Abstract

The Sri Tanjung Cracker Company is an MSME that produces fish crackers. Currently, the Sri Tanjung cracker company lacks structured risk management, particularly in supply chain activities One of the known risks is that companies run out of raw materials, suppliers who ship late, and defective products. The goal of this study was to identify risks and develop appropriate preventive measures to reduce risks in the fish cracker production supply chain. This study maps supply chain operations using the SCOR model then uses the HOR method to classify risks and related mitigation strategies using Pareto diagrams and a probability impact matrix model. The results showed that the HOR phase 1 model comprises 60 risk events, 35 risk agents, and 7 priority risk agents for HOR phase 2 computation. HOR phase 2 shows 4 mitigation strategies that need to be addressed first. To conduct further research, if the suggested action is in the form of preventive action, it is required to quantify the impact of risk reduction and can add variables in the review of risk events, risk agents, and preventive measures to identify supply chain activities at the Sri Tanjung Fish Cracker Company.

Abstract

From the initial survey, it is known that weaknesses in employee performance are seen from the high level of employee absenteeism which can affect company performance. The problems studied are how motivation, work environment and employee performance, is there any influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is the percentage description analysis method and multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it is obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 24.493 + 0.181 X1 + 0.128 X2. By using SPSS 25 Hypothesis F test results show F count = 8,282 with a significance value = 0.001 <0.05, which means that H3 which reads "There is a significant effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of CV employees" accepted. Meanwhile, from the partial hypothesis test (t test), the t count of the motivation variable is 1.991, the work environment variable is 1.739 where the probability is smaller than 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.392, this means that 39.2% of employee performance is influenced by motivation and work environment, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables examined in this study.

Abstract

Developments in the industrial world have given rise to better tools and technology. However, the production equipment results in potential hazards that will cause losses if not controlled. CV. Sarana Sejahtera Teknik is a company engaged in the fabrication of dice racks, special fallets, fallet boxes, push trolleys, conveyors, shutter conveyors, stainless boxes, stainless steel piping, loading doc containers, and steel meanings. During the work process, many of the workers did not apply K3 properly such as not using gloves, shoes, and other personal protective equipment. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of occupational safety and health, especially in the discipline of using work safety equipment. The method used is the OHS Management System (SMK3) approach. The results obtained show that there are still many workers who do not use PPE when doing work. Controls that can be carried out are in the form of establishing HSE policies to be more assertive, such as the existence of SOPs, socialization and education, to supervision related to the implementation of HSE that has been planned.

Abstract

As time goes by, the number of coffee enthusiasts in Purwakarta City has increased, thus creating many coffee shops that have been established in Purwakarta City. This of course creates competition between these coffee shop service providers to provide the most comfortable place possible and provide attractive coffee menus to attract consumers. To attract consumers to visit, coffee shop service providers must offer coffee or food menus with the characteristics of the coffee shop, these characteristics will be remembered by consumers who have visited, and do not rule out visiting again. To be able to provide the best service to consumers, coffee shop service providers must have facilities such as good physical facilities, a good work environment and aspects of occupational health and safety (K3). This must be done so that consumers feel comfortable when visiting and employees who work can be comfortable while working and will feel safe so as to avoid all diseases and accidents in the workplace. This research is about the application of occupational health and safety in coffee shop 62 and this research is descriptive. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of K3 in the coffee shop. The technique of collecting data from this research is by direct observation and conducting direct interviews with the owner and the employees who work.

Abstract

K3 is an effort and thought to ensure the integrity and perfection of both physical and spiritual people in general and labor in particular, along with the results of his work towards a just and prosperous society. As the coffe industry grows, coffee enthusiasts are increasing and coffee shops / cafés are mushrooming in every region. Abstract

PT. XYZ still often experiences differences in the goods in the warehouse due to several factors. This study was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The methods used in this research are the SHERPA method (Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach) and the HEART method (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique). After analyzing in the last 3 months, it was found that human errors occurred in the checker, operation, and inventory sections. After performing calculations using the SHERPA and HEART methods, it is known that the most potential human error occurs in the checker section. Using the SHERPA method to predict human errors, it also analyzes tasks and identifies potential solutions for errors in a structured manner. The HEART method is a technique used in the field of human reliability assessment (HRA), for the purpose of evaluating the possibility of human errors that occur during the completion of certain tasks.

Abstract

A safe and comfortable company is an organized and well-maintained company that is able to guarantee the safety and health of workers in carrying out their work. The more facilities that support work safety are available, the smaller the chance of a work accident. This study aims to determine how to minimize human error that occurs in CV. Technical Prosperity Facilities. The research method uses the Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach (SHERPA) and Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) methods. The method of data collection is done by interviewing directly with the owner of the company. The type of data used is qualitative data. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the application of K3 at CV Sarana Sejahtera Tehnik is still not optimal so that K3 facilities can be improved at the company, and carry out work evaluations.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, which is located in the Karawang area, West Java. PT. XYZ is a company that produces several automotive components whose production activities are divided into several processes such as casting, machining, stamping, lining bonding, painting, plating, and technical. But now PT. XYZ also produces several non-automotive components. This research was conducted to determine the system, work safety regulations and to know the application of work safety at PT. XYZ. The method used for research is a best practice method whose purpose is to describe the development process and follow a standard way of doing things that several organizations can use. The results of the study showed that the work safety rules applied were in accordance with government regulations, the implementation of work safety regulations that had been implemented was quite good but there were still some that had not been implemented

Abstract

This study is designed to analyze the relationship between variables so that this research belongs to the type of causal research. The variables used in this study are the independent variables, namely the material motivation and the material provider and the dependent variable, namely the employee performance variable. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees who attended the Culture House Training. The research was conducted using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination which were run by the SPSS application. Motivation material has no effect on employee performance, indicated by the t value of 1.429 is smaller than the t table value of 2.00247. Giver of motivation has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t value of 7.648 which is greater than the t value of 2.00247. Motivation material and material giver jointly affect employee performance, indicated by the value of the F count of 31.131 is smaller than the F table value of 3.16 with a significance level of 0.008 Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is known that the dependent variable influenced by the independent variable is 50.5%, while the rest is influenced by factors outside of this study. The results of this study indicate that the material of motivation and motivation has an influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills-2. Based on the conditions that occur in the field, this research produces recommendations for future improvements related to motivation, motivation, types of delivery, and employee performance.

Abstract

The company is a place where humans perform a physical work activity to produce a product to be sold. The application of occupational health and safety in the workplace is an effort to create a safe, comfortable and healthy work environment and environment for workers. This research was conducted at CV. Jasa Bhakti focuses on making rice dryer blowers, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) is one of the methods in K3 analysis. FMEA is a method used to identify and detect several potential failure modes by prioritizing solutions based on probability, severity, and how the failure can be easily identified. From the results of the FMEA analysis, it was found that several work processes for making rice dryer blowers have a risk of work accidents.
