Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the differences of student learning outcomes in class that applies PBL learning models and class that applies conventional methods or models in class XI IPS MAN 1 Pontianak. The method used in this research is nonequivalent control group design with quasi-experimental research methods (Quasi Experiment). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The result of class that used PBL model is 84.45 and the control class using conventional method obtained an average value of 78.20. Based on the analysis data of those tests, the results show that there are differences of student learning outcomes in class using PBL learning model in Geography Subject especially natural disaster mitigation material using conventional method. This is proven by the statistical analysis of the Independent Sample T-Test in the SPSS 16 program which obtained the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001. So, Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted, because the value of Sig. t-test (2-tailed) that is 0.001 <0.05 which means that there are differences of student learning outcomes in class using PBL model in Geography Subject especially natural disaster mitigation material using conventional method. Keywords : Problem Based Learning model, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: ?Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pengurus terhadap Partisipasi Anggota Koperasi (Studi di Kopermas Borneo Sejahtera  Pontianak)?, dengan masalah penelitian, ?Apakah kualitas layanan pengurus mempengaruhi partisipasi anggota koperasi (Studi di Kopermas Borneo Sejahtera  Pontianak)??. Data diambil dengan teknik yaitu angket, catatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y = 12,451+1,032X. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS), t hitung sebesar 12,050. Sedangkan t tabel dengan responden 77 orang sehingga derajat kebebasan df = 77 ? 2= 75, maka t tabel adalah 1,671. Dari hasil tersebut, dibandingkan antara t hitung dengan t tabel. Dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 12,451 > 1,671. Oleh karena t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi. ". Data taken with the technique that questionnaire, records and documentation. The results showed that the quality of services to the participation of members of the cooperative board  is shown with formulations of Y = 12.451 + 1,032X. Based on calculations using computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS), t count equal to 12.050. While t table with respondents 77 so that the degrees of freedom df = 77-2 = 75, then t table is 1.671. From these results, the comparison between t arithmetic with t tabel.Dihasilkan that t> t table is 12.451> 1,671.Oleh for t> t table then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, which means there is significant influence service quality to the participation of members of the cooperative board. Abstract

AbstractThis writing aims to determine the understanding of the provision of reinforcement, both verbal and non verbal in increasing student motivation to study the soliology of IPS-Integrated subjects in class IX. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informants in this study were IPS-Integrated teachers and class IX students, secondary data sources were obtained from documentation and archives relating to research. Data collection technique is an observation technique with observation guide data collection tools, interview guides and archives. Observation activities were carried out twice, the interview with the teacher was conducted carried one twice dan iInterviews with students were conducted three twice. The results of this study indicate that 1) The provision of verbal reinforcement by IPS-Integrated teachers in increasing the motivation of learning Sociology in class IX students of SMP Negeri 8 Tanah Pinoh District Melawi Regency, which included words of praise, words of advice and polite and gentle language have been carried out by IPS-Integrated teachers. 2) Giving non-verbal reinforcement by Integrated Social Sciences teachers in increasing Sociology learning motivation in class IX students of SMP Negeri 8 Tanah Pinoh Subdistrict Melawi District which includes strengthening gestures, approaching and strengthening in the form of signs or objects, has been done by the teacher IPS-Integrated. Keywords: Strengthening, Learning Motivation, Social Studies Teacher
