Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of organizational change; organizational culture; and motivation either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Management Institution Pusat Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Islam Jakarta (BM PPPIJ). The population in this research are 46 people with the respondent amounted all  employees are sampling; research method using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. Regression analysis was performed to determine wheter the independent variable (Organizational Change; Organizational Culture and Motivation) either partially or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Performance Employees); and descriptive analysis conducted with data collection through the use of questionnaires to respondents. Results of research at the PPPIJ Institution shows that the variable of organizational change and organizational culture is not influence on employee performance; only motivation partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously; all three independent variables organizational change; organizational culture; and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance PPPIJ Management Institution. In a test of the correlation between dimensions is obtained that the dimensions of technology at variable organizational change into the most dominant factor of the dimensions of cooperation abilities in the variable employee performance; dimensional of innovation and dare to take risks the variable of organizational culture becomes the most dominant factor of the dimensions of punctuality variable employee; and the dimensions of intrinsic motivation variable becomes the most dominant factor of the dimensions of cooperation abilities in the variable employee performance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stroke adalah kondisi gangguan peredaran darah di otak yang mengakibatkan perubahan fungsi otak. WHO menyebutkan 15 juta orang menderita stroke diseluruh dunia setiap tahun. Stroke berdampak pada penurunan kekuatan otot dan keseimbangan tubuh.penanganan yang baik dapat mencegah komplikasi, meningkatkan kemampuan pasiendalam aktivitas sehari-hari, dan kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui efektifitas Bridging Exercise terhadap kekuatan otot dan keseimbangan tubuh pada pasien stroke di RSUD Poso Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode: penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental design dengan randomized pretest-posttest control group. Jumlah sampel 90 responden (67 responden kelompok intervensi Bridging Exercise, dan 23 responden kelompok kontrol). Uji Two independent sample test menunjukan ada perbedaan kekuatan otot (p=0,043) dan keseimbangan tubuh (p=0,000) antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Hasil: hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukan ada pengaruh Bridging Exercise terhadap perubahan kekuatan otot (p=0,024) dan ada pengaruh Bridging Exercise terhadap keseimbangan tubuh (p=0,000). Jika dilihat dari persamaan matematis intervensi Bridging Exercise memberikan pengaruh sebesar 1,317 kali terhadap keseimbangan tubuh. Kesimpulan: bahwa latihan Bridging Exercise berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot dan keseimbangan tubuh. Saran: penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar intervensi Bridging Exercise sebagai dasar pertimbangan untuk terapi alternatif pasien stroke. Abstract

Culture is the bridge between health and psychology (mentality). Wisdom is a basis of integration of cognitive and affective that showed qualities of personality. A wise man lives their daily life in accord with wise perspectives and wise values. The local wisdom helps us to reach our wholeness by illuminating our inner world with the wisdom of our ancestors and helping us to discover our talents.  By the means of the values of Pancasila, the wholeness within the individual and the wholeness with nature and relations become the essential of character development, slow, and fast will create harmony.  In community building, our life is enhanced. We can see how their lives are better because we are part of them. We have a place in their circle of life. We are constantly growing as a person.
