Abstract

                         AbstractThe aim of the research is to find out whether Indonesian Folktale Movie is effective or not to teach narrative text writing. The research focused on the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak in academic year 2019/2020 by administering a written test about narrative text before and after giving two teaching treatment. The research applied Quasi-Experimental, in which the writer had one class for experimental and one class for control. The sample of this research was X AKL 3 as the experimental group and class X AKL 4 as the control group, which consist of 39 students in each class. The data was calculated and the results showed that the mean score of the experimental group students’ pre-test is 59.4, while the post-test is 79.71. The mean of control group students’ pre-test is 59.69, while the post-test is 61.79. The t-test was higher than the t-table (5.15 1.992). The result of the effect size (ES) was 3,34, which was categorized as a modest effect (ES>0.5). It proved that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. It can be concluded that the Indonesian Folktale Movie is modestly effective to teach students’writing narrative text. Keywords: Indonesian Folktale Movie, Narrative Text, Teaching Writing

Abstract

  Abstract The common problem of this research was to know how audio media can improve listening child prose skills for students grade V Primary School Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. The common purpose of this research was to describe how audio media can improve listening child prose skills for students grade V Primary School Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. The method that used in this research was descriptive method with a form of classroom action research. The subject in this research were 40 students of class VD. The procedure in this research consists of four step: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collection technique that used in this research were direct observation technique and scrutiny documents. The data collection technique that used in this research were observation sheets and sheets of scrutiny documents. This research result: (1)The teachers planning learning ability is very good because on first cycle is 3,87 and on second increase to 3,90. (2) The teachers doing learning ability is very good because on first cycle is 3,77 and on second increase to 3,78. (3) Enhacement listening child prose skills using audio media is good because on first cycle the average students score is 77,10 and on second increase to 84,68. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Labuang Baji merupakan salah satu instansi yang menerapkan sistem remunerasi. Remunerasi adalah suatu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan pemerintah atas kinerja suatu pegawai pada instansi pemerintah berupa tambahan tunjangan gaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Labuang Baji. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji yang berjumlah 83 orang. Hasil analisis uji fisher’s excat test dengan α=0,05 menunjukkan nilai p-value untuk insentif p=0,023, tunjangan sebesar p=0,021, pekerjaan sebesar p=0,023, fasilitas sebesar p=0,01, terhadap kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji. Kesimpulannya adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara insentif terhadap kinerja perawat, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tunjangan terhadap kinerja perawat, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pekerjaan terhadap kinerja perawat, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas terhadap kinerja perawat. Sebaiknya pemberian insentif pada perawat didasarkan pada asas keadilan dan kelayakan dan diharapkan rumah sakit memperhatikan serta meningkatkan pemberian tunjangan, serta tetap menjaga dan mengontrol kelengkapan fasilitas kerja.
