Abstract

Madrasa as an educational institution established around the middle of the 5th century AD. The role of Islamic education in general and especially madrasa in the era of globalization must inevitably have to accept the times and technological advancements which are mostly sourced from western countries. So it should be, Islamic education madrasas must strive to develop themselves. So that it can make the students, not only successful with their IMTAQ, but also successful in facing the global world with its science and technology. This paper discusses the challenges of Islamic religious education in madrasas in the era of globalization. Some things that can be done by madrassas in an effort to increase the passion of Islamic education in the era of globalization are as follows: Improving the quality of Islamic religious education, Improving the curriculum of religious education, Identifying and analyzing instructional problems and constraints faced by teachers in schools and parents at home in an effort to foster student moral development, along with alternative formulations for solving it.

Abstract

Salah satu usaha untuk mengeliminir kesenjangan gender adalah melalui pendidikan responsif gender dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai keadilan dan keseteraan gender melalui model Pembelajaran responsif gender. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Pemalang dalam rangka memperkecil ketimpangan gender pada aspek pendidikan dituntut dan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran responsif gender yang memperhatikan dan mengakomodasi kepentingan mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan secara seimbang dari aspek akses/peluang, partisipasi, kontrol dan manfaat. Dalam pengembangan ini diakukan beberapa uji coba yaitu uji coba skala kecil dengan lapangan terbatas, uji coba skala besar dengan lapangan diperluas dan uji validasi model, dengan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Akses dalam belajar, prosentase menunjukkan responsif gender yakni di semester 1 A: 92,59%, di semester 1 B: 93,3%, di semester 3 A: 90,47%, di semester 3 B: 100%, di semester 5 A: 79,41% dan di semester 5 B: 96,15%. 2) Partisipasi dalam belajar, prosentase menunjukkan tidak responsif gender. Hal ini disebabkan karena mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang tidak bekerjasama dalam tugas kelompok yang diberikan dosen. 3) Memiliki kontrol atas sumber pembelajaran, prosentase menunjukkan responsif gender yakni di semester 1 A: 62,96%, di semester 1 B: 80%, di semester 3 A: 85,72%, di semester 3 B: 68,18%, di semester 5 A: 67,65% dan di semester 5 B: 76,92%., dan 4) Manfaat dalam belajar, prosentase menunjukkan responsif gender dengan hasil 100% di semua tingkatan semester.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk ibadah untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT terkait dengan harta disumbangkan. wakaf istismari juga disebut wakaf produktif, wakaf properti yang digunakan untuk tujuan investasi, baik di bidang pertanian, industri, perdagangan, dan jasa. Endowmen ini semakin menjadi masalah di desa Longkeyang, di mana pemuda Longkeyang berusaha memberikan endowmen untuk kesejahteraan warga. Pada tahun 2006, sekitar 10 orang dari pemuda Longkeyang bersama-sama aktivis AMM (Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah) memulai inisiatif baru untuk menciptakan lembaga baru yang kemudian (pada 2010) dinamai Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM). (1) Langkah awal gerakan pemberdayaan Pemuda Muhammadiyah produktif di Longkeyang yaitu (a) Membentuk Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM) Desa Longkeyang. (a) Gerakan Endowmen Endowmen koin Untuk Produktif. (2) Manajemen kepemilikan komunal Pemuda produktif di Longkeyang yaitu (a) inisiasi koin yang dikumpulkan disumbangkan sebagai modal awal. (B) Endowmen yang ada bekerja bersama untuk mengurangi biaya tanaman utama kayu albasia, kemudian biaya pengobatan menggunakan hasil tumpangsari tanaman pisang. (3) Peran Warga Kesejahteraan Pemuda Produktif Wakaf untuk Longkeyang wakaf menambah dana bantuan kain kafan bagi sukarelawan yang ingin tinggal.

This endowment is growing problems in the village Longkeyang, where the youth of Longkeyang attempted endowment for the welfare of citizens. In 2006, approximately 10 people from the youth of the Longkeyang together activists AMM (Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah) began a new initiative is to create a new institution that was later (in 2010) was named after the Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM). (1) The first step movement endowment productive Muhammadiyah Youth in Longkeyang namely (a) the anxiety of citizens and youth of the organization is stagnant and also go hand in hand some scholars who died, so no worries "if shortly Muhammadiyah in Longkeyang will run out" as the scorn of other people. (B) Establish Badan Pekerja Pengembangan Ranting Muhammadiyah (BP2RM) Longkeyang village. (C) Movement Endowments Endowments coins For Productive. The two (2) Management of communal ownership of productive Youth in Longkeyang namely (a) From the collected coins donated land and then bought 1,500 m maximized as initial capital. (B) The existing endowments worked together to reduce the cost of key crops albasia timber, then the cost of treatment using the results of intercropping banana plants. The third (c) In the future, earning endowment will be managed by the sharing system, since from 2006 to 2010 the endowment of productive trees used for the expansion of land. (3) The Role of Waqf Productive Youth Welfare Citizens For The Longkeyang namely (a) The results of this productive endowments, are not significant, but citizens can already feel as waqf land managers and also from the results of the banana crop intercropping. (B) Some of the programs that have resulted from the productive management of waqf endowments suppl shroud support fund for volunteers who want to stay.Keywords: Endowments, Awqaf Productive, Youth of Muhammadiyah.
