Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve learning activities using props Build Space models for the elementary school, describing the process of design of interactive multimedia on the subjects of Mathematics, knowing the results of the validation of interactive multimedia. The problem in this research is the students' grades in Maths low, conventional learning, and interactive multimedia that support the mathematics is not yet available. Development steps include: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Subject trials, the master of the course content, instructional design experts, media expert learning, small group evaluation, individual evaluation, and field evaluation. Data collection techniques are questionnaires to data from expert reviews and test students. Data were analyzed by using a Research and Development (R & D). The results showed the process of interactive multimedia design. The results of research that application of the model geometry aids in Mathematics Learning can increase physical activity can improve mental activity, can improve students' emotional and can improve student learning outcomes. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dengan menggunakan alat peraga model Bangun Ruang untuk Sekolah Dasar, menggambarkan proses rancang bangun multimedia interaktif pada mata pelajaran Matematika, mengetahui hasil validasi multimedia interaktif. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai siswa dalam pelajaran Matematika rendah, pembelajaran bersifat konvensional, dan multimedia interaktif yang mendukung pada mata pelajaran Matematika belum tersedia. Langkah-langkah pengembangan meliputi: analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Subjek uji coba, yaitu ahli isi mata pelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, evaluasi kelompok kecil, evaluasi perorangan, dan evaluasi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner untuk data hasil review ahli dan uji coba siswa. Data dianalisis dengan teknik Research and Development (R & D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses rancang bangun multimedia interaktif. Hasil penelitian yaitu penerapan alat peraga model bangun ruang dalam Pembelajaran Matematika dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, dapat meningkatkan aktivitas mental, dapat meningkatkan emosional siswa dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

Abstract. The use of snakehead fish (Channa striata) collagen in cream is an alternative toreduce fish wastes. It has been proved that snakehead fish (Channa striata) contain collagen.This research aims to study the burn wound healing effectivity of bone’s collagen fromsnakehead fish (Channa striata) that is formulated into a cream. This study used theexperimental method with the bone of snakehead fish (Channa striata) as a sample. This studyconsisted of 4 (four) such as isolation of collagen from snakehead fish's (Channa striata) bone,characterization of collagen by analyzing moisture, ash, protein, fat and functional groupanalysis with FTIR, formulation, and evaluations of cream such as organoleptic test,homogeneity test, pH measurement, stability test, and irritation test, and burn wound healingtest in male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) and the result is analyzed using SPSS 22.0 Free trialand One Way ANOVA and Post-Hoc Tukey HSD. The results showed that fish collagen couldbe isolated from snakehead fish (Channa striata) and the yield obtained is 33.3%. The results ofcollagen characterization and evaluation test met the collagen standard requirements. Results ofthe burn wound healing test on male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) showed that K1 burn woundrecovered on day 21, K2 on day 12, K3 on day 15, K4 on day 18, and K5 on day 18.Measurement of burn wound diameter on day 21 showed K1 = 1.20 cm, K2 = 0.15 cm, K3 =0.10 cm, K4 = 0.45 cm, K5 = 0.40 cm. The results of the statistical analysis of burn wounddiameter showed a significant difference p = 0,000 (p <0.05) between each group. K3 showedthe reduction in the burn wound diameter is faster and the smallest, it can be concluded that theoptimal dose of snakehead fish bone’s collagen cream is a concentration of 3%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini memberikan pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Al Qolam Di Kec. Kotaagung Kab. Tanggamus bagi guru-guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Al Qolam Di Kec. Kotaagung Kab. Tanggamus. Tujuannya adalah agar kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa terasah lebih baik. Karena dilaksanakan selama masa wabah Covid-19, kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan sebanyak lima kali pada bulan Oktober 2022 ini, sebagian besar dilakukan secara daring dan luring. Data pengabdian dikumpulkan melalui perolehan hasil tes awal, tes akhir dan dokumen selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung. Diakhir PKM diadakan kegiatan refleksi untuk mengevaluasi pelatihan yang telah diberikan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilanjutkan dengan penulisan laporan dan penyelesaian luaran berupa laporan 100 persen Hasil dari pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Al Qolam Di Kec. Kotaagung Kab. Tanggamus, cukup bagus dalam membantu proses pembelajaran berkelanjutan dalam memenuhui kurikulum merdeka belajar sehigga siswa mampu belajar dimanapun secara aktip dan inopativ menggunakan alat teknologi di jaman melenial sekarang ini.
