Abstract

Free sex or sexual conduct premarital teen at the age of 15-24 years in Indonesia tends to rise because it's optimal yet prosperous family education and low levels of education and understanding of the youth against the risk of sex outside of marriage. This research was conducted aiming to review and analyze in-depth information regarding the behavior of free sex. The type of research used a qualitative approach method i.e. phenomenology through in-depth interview, observation and documentation as long as the research progresses. The results of this study indicate that the role of the media and the knowledge is highly influential on the behavior of adolescents in Wowoni Island Islands particularly in SMA Negeri 1 Wawonii, Regency Wowoni Island Islands that This can change the occurrence of changes in teenage lifestyles in this style look, the Association's daily entertainment, and manners. considered to follow the development of the times. This shows the incidence of teenage desire free sex conduct is caused by the presence of sexual stimulation, watch porn videos, pictures, often the same tandem pairs thus leading sexually stimulation, imagine the sex scenes, where imagination that appears is the result of the accumulation of the teen experience for interacting with the surrounding environment. The presence of sexual stimulation which then push the teens to perform sex free. This research is expected of the students do not perform free sex behaviors to avoid disease risk such as sexually transmitted diseases and reproductive health are maintained.

Abstract

The sexually transmitted disease is still one of the health problems often occur, both in developed countries and in developing countries because of increased sufferers each year. Therefore the necessary prevention efforts as early as possible to reduce the level of sufferers, one of them is to use traditional medicine such as lemongrass stalks stew. This research was conducted aiming to analyze the phenomenon of the use of a decoction of stem Lemongrass in preventive sexually transmitted disease in female sex workers. The type of research used in this study using qualitative research methods to the design of Phenomenology, with the collection of primary data through in-depth interview eleven informants, 7 1 main informant supporters and 3 informants key. The research results obtained show that the understanding of the women sex workers in the use of a decoction of a stem of citronella obtained from the experience of hereditary, that traditional medicine can be used when exposed to a disease of the area of genitalia as itching and vaginal discharge. The reason they are interested in the use of traditional medicine is because it is a natural treatment, materials and ways of making it easy, can be used to substitute for antibiotics, the process of its use is consumed one time in a day, to get the effective prevention should be consumed each day, as well as the effects of the use of this herbal medicine, is viewed with a vaginal PH inspection results indicate normal examination results. It is hoped the presence of the development stew stem Lemongrass made into a variety of preparations such as capsules, tablets or herbal medicine making it easier on the consumption by the public.

Abstract

Home health care is an existing program that needs to be developed, as it has become a community need. The Home Care Program was established because people have been complaining about the difficulty of accessing quick and accessible public health services to all corners of the city, including areas that do not have equitable access. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction and trust in Districts Panakkukang City of Makassar. Research design using survey approach and using explanation (level of explanation. While the type of research is quantitative research to explain the effect of quality of Home Care services consisting of: reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and physical appearance of patient satisfaction and trust in 4 Puskesmas in Districts Panakkukang City of Makassar. The results of this study indicate that: After the statistical test, it was found that the Quality of Home Care Service had an effect on Patient Satisfaction (significance 0,008 <0,05), Quality of Home Care Service Influence to Patient Trust (significance 0,001 <0,05), Patient Satisfaction Patient Trust (significance 0.000 <0.05). This study suggests the need for socialization of Home Care, training for Home Care team and the addition of medical personnel.

Abstract

Reproductive age women having lots of menstrual problems or abnormal menstruation, such as menstrual syndrome and irregular menstruation. This research aims to review and analyze in-depth information regarding the effectiveness of the consumption of the Transfer Factor Belle Vie Against menstrual disorders in women age early. The method of this research is qualitative research using the descriptive analysis. Engineering data collection using the dwarf in-depth interview (in-depth interviews) as well as the documentation continuously as long as the research progresses. The results of this study indicate that menstrual disorders experienced by the informant. That is the pain at the time of menstruation, menstrual blood is too many and manifest irregularities of menses. Knowledge of the informant about menstrual disorders if you have menstrual irregularities each month and menstruation is prolonged and the factors that affect the onset of menstrual disorders are factors of nutrient intake, stress, work, physical activity, and obesity. Way or attempt the informant in tackling menstrual disorders there are soon check into medical facilities, given hormone therapy, conducted a pap smear. The dangers that can be caused by menstrual disorders could hit polyps, myomas, cancer, and tumors. Daily habits such as diet, exercise habits, the activity can also affect the menstrual disorders. TF Bellevie according to informants quite effective in dealing with menstrual disorders, with the regularity of consuming and appropriate recommended dose. Consume TF Bellevie continuously also does not cause any side effects and harm against women's reproductive organs. Menstrual disorders experienced by women of fertile age should advance in advance by a doctor so it can determine the proper care for reproductive health although TF Bellevie quite effective in tackling the problem.

Abstract

This research is based on because the utilization of home care in Clinics Layang unlike others clinic in Makassar city. Many factors being the cause of a lack of Community interest in the utilization of home care Clinics in the region Kites. So this research aims to identify the factors that influence people's interest in the utilization of home care in the clinic Layang, besides this research aims to analyze the influence of socialization, the environment, facilities services and image in the utilization of home care in Clinics of the overpass. This research using quantitative research approach to an analytic survey. Sample research as much as 92 people, namely people who are domiciled in the territory of the health workers and utilize Your facilities services home care at least 2 visits. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The results showed that the variables affecting people's interest in the socialization of the utilization of home care are not significant with the value of the sig = 0.097, residence environment variables affect people's interest in the utilization of home care are not significant with the value of the sig = 0.417, variable service facility affect people's interest in the utilization of home care are not significant with the value of the sig = 0.235, and image variables affect people's interest in the utilization of home care are not significant with the value of the sig = 0.133. In conclusion, the four variables examined, socialization variables, environment, facilities services and image have no significant influence on the people's interest in the utilization of home care.

Abstract

Home Care program started in the Stone Clinic from may 2014 by the Government of the city of Makassar. He had to do in a program evaluation is a process whereby an orderly and systematic there is scope in the evaluation i.e. the input, process, and output. Abstract

Kinerja merupakan landasan bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Keberhasilan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bersangkutan dalam bekerja selama berada pada organisasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin dan kinerja pegawai di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah. Penelitian ini penelitian jenis deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 101 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS dengan uji stastistik Chi-Square dan tingkat kemaknaan ? Value &lt; 0,05. Dari hasil analisis di dapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,044 &lt; 0,05 terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti fatimah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0452 &lt; 0,05 Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026 &lt; 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 &lt; 0,05 dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,033 &lt; 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja sebagai mediator antara kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah.

Abstract

Dokumentasi pengembangan manajemen kinerja klinis adalah suatu proses manajerial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan klinis perawat dan bidan di pelayanan kesehatan. Rumah Sakit menerapkan Pengembangan Manajemen Kinerja Klinis pada Kinerja Perawat di seluruh ruang rawat inap untuk pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan peneliti ini untuk mengalisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pengembangan Manajemen Kinerja Klinis pada Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah 98 orang responden, dengan tehnik penarikan sampel menggunakan proporsil random sampling, dengan jumlah Sampel 49 responden. Data diolah secara deskriptip dan analitik. Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa ada hubungan antara pengalaman, lama kerja, struktur organisasi, beban kerja, motivasi dan kemauan dengan Pengembangan Manajemen Kinerja Klinis pada Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika Kendari di peroleh nilai masing-masing variabel adalah p-value = 0,003 &lt;? = 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada hubungan antara pengalaman, lama kerja, sumber daya manusia, struktur organisasi, beban kerja, motivasi dan kemampuan dengan Pengembangan Manajemen Kinerja Klinis pada Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika Kendari. Penelitian ini disarankan agar perawat meningkatkan kerja dengan cara memanfaatkan Pengembangan Manajemen Kinerja Klinis yang ada agar pelayanan keperawatan diberikan kepada pasien semakin baik.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) adalah seperangkat tatanan yang meliputi data, informasi, indikator, prosedur, perangkat, teknologi dan sumber daya manusia yang saling berkaitan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali informasi mendalam mengenai implementasi Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) puskesmas ditinjau dari elemen input, proses, output di kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 8 orang informan biasa dan 1 orang informan kunci. Hasil penelitian bahwa implementasi SIK puskesmas ditinjau dari elemen input: kualitas data masih ada puskesmas yang telat mengirim data; kualitas dan kuantitas Sumber Data Manusia (SDM) masih kurang; sarana prasarana masih kurang; alokasi anggaran dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan dana yang bersumber dari APBD dan BOK. Implementasi SIK puskesmas ditinjau dari elemen proses: pengolahan data menggunakan sistem komputerisasi; pemeliharaan yang dilakukan tidak rutin setiap tahun; konsistensi dalam pengiriman data belum konsisten; pelaporan data dilakukan setiap tanggal 5. Implementasi SIK puskesmas ditinjau dari elemen output: sistem informasi di kabupaten Konawe Selatan untuk data yang dihasilkan digunakan untuk perencanaan pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk kedepannya. Kesimpulan: Hal ini berarti bahwa implementasi SIK puskesmas di kabupaten Konawe Selatan ditinjau dari elemen input, proses dan output secara umum belum baik sehingga masih perlu perbaikan.

Abstract

Menciptakan atau meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen adalah suatu langkah dalam proses untuk membentuk ikatan dengan konsumen, yaitu dengan memastikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan konsumen, yaitu dengan memastikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, harapan, dan keinginan konsumen. Proses penyediaan layanan memberikan kontribusi yang penting dalam membentuk persepsi konsumen akan kualitas pelayanan. Dalam studinya juga menyatakan bahwa pengalaman konsumen akan kepuasan yang dijalani selama proses perawatan lebih banyak menentukan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengalaman konsumen dengan loyalitas pemanfaatan MD Clinic Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan dengan desain studi cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dimana populasinya sebanyak 510 orang dan sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 85 orang dengan cara pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan sistem quota sampling. Uji statistik pada analisis bivariat menggunakan uji regresi dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik, dengan hasil berupa Odds Ratio (OR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman konsumen terhadap loyalitas pemanfaatan MD Clinic Makassar Tahun 2018, tetapi tidak ada hubungan antara dimensi terhadap loyalitas pemanfaatan MD Clinic Makassar Tahun 2018. Dengan demikian pihak klinik harus memberikan pelatiahan kepada beautycient maupun dokter agar menerapkan sop yang ada dan lebih mengetahui tekhnologi perawatan yang ada. Serta memperbaharui job analysis jika terjadi perubahan proses kerja, dan membuat pemodelan yaitu dengan menghadiri beberapa karyawan yang berprestasi sebagai model yang patut ditiru oleh karyawan lainnya.
