Abstract

The research is the optimization of Islamic boarding school business with the electronization of payments at Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School in Bangkalan. The electronic payment system that implemented at the Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School is called E-Nura (Electronisasi Nurul Amanah).The method of this study is qualitative. This study focuses on how the application of payment system electronization is applied at Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to answer the problems that occur in business development in Islamic boarding schools such as capital, loss and business reports.With the payment system electronization system, the problem of economic development in Islamic boarding schools, capital, reports and the effectiveness of goods rotation can be solved. Not only that, e-nura provides security, ease of transaction, speedness, effectiveness and efficiency of transactions and profit optimization in the Nurul Amanah Islamic boarding school business. Thus the application of the payment system electronization in Pondok Pesantren is not only beneficial for the institution but also beneficial for students and parents.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi diiringi dengan kemajuan dalam bidang ekonomi memunculkan berbagai transaksi di masyarakat, Islam yang merupakan agama yang syamil dituntut untuk menjawab permasalahan permasalahan yang terjadi yang belum ada sebelumnya, salah satunya adalah sistem dropshipping, artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana akad dalam sistem dropshipping yang sesuai dengan Islam, secara umum, Islam membolehkan transaksi dalam muamalah selama tidak bertentangan denga prinsip prinsip muamalah, sistem dropshipping diperbolehkan dengan menggunakan akad yang dikenal dalam islam, yaitu akad salam, simsrah dan wakalah, namun sebelumnya, syarat dan rukun dalam akad harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu.            Technology and economic progress gave rise to a variety of transactions, the demand on the progress of Islamic law to answer the issues that did not exist previously, one of which is the buying and selling dropshipping system, this article discusses about dropshipping in Islamic law, in general, Islam allows transactions muamalah that does not contradict with the principles of muamalah, so the system is allowed to use a dropshipping agreement which known in Islam, salam, simsarah and wakalah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the halal value chain in the Islamic Boarding School business. In this article, the focus of the study is on the oyster mushroom business, starting from the process of cultivating oyster mushrooms to being processed food, and the sales process at the Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School, Basanah, Bangkalan.This type of study is a qualitative study with observational study methods. While the data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study on the application of the halal value chain at the Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School Bangkalan indicate that the input process for making oyster mushroom raw materials, processing oyster mushrooms into mushroom chips, and product marketing processes. The input process for making oyster mushrooms starts from providing a place, making planting media, making baglog and sterilizing processes, making mushroom seeds and sowing seeds, maintenance, and harvesting. Then the management process into mushroom chips starts from the ingredients, the frying process, drying, product packaging and marketing stages. Everything is in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulation No. 31 of 2019 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products and a List of Non-Critical Materials (Halal Positive List of Materials) for its supporting materials. It can be concluded that the Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School has implemented a halal value chain.
