Abstract

National development priorities as outlined in the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJP) for 2005 - 2025 (Law No. 17 of 2007), among others, are in realizing a society that is noble, moral, ethical, cultured, and civilized based on the philosophy of Pancasila ". One effort to realize this is by strengthening the national identity and character through education. Character education is the most important key to the revival of the Indonesian people from adversity to welcome the arrival of a new civilization. The multidimensional crisis is a national problem. This happens because this nation is not confident in developing and conceptualizing the nation's progress. Being a nation that stands on its own feet, will restore sovereignty, be a nation that is cultured and dignified. Education that is designed is no longer education that imitates other countries. The concept of education is made based on the character of society by prioritizing the norms, values, and culture that develops.

Abstract

Curriculum development does not only involve people who are directly related to the world of education, but also involves many parties, such as politicians, entrepreneurs, parents of students, and other elements of society. The principles that will be used in curriculum development activities are basically the rules or laws that will animate a curriculum. Learning strategies in school education must be given a foundation in advance by internalizing critical sociology, innovation, creativity, and mentality. In addition, it also changes the learning strategy that has been based on the concept of reproductive view of learning into a constructive view of learning. The stagnation of the school education curriculum begins with the replication and adoption of a curriculum that does not fit the character of students. The inclusion of creativity in the curriculum results in inhibition of the power of innovation, inspiration, and imagination while blunting intuition in the development of school education. Values ​​of mentality, such as honesty, fairness, love, and affection are still not visible in the school education curriculum. The curriculum development model based on critical sociology, creativity, and mentality must be supported by innovative learning strategies or different from previous strategies. Freedom of creation in the development of an educational curriculum makes the key to the birth of creators who are able to meet all the needs of society and the guidance of the times.

Abstract

The direction of the Qibla prayer at mosques and prayer rooms in Blendung Village, Ulujami Subdistrict, Pemalang Regency is different, some are straight to adjust the direction of the building and the direction of the ceramic floor, some are leaning towards the right. The difference in the direction of this Qibla is the background for conducting research, with a focus on the direction of the mosque and mosque building and the direction of the Qibla shoff at the mosque and mosque. This field research was sourced from the main data from the results of the accuracy of the direction of the mosque and the prayer room, information from the management of the mosque and the mosque and those who know the history of the mosque and mosque. Data processing is done by triangulation techniques. Qibla direction accuracy test uses measurement method with RHI Qibla compass and Google Earth application. Azimuth Qibla of Blendung Village area is at coordinates 293.5o (Kompas Qibla RHI) or coordinate point 294.67o (Google Earth). From the analysis of the data that was conducted showed that not all mosque and musholla buildings were aligned to lead to Qibla. Based on data and analysis results of two mosques and nine small mosque in Blendung Village, six mosque buildings and small mosque are parallel to the straight direction of the Qibla, three buildings show a precise level of alignment, while the other three are at one degree. the other five buildings strayed from the Qibla direction in the range of 17o-26o. The direction of building the Islahul Hayat mosque is highest (26o) compared to the direction of other buildings. In terms of the Qibla direction, the two mosques are already leading to Qibla. Six mushollas have headed to the Qibla in the range of 0o-2o, and three musholla deviated in varying ranges, Al-Arofah Al-7o, Al-Ihsan + 7o and Nurul Ihsan + 18o. The direction of the building and the Qibla direction parallel to the Qibla are the Jami ’Al-Azhar Mosque, Al-Ikhlas Mosque, Tsamrotul Bahri Mosque and At-Taqwa Mosque.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kompleks Perumahan Puri Mediterania Semarang, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 50 penghuni rumah Puri Mediterania dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengaruh dari kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,548, sedangkan pengaruh dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,381. Kualitas produk adalah variabel paling penting dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen daripada kualitas layanan. Kata kunci : kualitas produk; kualitas layanan; dan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Sustainable government procurement policies have become mandatory but there is no measurement model for policy implementation. This study aims to identify actors, models, and alternative models for sustainable government procurement policies. Qualitative research was conducted with a juridical normative approach through literature study. The results show that actors of sustainable government procurement policies are government procurement policy agencies, nine ministries, and all local governments. Implicitly, a policy model with an institutional approach is used in sustainable government procurement which has weaknesses in the form of a model for measuring the success of the policy that does not exist and communication-coordination-cooperation between institutions is still not optimal. Alternative models can be used in the form of rational and incremental approaches. The implication is that policy actors need to develop a model for measuring the success and achievement indicators of sustainable government procurement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengacu pada tiga pokok permasalahan antara lain; 1.Untuk mengetahui cara guru memberikan stimulus kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab Kelas VIII SMP Daru Ulil Albab Tegal, 2. Untuk mengetahui respon yang ditunjukan oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab Kelas VII SMP Daru Ulil Albab Tegal, 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat stimulus dan respon dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab Kelas VII SMP Daru Ulil Albab Tegal. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi (pengamatan), wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode analisis kualitatif dilakukan sejak sebelum memasuki lapangan, selama dilapangan dan setelah selesai di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah; stimulus yang dapat diberikan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran diantaranya (1) Penggunaan variasi metode mengajar, materi, dan buku penunjang, (2) pemberian nilai, (3) pemberian hukuman, dan (4) pemberian pujian atau penghargaan. Respon yang ditunjukkan siswa dalam pembelajaran diantaranya (1) Respon Perseptual, (2) Respon Emosional, dan (3) Respon Behavioristik. Faktor penghambat stimulus dan respon dalam pembelajaran yaitu faktor intern dan faktor ekstern siswa.
