuk di Indonesia, yang tentunya meminimalisir adanya perusakan alam, salah satunya dengan menggunakan bahan limbah untuk perkerasan jalan yang baru sudah banyak dilakukan. Salah satu bahan limbah yang akan dicoba untuk mengganti agregat baru pada penelitian ini yaitu limbah beton. Variasi limbah beton 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% terhadap total agregat baru. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap benda uji tersebut dengan metode marshall test (data pengujian tes Marshall, rendaman marshall dan kepadatan mutlak didapatkan dari penelitian terdahulu) sampai dengan uji modulus resilien sehingga didapat hasil karakteristik Marshall berserta hasil dari modulus resilien. Limbah beton yang di gunakan berasal dari beton mutu K-250 (sisa pengujian kuat tekan) telah memenuhi persyaratan sebagai agregat campuran aspal panas berdasarkan Spesifikasi Bina Marga Tahun 2010 Divisi 6 (Revisi 3). Terhadap nilai modulus resilien campuran AC-BC yang mengandung Limbah beton lebih superior dibandingkan dengan tanpa limbah beton di tiga temperatur pengujian 25°C, 35°C, 45°C.

Abstract

Limited cycling facilities are one of the problems that often occur in urban areas in Indonesia, especially Bintaro Jaya, an area that cyclists often traverse during the COVID-19 period as it is today. The lack of service level of bicycle facilities on Jl. Boulevard Bintaro Jaya often causes bicycle users to feel less safe and comfortable during cycling. This study was conducted to know the service of bicycle facilities in Bintaro, especially on jl. Boulevard Bintaro Jaya. The most affecting factor of the service level of bicycle facilities in Bintaro is the high volume of traffic. One of the first steps to knowing the level of service of bicycle facilities is to analyze using the bicycle level of service (BLOS) method. In addition, a questionnaire will be conducted to determine the perception of bicycle facility users in Bintaro. Observations on traffic characteristics are carried out on weekdays and weekends, which are then to obtain BLOS data. Analysis was performed that BLOS values above 3.5 which mean the bike is not feasible for cyclists. The results concluded that the bicycle facilities in Bintaro Jaya are still not by the safety and comfort factors according to the BLOS method. To improve the safety and comfort of cyclists, the application of traffic calm such as speed hum is needed to reduce the impact of high traffic volume and high speed, repainting of markings and adding bicycle parking facilities.
