Abstract

Wilayah RW 10 Kelurahan Srondol Kulon, Kota Semarang memiliki prevalensi malnutrisi balita yang cukup tinggi. Program Balita Sehat Aktif, Kader OK dan Kompeten (BETAKAROTEN) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI dan pemberian makan pada balita, meningkatkan asupan zat gizi pada balita gizi kurang dan kurus, meningkatkan kemampuan ibu memilih makanan yang baik bagi balita, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam pengukuran antropometri dan pengisian KMS. Program BETAKAROTEN dilaksanakan dengan metode community relation. Sasaran program yaitu ibu balita berstatus gizi kurang dan kader posyandu RW 10 Kelurahan Srondol Kulon. Hasil program BETAKAROTEN meliputi adanya peningkatan pengetahuan gizi pada ibu balita peserta program, peningkatan kemampuan ibu dalam pemilihan makanan yang baik bagi balita, dan peningkatan asupan zat gizi lemak, protein, dan karbohidrat (100%, 83%, dan 67%). Pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader juga meningkat (100% dan 83%). Keberlanjutan program ini diharapkan dapat dipertahankan dan dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan adanya advokasi dan dukungan serta partisipasi dari stake holder di wilayah Posyandu RW 10 Kelurahan Srondol Kulon

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy on financial management and the quality of financial reports; financial management on the quality of financial reports and the performance of women-led SMEs; the quality of financial reports on the performance of women-led SMEs; financial literacy on the performance of women-led SMEs through financial management and the quality of financial reports; and financial management on the performance of women-led SMEs through the quality of financial reports, specifically focusing on Women-led SMEs in the city of Parepare, South Sulawesi Province. The research design and approach employed in this study is a non-experimental design with a quantitative research approach. The location of this study is in the city of Parepare, South Sulawesi Province, with the population being all female Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operators in Parepare. The total sample consists of 80 women-led MSMEs in Parepare. The data analysis technique involves path analysis using AMOS version 22 for data processing, along with the Sobel test. The research findings indicate that: 1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial management, the quality of financial reports, and the performance of MSMEs. This implies that improved financial literacy enhances financial management, higher-quality financial reporting, and improved performance of women-led MSMEs. 2) Improved financial management significantly impacts the enhancement of the quality of financial reports and the performance of women-led MSMEs. 3) The quality of financial reports also has a positive and significant influence on the performance of women-led MSMEs. 4) Financial literacy indirectly has a positive and significant impact on the performance of women-led MSMEs mediated by financial management and the quality of financial reports. 5) Financial management also indirectly has a positive and significant impact on the performance of women-led MSMEs through the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

 Education is known as a bridge to obtain knowledge, with education it is hoped that it will be able to create quality individuals, both in terms of religion, personality, intellectual, based on Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning national education states that the aim of education is to create individuals with noble character. However, in education, many students still experience problems, especially bullying behavior. The aim of the research is to find out the extent of the role of teachers, especially guidance and counseling teachers, in dealing with these actions. The research method is phenomenology based on current events, this type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection is based on observation, direct observation in the field, sources of teacher informants, students, etc. The research results illustrate that the role of guidance and counseling teachers through character education to overcome bullying behavior is running optimally, all school parties have collaborated with parents in handling cases by providing direction regarding the negative impacts of bullying. In this case, there is also a way for guidance counselors to minimize bullying behavior, namely by implementing classical guidance services using sociometric administration to find out what the state of children's social relations are in the classroom and implementing individual counseling services according to the needs of students.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the history of the emergence of the Al-Khawarij and Al-Murji'ah schools as well as the main ideas of these two schools. This article is a literature review. Then, based on the results of the analysis and reading, it was discovered that the cause of the emergence of the Khawarij sect was due to tribal fanaticism, economic factors and religious enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the Murji'ah aliram appears because it is caused by several theories that have explained it; First, the intention is to unite Muslims. secondly, to overcome the division of the people. third, the feud that occurred between Ali and Muawiyah was caused by arbitration or tahkim. The thoughts or understanding that had been developed by the Khawarij were classified into three categories, namely political, theological and social. Then, the understanding of Murji'ah is implemented in several things, both in the political and theological fields. So in the political field, Murjia'ah's understanding always tries to be neutral which is demonstrated in the form of silence. while in the theological field, it is developed in dealing with problems that then arise related to faith, kufr, major sins or venial sins. The implication of understanding Al-Khawarij and Murji'ah is so that Muslims know the beginning of the emergence and the main ideas and teachings of these two schools.
