Abstract

This study aims to examine and examine the influence of leadership style and work environment either partially or simultaneously on the effectiveness of the sewing department employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. Data was taken using a questionnaire to 50 respondents as a sample and primary data sources. There are two independent variables in this research data, namely leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) and work effectiveness (Y) as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative research methods with associative methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26.0. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t value of the leadership style variable (-0.085) < t table (2.011) with a significant value of 0.933 > 0.05 so that Ha is rejected, and the t value of the work environment variable (5.021) > t table (2.011) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha is accepted, simultaneously the calculated F value of the two independent variables is (71.767) > F table (3.195) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The research findings show that partially the leadership style variable has no significant effect on work effectiveness, while the work environment variable has a significant effect on work effectiveness, simultaneously between leadership style and work environment have a joint effect on work effectiveness

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the contribution of Syekh Nawawi's thoughts in developing Islamic education in Indonesia. Syekh Nawawi, a great cleric from Banten, has significantly contributed to science, Aqidah and History. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends related to Syekh Nawawi's educational philosophy and dig deeper into the relevance of his thinking in the context of learning science and Aqidah and Banten history. The problem raised is the lack of in-depth understanding of the application of Sheikh Nawawi's thoughts in modern education. This research uses bibliometric methods with VOSviewer software to identify research trends from 2004 to 2024 and a systematic literature review (SLR) using the PRISMA technique with data from the Scopus database. Keywords used include "Sheikh Nawawi," "educational philosophy," "science learning," "Aqidah," and "Banten history." Significant findings show that Sheikh Nawawi's thoughts remain relevant and can be integrated into the current educational curriculum. Trend analysis reveals increasing interest in the study of Sheikh Nawawi's thoughts. This study differs from previous studies because it uses a more comprehensive methodological approach and in-depth bibliometric analysis. It is hoped that the research results can become an essential reference in developing learning modules that focus not only on cognitive aspects but also on spiritual and historical aspects, especially in the educational context in Banten.

Abstract

Qualitative research is an in-depth, flexible, and interactive approach to understanding social phenomena. Grounded in constructivism, this approach recognizes the plural, interactive, and exchange dimensions of social experience interpreted by individuals. Qualitative research emphasizes understanding phenomena from the perspective of participants, using interactive and flexible strategies. The aim is to provide a holistic understanding of behavior, perception, motivation, and action, with the researcher as a key instrument in the natural object condition. The method is inductive, prioritizes the meaning transmitted by participants, and analyzes phenomena naturally. Types of qualitative research, such as naturalistic, phenomenological, ethnographic, case studies, and historical methods, provide flexibility in approaching a variety of research contexts. Through explanations of data collection and analysis, qualitative research offers creative and engaged strategies, such as observation, interviews, and case studies. Overall, qualitative research is a relevant choice to answer complex research questions, especially those involving qualitative dimensions. In the world of scientific research, qualitative research stands out as a valuable tool in understanding the complexity and diversity of social phenomena
