Abstract

The issue raised in this study is whether income factors, and the number of family dependents have a significant effect on the consumption of blacksmith households in Massepe Village of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The variables observed in this study are household consumption (Y), income (X1), number of family dependents (X2). The type of research used is a type of quantitative research. Where the data used in the form of primary data will be obtained through questionnaires and in analysis with linear regression analysis techniques multiple with spss application program tools version 24 to analyze factors that affect the consumption of blacksmith households in Massepe Village in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this study showed that income, and the number of family dependents had apositive and significant effect on the consumption of blacksmith households in Massepe village di Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

Tourism development programmed by both the government and the private sector will be directed at efforts to increase the number of tourist visits because it is a significant source of income. This study aims to determine the contribution of the hospitality sub-sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pinrang Regency in 2013-2017. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, documentation. The sample in this study was 19 (nineteen) hotels in Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative descriptive method. With the results of the research, namely the Hospitality Sub-Sector in Pinrang Regency, providing a positive value in supporting the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pinrang Regency, with the results in 2013 the Hospitality Sub-Sector contributed 0.87% in 2014 Revenue the Hospitality Sub-Sector Contribution increased by 0.89% In 2015 Revenue contribution from the Hospitality Sector decreased by 0.86% in 2016 Revenue from the Hospitality Sector increased by 0.88% and in 2017 Syb Revenue contribution from the Hospitality Sector increased by 0.89%.

Abstract

National development intends to create a just and prosperous society in accordance with the mandate of Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to find out the role and problem of BUMDes Padaidi in improving the economy of sipodeceng village community. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research use qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the role of BUMDes Padaidi in Sipodeceng Village has not had an impact on the overall economy of the community, which only includes BUMDes members. This is because human resources are still low and there is no socialization of Bumdes and existing business units.

Abstract

Each region in Indonesia has different characteristics or characters, it is influenced by the competitive advantage and economic potential of each region. The purpose of this study is to identify the basic sector and potential sectors that have competitive advantages to be developed in Pangkep Regency, as well as suggestions or information in the consideration of economic development planning in Pangkep Regency. This study uses secondary data, in the form of time series from the GRDP of Pangkep Regency and GRDP of South Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Location Quentient (LQ), Shift Share, and Klassen Typology. The results of the Location Quentient (LQ) analysis show that there are two basic sectors in Pangkep Regency. From the results of the Shift Share analysis, it is known that there are eight economic sectors that are classified as advanced, growing rapidly, and competitively. Meanwhile, from the Klassen Typology analysis, it is known that in Pangkep Regency there is one economic sector classified as Quadrant I, there is one sector belonging to Quadrant II, then there are eleven sectors belonging to Quadrant III, and there are four sectors belonging to Quadrant IV.

Abstract

Angkatan kerja yang tidak terserap oleh lapangan kerja akan berdampak negatif pada suatubangsa. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data secaraefektif dan efisisen untuk mengumpulkan suatu informasi, yaitu: Observasi, Wawancara danDokumentasi. Analisis data merupakan tahapan penting dalam penelitian kualitatif Teknikanalisis data kualitatif yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah teknik analisis data model Miles andHuberman yang dijelaskan seperti dibawah ini : Data Reduction (Reduksi Data), Data Display(Penyajian Data) dan Conclusion Drawing/Verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pemerintah daerah Kota Parepare dalam rangkameningkatkan penyerapan ketenagakerjaan serta mutu tenaga kerja yaitu dengan caramemberikan pelatihan-pelatihan bagi tenaga kerja. Pelatihankerjadi selenggarakan dandiarahkan untuk membekali, meningkatkan, serta mengembangkan kemampuan danproduktivitas tenaga kerja dan mengoptimalkan informasi pemberitahuan lowongan kerjakepada pencari kerja melalui pasar kerja. 2)Terjadinya peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja yangada di Kota Parepare dari tahun 2017 sampai pada tahun 2020 dikarenakan perluasankesempatan kerja yang dilakukanoleh pemerintah melalui pemberdayaan tenaga kerja mandiriserta meningkatkan kompetensi dan produktifitas tenaga kerja melalui pelatihan kerja.

Abstract

Strategi Pengembangan Kampung Kreasi merujuk pada rencana atau langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk mengembangkan suatu daerah atau kampung yang berfokus pada kreativitas dan inovasi masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang strategi pengembangan pariwisata kampung kreasi lowita. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan data kualitatif dengan sumber data Informan penelitian, Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuatitatif. Setelah melalui proses analisis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kampung kreasi lowita mempunyai potensi untuk terus dibudidayakan sebagai wisata pantai karena mempunyai beragam potensi yang dapat terus dikembangkan.
