Abstract

Kabupaten Bogor memiliki sejumlah 416 desa yang telah memiliki BUMDes dengan berbagai kategori yang berbeda yaitu: mandiri, maju, berkembang dan dasar. Salah satu desa yang memiliki BUMDes dengan kategori dasar berada di Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor yaitu Desa Ciampea Udik. Seiring pengelolaan BUMDes pada Desa Ciampea Udik ditemukan satu hambatan yang dihadapi berkenaan dengan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di mana pengurus BUMDes belum memiliki pengetahuan manajemen bisnis yang memadai dalam pengelolaan usaha. Mereka seringkali mengalami kegagalan usaha dalam melakukan kegiatan usahanya, sementara potensi usaha yang dimiliki sangat banyak, diantaranya pada sector: pertanian, perikanan, pariwisata alam, dan kuliner. Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan di atas, sebagai wujud pelaksanaan salah satu Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, tim dosen Universitas Pamulang, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen S-1, akan melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) pada tanggal 16-17 Mei 2022, bertempat di Desa Ciampea Udik. Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor dengan tema: ”Peran BUMDes Dalam Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Bimtek Manajemen Bisnis Di Desa Ciampea Udik Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor”. Kegiatan berupa bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) manajemen bisnis kepada peserta yang merupakan pengurus BUMDes sebagai alternatif solusi atas permasalahan di atas dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial mereka dalam menjalankan pengelolaan usaha. Bimbingan teknis dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan pemberian materi Perencanaan bisnis (Business Plan) dari berbagai aspek meliputi: SDM, Keuangan, Pemasaran,dan Hukum, yang bisa diaplikasikan sesuai kebutuhan peserta dan kondisi di desa Ciampea Udik.Pertanggungjawaban kegiatan dalam bentuk laporan kegiatan, jurnal, rekaman video pada youtube, dan artikel pada media online. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta dapat menjalankan pengelolaan usaha yang lebih baik, bisnis yang lebih bersaing dan menguntungkan serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

Based on the National Survey of Indonesian Financial Literacy conducted in 2013, it is known that the level of financial literacy of Indonesian people which is classified as well literate is only 21.8% sufficient literate is 75.69% less literate is 2.06% and non-literate is 0.14 %. The main purpose of the National Financial Literacy Strategy is to realize Indonesian people who have a high level of financial literacy so that people can choose and utilize financial products and services to improve welfare. Based on this phenomenon, given the importance of financial literacy for the community especially for students, it is necessary to hold a community service related to financial literacy among students at Al Mubarak High School. The method used is an interactive seminar or education in the field of finance to students in order to manage finances intelligently, so that the low knowledge of the financial industry can be overcome and not easily fooled into investment products that offer high returns in the short term without considering the risks. The results of this dedication activity are that students become more educated with regard to financial literacy and the use of financial institution products and services, which begin with interactive seminars and continue with directed discussions between presenters and students consisting of 69 AL Mubarak high school students, as well as introduction to products and services from financial institutions. The importance of financial literacy for students is expected to make individuals wiser and smarter in managing their assets so that they can provide benefits in supporting individual finances both in the short and long term.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance on CV. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 85 respondents. Based on the results of the research on the first hypothesis obtained t count value > t table or (6,749 > 1,98896) It is also reinforced with the value of Sig. < 0,05 or (0,000 < 0,05) so that partially variable Job satisfaction there is a significant influence on Employee Performance on the CV. The work of Taruna Technical Depok Java West. On the test results on the second hypotheses obtains a value of t count > t Table or (7,899 > 1, 98896) This is also strengthened with a Sig. value < 0.05 or (0.000< 0,05). Thus partially the workload variable has a significant impact on the performance of Employees on CV.
