Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect restaurant image and location on customer satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of restaurant image, location and satisfaction on consumer loyalty and analyze the significance effect of restaurant image and location on customer loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variables. This type of research is survey. The population of this research is consumer Go Martabak Kafe in Solo with a sample of 97 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used a questionnaire and literature. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the restaurant image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The restaurant image has a significant effect on loyalty consumer. Location has a significant effect on the customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of restaurant image on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of location on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Respiratory diseases are one of the most common diseases in Indonesia. Respiratory diseases increase the risk of fatal if not treated immediately. However, it is unfortunate that knowledge about the risk of respiratory disease is still lacking. The search method used in making this expert system is forward chaining with binary tree structure. Namely doing the processing of a set of data, then conducted inference in accordance with the rules applied to find the optimal conclusion. Experts provide rules for determining symptoms and illness. While the calculation and ranking of diseases that may suffer patients using the method fuzzy tsukamoto to provide the results of calculations that are certain based on the parameters. Then the patient's diagnostic process is done by the system. The Diagnostic Expert System for Respiratory Disease has been successfully established and can be used to assist in estimating the illness suffered by the patient as the result of the developed system is not much different from the running system. Based on the comparison of disease diagnosis result in expert system with manual system then the system accuracy level is 90,9%. Based on the website view has the largest percentage of 71.42 in good description, for user friendly / ease of respiratory system experts get the largest percentage of 85.71 in good information, to assist in the process of disease information and treatment get the largest percentage of 57.14 in a good description, to help the diagnosis process becomes easier to get the largest percentage of 71.42 in good information, for this expert system provides information on respiratory disease treatment accurately get the largest percentage of 57.14 in either.

Abstract

Dalam suatu pemasukan pajak menandakan bahwa penerimaan pajak sangat berpengaruh pentingdalam peranana suatu pelaporan wajib pajak yang telah di samakan dengan tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajakdalam pelaporan pajak kepada Negara. Jumlah wajib pajak tahun 2019 sampe 2021 semakin meningkat tapidalam pelaporan Wajib pajak kepada Negara sedikit dan banyak belum patuh dalam pelaporan wajib pajakkepada Negara. Tidak hanya di Negara kita Negara Indonesia Di tingkat Negara lain yang sudah berkembangdan maju banyak yang belum patuh dalam pelaporan wajib pajak kepada Negara. Bahwa banyaknyakecurangan dalam menyapaikan SPT Tahunan dalam kasus manipulasi laporan pajak Tahunan yang terjadi.Serta adanya pelaku untuk melakukan manipulasi data pajak yang terjadi di Indonesia sehingga Negaramengalami kerugian pajak pendapatan Negara. Bagaimana kesadaran wajib pajak kepada Negara kepatuhanmembayar dan melaporkan pajak.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren telah membuktikan eksistensi dan kiprahnya menjadi dinamisator dalam setiap proses perjuangan dan pembangunan bangsa. Kiprahnya tidak hanya sebatas sebagai lembaga pendidikan saja, namun juga merupakan lembaga sosial, lembaga ekonomi, lembaga perjuangan, ,lembaga spiritual keagamaan dan dakwah. Tetapi beberapa tahun belakangan ini pondok pesantren selalu di terpa berita dan isu yang negatif, mulai dari kasus pencabulan yang dilakukan oleh pengajar di pondok pesantren kepada santrinya, isu LGBT di lingkungan pesantren, kasus bullying, isu paham kekerasan , terorisme dan lain sebagainya , yang tentunya telah membawa efek negatif bagi pondok pesantren. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama Islam, eksistensi dan reputasi pesantren dirugikan lantaran berita dan isu tersebut. Otomatis, hal ini membawa citra buruk. Jadi banyak orang tua yang ragu untuk memasukkan putra/putrinya ke pondok pesantren. Maka sekarang muncullah boarding school, Boarding school merupakan sistem pendidikan yang menyediakan tempat tinggal berupa asrama bagi para siswa. Dan peraturan untuk siswa maupun orang tua untuk menjenguk tidak se disiplin pondok pesantren, karena umumnya boarding school di Indonesia merupakan perpaduan antara tempat sekolah formal dan pendidikan agama Islam yang seimbang. Bisa dikatakan boarding school merupakan sekolah semi pesantren. Faktor lain yang jelas berkontribusi dalam rangka menaikkan citra baik dan eksistensi boarding school adalah peran humas dalam organisasi. Ada banyak langkah yang harus dilakukan seorang manajer dalam manajemen kehumasan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama antara boarding school dan masyarakat, termasuk konsep manajemen, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kerjasama antara boarding school dan orang tua siswa diharapkan mampu menghasilkan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Adanya konsep membutuhkan komunikasi untuk mempengaruhi orang lain dan memperoleh tanggapan yang positif. Perbaikan sistem akuntabilitas kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah, memutuskan strategi tindak lanjut untuk hasil pembangunan boarding school.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the role of brand image: green marketing and corporate social responsibility in purchasing decisions for multinational companies in the F&B sector. The population is consumers of F&B products from multinational companies in the city of Semarang with a sample of 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with Likert scale parameters of points one to five points. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method and is processed using SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 software. research results found that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on brand image and brand image has a positive effect and significant to purchasing decisions. By carrying out mediation tests, it was concluded that brand image was significant as a mediator of the relationship between green marketing and corporate social responsibility on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Annual tax reporting is an obligation for every individual who meets the specified requirements. The use of e-filing systems in the tax reporting process has become more common in today's modern society. This study aims to analyze the role played in optimizing the use of e-filing systems in an effort to increase tax compliance among individuals. Qualitative research methods were used through interviews and observations of individuals involved in using this system. The results of the analysis show that understanding the role played in optimizing the use of e-filing systems can help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of individual tax reporting
