Abstract

Today, especially in Indonesia, the education system implemented in schools is a form of systematic adoption of the Western education system. Is the development of creative and dynamic intellectual insights in various fields in the light and integrated in Islam, is a keyword that must accelerate the process, both on theoretical and practical grounds. Islamic education is education that is understood and developed from the teachings and fundamental values ​​contained in its basic sources, namely the Qur'an and Sunnah. Islamic education can also be understood as a process of civilizing and inheriting Islamic teachings, cultures and civilizations from generation to generation throughout its history. Islamic education is required to apply new approaches and orientations that are relevant to the demands of the age of principled and absolutism values ​​which are directed towards socio-cultural change trends. The problem that is often faced by the world of education, especially Islamic education, is the mixing of Western elements, ranging from educational institutions to the education system, for this it is necessary to intervene from Muslim communities to become agents of social change by encouraging creative and dynamic intellectual productivity in all fields of business integrated with Islam.

Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronis adalah kegagalan fungsi ginjal untuk mempertahankan metabolisme, keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit akibat destruksi struktur ginjal yang progresif dengan manifestasi penumpukan sisa metabolit (toksik uremik) dalam darah yang dapat mengakibatkan pruritus, mengganggu kondisi emosional dan konsep diri sehingga mempengaruhi semua pikiran, keyakinan, dan kepercayaan yang merupakan pengetahuan individu tentang dirinya yang dapat mengubah hubungan individu dengan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kejadian pruritus dengan konsep diri pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon sebanyak 45 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 45 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dengan persentase dan analisa bivariat dengan uji chi square (χ2 ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden yaitu 18 orang (40%) mengalami pruritus berat dan lenih dari sebagian responden yaitu 26 orang (57,8%) memiliki konsep diri positif. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh ρ value (0,004) < α (0,05)menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima artinya terdapat hubungan antara kejadian pruritus dengan konsep diri pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis di RumahSakit Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon (p = 0,004, α = 0,05). Diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan pelayanan (care giving) berupa edukasi dan konseling guna mempertahankan konsep diri positif dan meningkatkan konsep diri positif.

Abstract

Koperasi diharapkan selain dalam besar dalam kuantitas tetapi juga harus berkualitas. Sehingga pada beberapa tahun yang lalu ada ribuan koperasi yang dihapus karena sudah tidak aktif dan hanya tinggal papan namanya saja. Provinsi Lampung pun mengalami masalah yang sama banyak koperasi yang sudah tidak aktif lagi. Salah satu upaya untuk menjadikan koperasi semakin maju dan berkualitas maka diadakan pelatihan perkoperasian yang diselenggarakan dari tanggal 3 Agustus sampai dengan 6 Agustus 2020 di Kota Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Code blue is one of the emergency procedure codes that must be activated immediately if someone is found in a condition of cardiac respiratory arrest in the hospital area. code blue response team or code blue team is a team formed by the hospital in charge of responding to the condition of the code blue in the hospital area. This study aims to determine the correlation of HR, Facilities, Response time, and SPO factors with code blue management in the hospital. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis method with factor design test, a sample of 33 code blue teams. The results showed that there was a correlation and influence of factors (sub-variables) of human resources, facilities, response time and standard operating procedures with code blue governance in hospitals. The strength of the factors in the management of code blue in hospitals in a sequence is the facility then continued with the response time factor, human resources and finally the standard operational procedure factors for the code blue team's management in emergency patients.

Abstract

A company is required to perform activities effectively and efficiently, employee assignment problems must be done optimally, the high element of subjectivity will cause miscommunication between employees to distribute an item. This research was conducted on UMKM bakers who have not optimized the problem of employee assignment and distribution process. With this research is expected to increase corporate competition. Then the researchers used the Penalty method to allocate employees to obtain optimal results and networking methods to solve distribution problems. Data obtained from the observation results will be tested according to the method used. After the results are obtained manually the results are then compared with lingo and POM-QM software programs. The results of the research assignment were Andik distributing bread to Karang Indah, Budiman distributing bread to Jatirasa, Saepul distributing bread to Karang Pawitan, Indra distributing bread to Nagasari, Maman distributing bread to Kepuh, Aep distributing bread to Johar, and Jamhari distributing bread to Cinangoh. Total sales of 1039 pieces of bread. The distribution network results from the research are Companies – Nagasari, Companies – Jatirasa, Jatirasa – Karang Indah, Nagasari – Johar, Karang Indah – Karang Pawitan, Karang Pawitan – Kepuh, Johar – Cinangoh. The total distance traveled is 7550 m.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat penghemat bahan bakar terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar sepeda motor transmisi matic 150 cc dengan bahan bakar Pertalite dan Pertamax , digunakan alat penghemat bahan bakar kerja IM-Power Booster yang berfungsi sebagai penguat accumulator. Pertalite merupakan bahan bakar gasoline yang memiliki angka oktan 90 serta berwarna hijau terang dan jernih ini sangat tepat digunakan oleh kendaraan dengan kompresi 9:1 hingga 10:1 sedangkan Pertamax direkomendasikan untuk kendaraan yang memiliki kompresi 9,1-10,1 . specimen uji adalah Sepeda Motor Yamaha Aerox 155 Tahun 2017 pengujian dengan dyno test untuk mendapatkan nilai daya dan torsi dari kendaraan. Pada run power test pada dyno test ini selama 1 jam untuk menemukan peak terbaik, Dari hasil data yang diperoleh dari dynotest cylinder head standar menghasilkan dua data yang pertama daya, puncak daya pada cylinder head standar yaitu 12,4 HP di putaran 8137 RPM dan torsi mesin maksimal yaitu 11,70 N.m di putaran 6826 RPM.

Abstract

This study describes the transportation methods that regulate and distribute resources that provide products where they are needed to achieve efficient transportation costs. Solve a transportation problem in this thesis using the Improved Exponential Approach method, then using the NWC (Northwest) method to test its optimization. The purpose of this research is to get more optimal results as initial consideration to increase the distribution cost savings in the Bread Company. Costs incurred by the company before the study amounted to Rp.3,218,000. The results of this study found that the application of the transportation method using the Improved Exponential Approach method is effectively used compared to the NWC method which has a comparison of transportation costs of Rp. 2,612,500 and Rp. 2,785,000, Optimization test results obtained from the Improved Exponential Approach method amounted to Rp2,612,500. And the Improved Exponential Approach method used by researchers can be applied to the Gardenia company.

Abstract

Fractions is one of the competencies that elementary school students must have. One of the materials on fractions is arithmetic operations fraction. The concept of arithmetic operations fraction is important for student because there are many mathematical aspects related to the concepts and operations of fractions that are needed in everyday life. However, it was found that many students had difficulty in learning the concept of arithmetic operations fraction. The purpose of this study is to describe the difficulties experienced by students and the factors that cause students difficulties in completing arithmetic operations fraction for elementary school students. The method used in this research is a literature study. The subject of this research is an article related to students' difficulties in completing arithmetic operations fraction. Data collection using documenting and reviewing articles related to students' difficulties in completing arithmetic operations fraction. Based on this study, it was found that students had difficulty changing and simplifying fractions, difficulties in calculating addition and subtraction of fractions with unequal denominators, difficulties in understanding the concepts of multiplication and division and when solving fraction story problems. Factors that cause these difficulties are external factors from teacher factors, environment and internal factors within students.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the learning motivation of fourth grade students during online learning. The method of this research used is descriptive qualitative with research participants are 25 students of fourth grade and several representatives of parents to be interviewed. The research instrument used was a learning motivation questionnaire and also an interview instrument. The results showed that students' learning motivation during online learning was in the middle category with a score 2.96. The results of the interview also show that parents also play an important role in the level of student learning motivation.

Abstract

This journal aims to find out how the Bandung Tourism College in the implementation of the curriculum management system and assessment has been running according to procedures and even supervised directly from the Central Ministry of Tourism, this makes STP Bandung a Tourism College which has a big name in the field of tourism in Indonesia. In particular, this study aims to obtain information and empirical analysis of: 1) learning management at STP Bandung. 2) curriculum at STP Bandung 3) assessment of learning at STPB Bandung.
