Abstract

This research is knowing effect on employee productivity monitoring the production of PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer, Supervision as an independent variable  (x) and labor productivity as the dependent variable (y), and this study takes the number of respondents  as many as 48 people. Data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested  through statistical  analysis such as a simple regression nalysis,  t-test and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSP version 17. Result show than the results  of  t-test of hypothesis testing.  (5,757 ) (2,013 ). This ni indicates that moitoring signifikan effect on the level of employee productivity. The amount of supervision on employee productivity in the production of PT Sunson textile manufacturer PT sunson Textile manufacturer Thorn is at 41,9 %.

Abstract

Tata kelola kolaboratif merupakan objek penelitian yang menjadi permasalahan untuk mencapai Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bandung, yang menjadi masalah adalah target SPM. Pencapaian target tersebut belum terlaksana secara maksimal, penyebab utama adalah karena model paling utama dari fragmentasi pelayanan adalah variasi yang dimiliki pemerintah sangat terbatas, terutama sumber daya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyiapan SDM yang diperlukan anggota jaringan sebagai pemegang mandat beserta lembaga inisiator di tingkat Kabupaten/Kota maupun Provinsi untuk menjiwai, mengerti, dan memahami bidang sosial terutama konsep colaborative governance beserta praktek elemen-elemennya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan studi kepustakaan yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data sekunder dan jurnal nasional. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan minor science ilmu kesejahtraan sosial sebagai basis pengetahuan dengan pengelolaan informasi dan data yang terbuka, pelayanan berjenjang dan sistem kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dari tingkat pusat sampai pelayanan masyarakat dimulai disemua tingkatan dan mendukung tata kelola kolaboratif yang mahir dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF SALES ON GROSS PROFIT IN PT KALBE FARMA TBK 2015-2019 PERIOD (SURVEY ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE) Abstract This research was aimed to determine the influence of sales to the gross profit at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk period 2015-2019. The method used in this research was quantitative method. The data collection techniques were done by literature study, documentation, and browses from the internet. The data analysis techniques were done by normality test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linier regression analysis, and hypothesis test. From this research, the correlation coefficient results obtained by 0,947 this means that this had a positive relationship with the level of relationship is very strong, and the coefficient determination was 89,7% this shows the influence of sales to the gross profit and the rest 10,3% was influence by others factors that not examined. The t test result obtained 5,110 > 3,182 (tcount > ttable), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which means there was a significant influence between sales and the gross profit. The advice given are, staying consistent in increasing sales by developing creative innovations on products or management strategies, pay more attention to the calculation of cost of goods sold, and more streamline the production cost by minimizing the expenditure cost. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengkaji “Kontribusi Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) serta Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) pada Pendapatan Kabupaten Sumedang terhadap Badan Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah (BAPPENDA) Kabupaten Sumedang”. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas yakni “Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB), Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB)”, serta variabel terikat yakni “Pendapatan Asli Daerah”. Penelitian mempergunakan metodologi yang terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan regresi linier berganda guna analisis data, melalui penggunaan software SPSS. Pengumpulan data meliputi laporan terkait pelaksanaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB), dan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) periode 2018-2022. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya “Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dipengaruhi oleh variabel X Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) dengan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) secara simultan dan signifikan”, dengan menghasilkan persentase senilai 96,5%. Sementara 3,5% nya dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar riset.
