Abstract

In Indonesia, the number of cases of the Covid-19 virus in 2019 increased but decreased in 2021. One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic is on the financial sector, such as Sharia Cooperatives. The problems that existed at KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Pamijahan during the Covid-19 period were problems with the work environment and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance during the Covid-19 period. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and taking samples using a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 15 people. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.002 less than 0.05, while work discipline at a significance level of 5% had no significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.737 greater than 0.05. And the work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant impact on the performance of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar employees during the Covid-19 period, with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Tajur 1 is one of the financial institutions that distributes People's Business Credit funds to MSMEs. This study aims to find out how the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Tajur 1 in providing financing for KUR funds during the Covid 19 pandemic to financing customers for MSME actors, and how the impact of People's Business Credit (KUR) funds on Micro Business actors. This research method is a type of qualitative research with a field research method approach (field research) which is the object of this research, na mely 4 KUR financing customers and 2 staff employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Tajur 1. The results of the research at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Tajur 1 played a role in MSME customers during the Pandemic, namely the existence of policies from the bank towards financing customers affected by the Covid - 19 pandemic who experienced congestion in payments, namely the addition of an installment period (restructuring), and the existence of increase in income and business development of financing customers after using KUR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui strategi yang di terapkan salah satu pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Tegal Waru Farm Land. Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapati bahwa strategi bisnis yang digunakan adalah dengan fokus menjual Produk dari para UMKM setempat, mulai menggunakan internet dan media sosial untuk memasarkan hasil produksinya sangat tepat dan bermanfaat. Dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha kecil (UMKM)  pemanfaatan internet dan media sosial merupakan strategi yang sangat tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarata sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, location, and promotional factors on seller interest in marketing products online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of variables studied were four, consisting of three independent variables and one dependent variable. The population used in this study were all sellers in Pamijahan District and Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a sample of respondents using the Lemeshow method. The sampling method used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data using a questionnaire technique in the form of a Likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Software Version 25. The results of this study indicate the influence of seller interest which consists of several factors, namely product, location and promotion together have a real and significant effect. positive. However, the location factor is more dominant which has a real and positive effect on seller interest, with a variable regression coefficient value of 6.283 which means that if the location increases by one unit, the seller's interest value will increase by 6.283

Abstract

During the current global pandemic, numerous sectors have undergone significant transformations, including the economic realm. Almost all companies have had to adapt their operations to cope with the challenges brought about by the pandemic. One prevalent response has been the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) arrangements. Undoubtedly, human resources constitute the most influential asset within a company, as their performance directly affects the organization's success. Thus, the aim of this study was to assess and compare the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while also exploring the perspectives of Islamic management on employee performance during this unprecedented period. The research approach employed was descriptive qualitative, involving the analysis of gathered data to draw well-founded conclusions. Primary and secondary data were collected through interviews and documentation, specifically utilizing the Employee Performance Management Information System (SIMKPNAS) at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug. The findings and analyses derived from this study revealed notable disparities in the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug employees prior to the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), employees generally displayed a high level of performance, with an average competence rating of 2, indicating that they exceeded expectations or met requirements (ER). However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a slight decline in employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug, particularly in competencies 2 and 3, corresponding to the "Exceeding Expectations" / Exceeds Requirements (ER) and "Meeting the Requirements" (MR) categories. It is important to note that the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug, both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, adhered appropriately to the principles of Sharia management, as aligned with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of education level, media access to information and religiosity that affect public understanding of MUI Fatwa No. 116/DSN-MUI/XI/2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money. This type of research is quantitative research and the data collection method uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample taken was 75 respondents using the technique of Tabachic & Fidel, in determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. data analysis method using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of the t-test showed that each independent variable, namely media access to information and religiosity, had no significant effect, while the level of education had a positive and significant effect with a coefficient value of 0.399 with a significant value of 0.002. The results of the f test show that there is a simultaneous positive effect between the variables of education level, access to information media and religiosity on Public Understanding of MUI Fatwa No. 116/DSN-MUI/XI/2017 Regarding Sharia Electronic Money, it can be seen that the value of Fcount > Ftable 11.616 > 2.73 with a significance level of 0.000. and it can be seen from the R Square coefficient value is 32.9% and the remaining 67.1% is explained by other reasons outside the research variable X. from the regression model, it can be seen that the level of education is the most dominant factor influencing Public Understanding of the MUI Fatwa No. 116/DSN- MUI/XI/2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Sharia Business Management. The Role of Sharia Sales Promotion Girls in Increasing Company Sales. The company in this case is Tokoh Amanah MM. This type of research is descriptive qualitative (field research). The data source used by researchers in this thesis is the results of analysis of interviews with informants (shop owners and sales promotion girls at Toko Amanah MM). The secondary data in this research are books, journals and the like. The final data used is tertiary data such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, internet and related. To obtain data from informants, researchers used data collection techniques with face-to-face interviews and Toko Amanah MM documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is inductive, namely based on certain facts, then analyzed until a general problem solution is found. Based on the results of research and search analysis carried out by researchers, Sales Promotion Girl's strategy in marketing Toko Amanah MM products is mobile selling. The Sales Promotion Girl's interaction at Toko Amanah MM is polite, friendly and smiles easily in selling products and transactions based on deliberative consensus transactions in accordance with Islamic law or the principles of muamalah or business in Islam. Another thing that plays a role in increasing sales of Toko Amanah MM is the Sales Promotion Girl's ability to know the products the store has, the level of intelligence in promoting products and skills in selling products well.

Abstract

In line with improving service quality and employee performance so that the company generates profits, company survival requires an assessment of the service quality and performance of the company's employees in order to produce consumer satisfaction even during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine and analyze consumer assessments of Service Quality and Employee Performance at PT. OOCL Indonesia, and its influence on Customer Satisfaction at PT. OOCL Indonesia. The results of this research show that there is a partially positive and significant influence between service quality on consumer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount compared to ttable of 2.777 > 0.278. Apart from that, there is a positive and partially significant influence between employee performance on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount compared to ttable of 9.547>0.278. Then there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction with a probability value (sig) of 0.000, and a sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Fcount compared to Ftable is 101.815> 0.278. Sharia business management analysis, which basically positions planning, management, implementation and supervision in accordance with Islamic sharia, can be implemented in the service quality and performance of PT OOCL Indonesia employees. This is also indicated in consumer assessments of service quality and employee performance which have a positive influence on PT OOCL Indonesia consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, various government policies greatly affected human life, one of which was restrictions on work activities, this was felt by Wardah's company with the policy shifting its sales to online platforms. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain promotion variables, price variables and halal labeling variables that have an effect (positive/negative) or no effect (positive/negative) partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for wardah products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection using a questionnaire sheet and google form with a Likert scale measurement. The sample of this study used Isaac and Michael's formula with a total sample of 342 people with non-probabilistic sampling and the method used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 23 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this study are (a) Halal Promotion, Price and Labeling have a partial positive effect on Wardah Product Purchase Decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic (b) Halal Promotion, Price and Labeling have a simultaneous positive effect on Wardah Product Purchase Decisions during the Covid pandemic -19.

Abstract

The results of the study show that first, sharia management includes planning management, organizing management, directing management, and organizational control management based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Daarul Rahman's business has carried out management in accordance with sharia management. Second, sharia business management in the Daarul Rahman business unit proves that the Daarul Rahman business unit planning implementation uses a profit sharing system between business managers and product owners. The implementation of the organization of the Daarul Rahman business unit consists of business managers and business employees consisting of santri/santriwati or ustad/ustadzah. The implementation of directives for the Daarul Rahman business unit is given direct instructions to members of the collaboration to focus and be more creative in making food or products that will be entrusted. As for the implementation of control over the Daarul Rahman business unit, the manager pays wages to his employees exactly once a month.
