<![CDATA[Abstract: The quality of education in schools and the quality of student learning are largely determined by the performance of teachers in the learning process. Based on the description, the purpose of this study is to find out 1) the performance of the principal has a significant influence on teacher performance. 2) the teacher's work climate has a significant influence on teacher performance. 3) the principal's performance and the teacher's work climate have a significant influence jointly on teacher performance. This research is a correlational study, which is a study that analyzes the relationship between variables, using a quantitative approach. In accordance with the problem, this research design is a survey research design. The results of this study indicate that 1) the principal's performance has a significant influence on teacher performance. 2) the teacher's work climate has a significant influence on teacher performance. and 3) the principal's performance and the teacher's work climate both individually and together have an influence which is significant to teacher performance.Keywords: Principal Performance, Teacher Work Climate, Teacher Performance Abstrak: Kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dan kualitas belajar siswa sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui 1) kinerja kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 2) iklim kerja guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 3) kinerja kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang menganalisa hubungan antar variabel, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sesuai dengan permasalahannya rancangan penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian survei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kinerja kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, 2) iklim kerja guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) kinerja kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja guru baik secara individual maupun bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: Kinerja Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja Guru, Kinerja Guru]]>
