Abstract

Culture is the bridge between health and psychology (mentality). Wisdom is a basis of integration of cognitive and affective that showed qualities of personality. A wise man lives their daily life in accord with wise perspectives and wise values. The local wisdom helps us to reach our wholeness by illuminating our inner world with the wisdom of our ancestors and helping us to discover our talents.  By the means of the values of Pancasila, the wholeness within the individual and the wholeness with nature and relations become the essential of character development, slow, and fast will create harmony.  In community building, our life is enhanced. We can see how their lives are better because we are part of them. We have a place in their circle of life. We are constantly growing as a person.

Abstract

Humans are unique creatures (Descartes, 1596-1650) humans are creatures who think (cogito); doubts about its existence the cogito ergo sum are answered which is building a relationship with their environment to develop themselves as human beingsm, wherever men have lived together there has been some group interest in food, traveling, and pleasure. This interest as group grows becomes more complex, and places in charged with the chance and challenge of feeding and offering is created. Human capital is not only a factor in economic growth, but also an effect of it or of developments generated by economic growth. The process of economic growth can explain much of the observed variation in the structure distribution among culinary foods as a social phenomenon. The global spread culinary industries produced benefit development of well-being in many areas. The contribution of culinary to economic well-being depends on the quality and revenues of the culinary that offer. The trend of  world community todays there is an interest increase of most of people, with their own reasons, they like to spend their time to the food court even a while. Due to the result of research shows that with 180 respondents from any reasons we try to study (ages of group of respondents, gender, education, occupation, the living area, their related Activities Culinary for. Lunch and or dining out is growing form of half of informal form and leisure where meals are consumed not out of necessity but also important sustainable positioning in ever more complex for pleasure and to build a relationships, the occasion are part of the leisure experiences as much as the food itself as social-belonging, esteem, and self-actualization (Hierarchy of Needs, Maslow, 1954), and event cultural object. In Sen’s capabilities approach which holds a person’s capability to have various functioning vectors and to enjoy the corresponding “well-being achievements” to the best indicator of welfare (Sen, 1985) means that culinary as social phenomenon growth amplifies the positive impacts of rotation economic and  market production at the same time welfare too. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs in the food sector in Serang City. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 70 MSMEs. The sample was taken from the food sector MSME population in Serang City which had been running for at least 2 years. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results show that competence has a significant effect on MSMEs, innovation has a significant effect on MSMEs, and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on MSME performance and competence, innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant effect on MSME performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of job insecurity and work stress on turnover intentions and their implications for job satisfaction in PT Ciptajaya Sejahtera Abadi. This study is a quantitative study with a total of 142 employees. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. Technical data analysis uses path analysis methods (Path Models) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.2.9. From the results of this study showed that job insecurity has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intentions. Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work stress negatively and significantly affects turnover intentions. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction shows a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intentions.

Abstract

Along with the development and innovation of technology information at the international level, one of the transactions payment is from offline to online (cashless payment).  The utilization of technology cashless platforms mobile payment, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore still shows less than 4%. In Indonesia, there are currently 21 companies (providers) that are engaged in mobile payment with a variety of services provided. Millennial, Generation-Z, tends to have a virtual transaction space that has attracted their interest in using social media as a technology with cashless payments of We-Chat pay. At the end of the activity, a post-test was held relates to the socialization of the We-Chat Pay as one of Digital Payment Innovation. The posttest was given to find out the enthusiasm of the participants. The post-test obtained an overview of the participants’ interest in the use of We-Chat pay cashless payments, namely 34% as an option for shopping; 30% as an option to eat together; 19% as an option for traveling; and 17% as an option for Nobar (watching together). Therefore, it does not rule out the possibility of the digital payment technology apply in Jakarta and Bekasi, Indonesia to adopt the innovation of WeChat Pay.

Abstract

The problem of waste in Indonesia has reached 175,000 tons/day which is equivalent to 64 million tons/year, which until now has been managed by being transported and dumped in the final processing site (TPA) because people still have the perception that waste is a waste material that is considered useless. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has limited access to activities outside the home, ultimately changing consumer behavior by shifting the way to shop for their needs to online shopping. The study method utilized social media platform to distribute the online webinar information to gathered large number of participants. Thus, the study find that the Generation Z is a generation that is synonymous with digital technology and information, as a Collaborative Generation, a generation that knows the "sharing economy" is the foundation of hope to take advantage of waste problems as challenges and opportunities that can create a generation of Social Entrepreneurs who create waste into products that have bargaining power and competitiveness in the creative economy market through social media or e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the understanding lessons of students at High School in Cikarang. These factors are family environment, education system, and social environment. Students who have a high motivation to learn will have a positive result of their grades and understanding the lesson. This study uses quantitative descriptive and for collecting the data are using questionnaires. In addition, SPSS is utilized to analyze the collected data. The total number of samples  was 182 respondents. Sampling design is Probability sampling and the technique using simple random sampling. To check the hypothesis of this analysis, multiple regression analyzes were used. The result of the research shows (1) Family Environment (X1) has positive insignificant influence on Students Understanding Lesson, (2) Education System (X2) has negative influence on Students Understanding Lesson, (3) Social Environment (X3) positive significant influence on Students Understanding Lesson. The coefficient of determination shows that the variable Family Environment (X1), Education System (X2), and Social Environment (X3) influence Understanding Lesson of Student (Y) of 45.7%, while the remaining 54.3% influenced by other variables outside thisresearch.Keywords: Family Environment, Education System, Social Environment, Understanding Lesson of Student

Abstract

The rapid growth of technology, has an impact on logistics services. The need for logistics services has also increased many times along with the increasing number of consumers who shop online. Logistics services play a central role in the e-commerce business. Therefore, the study has purpose to determine the customer loyalty of a particular logistic service at Indonesia. The customer of J&T Express reside around JABODETABEK was taken as the study objective. SmartPLS was the analytical tools used to analyzed the primary data. The study found that Service Quality and customer satisfaction signified a positive and significant relationship on the customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is determined by Service Quality. Customer satisfaction is signified under the study to possessed a partial mediating role in determining the Service Quality on the customer loyalty.
