<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan menggunakan Model Kooperatif Tipe TGT pada kelas V SDN 07 Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas, dan bersifat kolaboratif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar ovservasi serta dan lembar soal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu rumus perhitungan rata-rata. Penelitian ini dilaksanakna sebanyak 3 siklus, Subjek penelitian 28 siswa. Dengan hasil 1) IPKG I pada siklus I 3,17. Siklus II 3,58. Siklus III 3,77. 2) IPKG II pada siklus I 3,20. Siklus II 3,49. Siklus III 3,88. 3) Aktivitas belajar siswa Siklus I 66%. Siklus II 84%. Siklus II 94%. Hasil belajar siklus I 79,91. Siklus II 88,21. Siklus III 95.
