Abstract

Penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan perubahan dalam segala bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Pembelajaran yang semula secara keseluruhan dapat dilakukan tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di suatu lembaga pendidikan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola jalannya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan atau wakil kepala sekolah SMK dari semua provinsi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMK menggunakan berbagai macam media digital. Kendala yang paling tinggi yaitu pada sinyal internet. Tempat pelaksanaan untuk pembelajaran praktik yaitu di sekolah dengan prosedur yang paling sering digunakan yaitu fasilitas cuci tangan. Proporsi pembelajaran yang paling sesuai yaitu 20% PJJ vs 80% PTM. Waktu kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka mulai dilaksanakan mayoritas dalam waktu dekat. Efektivitas sekolah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh yaitu lebih banyak yang menyatakan tidak efektif. Pembelajaran jarak jauh tidak lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka, tidak membuat nilai akademik siswa lebih meningkat, dan tidak cocok diterapkan sebagai pembelajaran masa depan di Indonesia. Sebagian besar kepala sekolah tidak setuju bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh mudah untuk diikuti, membuat siswa lebih paham terhadap pelajaran, dan informasi yang diberikan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh mudah diterima. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran jarak jauh sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman dan dapat diandalkan dalam masa pandemi.

Abstract

The success of character education during the Covid 19 pandemic experienced many obstacles, considering that learning at school was carried out online. However, through the online system, the massive development of information technology may erode the noble cultural character of students. Efforts to create students with characteristics that match the personality of the Indonesian nation during the Covid 19 pandemic are not enough through the implementation of learning based on the curriculum that has been implemented. These efforts can be made through ethnomathematics, namely integrating cultural elements into learning mathematics. Inquiry learning is done through investigation and discovery to develop conceptual understanding. This study aims to develop an online inquiry mathematics learning model based on Javanese cultural ethnomathematics. The research method to be carried out is Research and Development, which refers to the educational development model from Plomp. The construction phase begins with coordination activities with the school where the research trials are carried out. Then a small-scale trial was carried out by carrying out online learning using the learning model that had been developed. Small-scale trials were conducted in four schools. Furthermore, the implementation of large-scale trials in eight schools. The twelve schools were taken from junior high schools in the Provinces of DIY, Central Java, and East Java. The test, evaluation, and revision stages continue the previous stage. The model is validated by a judgment expert, namely an expert in mathematics learning models, to test whether the developed model can be understood and accepted by users. The study's results showed that the user's assessment of the Javanese ethnomathematics-based inquiry learning model showed excellent results. Users state that they understand the learning model developed, including the learning model's syntax, social systems, learning principles, learning support systems, instructional impacts, and accompanying impacts. The user ratings of the learning module show high scores in the introductory, content, evaluation, and closing aspects. Users also stated good results for student worksheets, including aspects of the completeness of student worksheet components, content, materials, language, and learning model requirements.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the income of SME (Small Midsize Enterprise) Mitra Mandala palm sugar in Hariang Village, Sobang District, Lebak Regency, Banten and to design a marketing strategy for Mitra Mandala SME in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research use is descriptive qualitative research and descriptive quantitative. Types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique of 6 respondents use interview techniques with research criteria. This research method uses IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, and Swot Matrix.The analysis results showed that the IFE matrix at Mitra Mandala SME has a total score of 3,151. While the EFE matrix obtained a total score of 2,681. The results of the I-E matrix show that the position of Mitra Mandala SMEs is in cell IV which is in a grow and build condition. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis obtained nine strategies, namely: 1) Providing price discounts/discounts 2) Creating a website to sell sugar palm in the international market, 3) Developing an online sales system to develop the market, 4) Developing sugar palm production technology and sugar palm management, 5) Conducting training for MSME employees of Mitra Mandala, 6) Looking for buyers of sugar palm products outside Indonesia, 7) Identifying sugar palm products entering Mitra Mandala, 8) establishing partner relationships with sugar palm farmers, and 9) developing a warehouse system for storing sugar palm products.
