Abstract

The child nutrition outline the impact of the imbalance betv/een intake and output of nutrients ( nutritional imbalance ) , ie intakeexceeds output , or vice versa , in addition to errors in choosing foods to eat. The fruits of this investments main form of chronicdisease, and less weight, pica, dental caries, as well as allergies .Objective To determine the Factors Affecting Nutritional StatusBased on B/ U In Work Area Health Center Mulia subdistrict of Banda Aceh Banda Majesty Tamiang Year 2013. This researchmethod is an analytical cross-sectional design, population in this study were allmothers toddler (12-59months) and toddlers in theWork Area Health Center District of Banda Banda Majesty Majesty Tamiang district in 2013 amounted to 1110 people . Samplingtechnique in this study using the formula Proportional Stratified Sample of 100 samples . Data collection using questionnaires , thedata weie analyzed using univariate and bivariate frequency distribution tables , cross tables and statistical tests and narrative.Research results showed respondents with good nutritional status as much (75%) , the results of statistical tests with chi-squaretest found the influence of nutritional status of children with maternal knowledge as seen from p value -0.00 and the influence ofnutritional status toddler with family socioeconomic statuswith p value =0.030while the absence of the influence of nutritional statuson maternal occupation with p value = 0.060 .Advice is needed role health workers to be able to provide information about healthprograms , especially on nutritional status of children through outreach to the community , so that the existing knowledge in thecommunity,especially toddlersbecome bettermothers .

Abstract

Husband worried wife while accompanying the birth is influenced by several factors related to the level of anxiety. The aims of this study was to determine the relationship of these factors to the level of anxiety. Research using analytic study design with cross sectional method. Sampling using accidental sampling. Clinical research conducted in Medan Hadijah. Results of the study the majority of respondents aged 31-35 years by 25 people (48.1%), the majority of high school education 32 (61.5%), the majority of respondents earn Rp. 1000.000,00-Rp. 2000.000,00 as many as 29 people (55.8%). the wife of the safety factor and no influence fetal majority 40 (76.1%), the majority of factors influence gender expectations 27 people (51.9%), the factor of financial responsibility no influence 28 people (53.8%) and birth defects in children there are factors influence 31 people (59.6%). Data analysis used the chi square. Conclusion: no safety factor relationship with his wife and fetal levels of anxiety (p = 0.04), no correlation between gender expectations with the level of anxiety (p = 0.025), there was no correlation between the level of financial responsibility anxiety (p = 0.254), no correlation between children born with the defect levels of anxiety (p = 0.004). From the results of this research note that there are 3 factors associated with levels of anxiety husband.

Abstract

Teenage daughter vulnerable to maternal mortality, infant and child mortality, unsafe abortion, STl, drug and violence/sexual abuse. Older people as a social environment arc expected to apply first teen parenting that emphasizes the availability of an open dialogue between teens and parents about adolescent reproductive health to have the right attitude about reproductive health. This study aims to determine the relationship parenting parents with teenage daughters? attitude about reproductive health in SMA Negeri 18 Medan 2011. Design used in this study is descriptive correlation. Sample in the study was a teen daughter SMA Negeri 18 fields totaling 170 people. The sample using systematic random sampling. The research results from 170 respondents, the majority 74.1% were category authoritative parenting (democratic) and the majority 71.2% positive. Result of statistical test with chi-square about reproductive health. Expected to be input to the educational institution to collaborate with public health officials in the Directorate of Youth and Reproductive Rights Protection, BKKBN to activate PIK-KRR in educational institutions and parents should be able to apply the pattern that emphasizes the availability of foster open dialogue about reproductive health in adolescents .
